We're looking for an efficient, friendly Volunteer Co-ordinator to join our award-winning charity.  The team is based at our busy community centre from where it offers a range of services from community meals, art classes to gardening services and digital support.  We support older and disabled people living in Fulham, London.  Much of our work is delivered by volunteers, so this post is critical to our service delivery. You will recruit, induct, and coordinate volunteers; including leading our Good Neighbours Scheme and Befriending Scheme and supporting the recruitment for all other projects. 

About you: You will have experience of volunteering and in coordinating volunteers or staff, and have strong organisational and communication skills. You will be pro-active and diligent and able to solve problems as they arise. You will be a 'first point of contact' for people getting in touch with FGN, and so you will have a welcoming, and compassionate demeanour and be able to represent FGN at events (partnership meetings, volunteer recruitment drives, fairs, etc).  You will enjoy working with older people and those with disabilities.

The role is based at our community centre in Fulham, Rosaline Hall (70 Rosaline Rd, SW6 7QT) with WFH potentially available for 1/5 of working hours.Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday to Friday. 35 hours per week. What you’ll be doing …

We are looking for a strategic and proactive fundraiser to lead the launch and delivery of a capital campaign to refurbish our Grade II* listed Lecture Theatre at Burlington House - a flagship project to enhance accessibility, sustainability and the visitor experience at the heart of our historic home.

Alongside this, you will support income generation across a range of charitable programmes, including education, outreach and member engagement, helping to grow both restricted and unrestricted income and strengthen the Society’s long-term supporter base.

This is a highly collaborative role focused on delivery. You will lead day-to-day campaign activity, with particular emphasis on individual giving, donor engagement and external communications. You will also play a key role in building the systems, processes and approaches that will underpin future fundraising success, supporting the Society’s wider ambition to grow income and resilience over the next decade.

This is an opportunity to shape and deliver visible, mission-driven campaigns at a pivotal moment for the Society, contributing directly to our impact, profile and financial sustainability.

Overall responsibilities / requirements ...

• Lead the capital fundraising campaign for the refurbishment of our Grade II* listed Lecture Theatre, driving income growth through individual giving, corporate partnerships and trust funding.
• Generate income to support our education and outreach campaigns, working collaboratively with colleagues in education, outreach and communications to engage a broad range of supporters.
• Shape compelling cases for support and deliver segmented donor communications that resonate with different audience groups.
• Strengthen internal fundraising infrastructure by improving systems, processes and reporting, ensuring the Society is well-positioned for future income growth.
• Support the Director of Membership & Development by preparing briefing materials, contributing to proposals, and identifying prospects for large gifts or grants.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting related to campaign activity.
• Liaise with external suppliers, funders and design/marketing support as required.

What we’re looking for …

Essential

• Proven experience in a senior fundraising role, ideally within a charity, cultural or education focused setting.
• Demonstrated success delivering capital appeals and/or public fundraising campaigns.
• Track record of securing donations from individuals, major donors, companies and/or trusts.
• Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of establishing individual giving methods, including regular giving, legacy fundraising and digital channels.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Dynamics 365).
• Knowledge of fundraising regulation, GDPR and best practice in donor data handling.

Desirable

• Experience working on heritage, science or education-related campaigns.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, volunteers or boards/committees.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.

About the role

This is a newly created role to provide extra capacity within the finance function at STOPAIDS. We are looking for someone with previous finance experience, ideally within a charity. The Finance Administrator is responsible for supporting the maintenance of financial and administrative services working closely with the Finance Manager to meet legislative and policy requirements and to support the operations of STOPAIDS. These duties include but are not limited to Xero Accounts functions, assisting with payroll and processing invoices and financial transactions.

STOPAIDS is a fully remote organisation, so the postholder would be working from home, but the team is very connected and collaborative, so there will be plenty of contact and support.

Hours: Part-time, one day or 2 half days per week (0.25 FTE).

Battersea is entering an exciting phase of innovation and transformation as we embark on the first year of our new five-year strategy. Main purpose of the role:

This is a new role working within Battersea’s Income Generation department to develop and deliver the campaign plan for a £4-6million pound capital fundraising appeal.

One of the key pillars of Battersea’s current strategy is to ensure that we continue to provide expert care for all the dogs and cats that come through our gates. One of the ways in which we do this is by investing in our facilities to ensure that they continue to meet the changing needs of the animals we care for. This fundraising campaign will help to achieve that aim.

You will work with teams across Battersea to develop a comprehensive plan for the campaign and co-ordinate the work of multiple specialist teams to deliver the campaign on a day-to-day basis. You will also be responsible for developing a clear governance structure for the campaign, and ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress. You will also oversee and track progress of a series of internal process improvements that support the running of the campaign.

Please note, this is not a direct fundraising position, but will support our fundraising teams in delivering ambitious financial targets for the appeal.

About the Adopt a School Trust
Founded in 1990, the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts’ Adopt a School Trust is a national charity delivering food education in schools. The Adopt a School team, members of The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, and those in the hospitality industry trained by us, work with schools with the aim of passing on their passion and expertise. About the role
In August 2025 we completed the initial phase of implementing the charity’s first CRM system, Beacon. It marks the beginning of an exciting phase of development for the charity that will continue through to the end of 2028 and include other projects to significantly modernise and improve our operations.

A further period of Beacon implementation will follow throughout the 2025-26 academic year. The CRM and Programme Administrator is a new role, created primarily to fill a pressing need for extra admin and office support. However, there is potential for the role to grow alongside the charity’s ongoing digital transformation.

Our CRM system is heavily customised to meet the unique requirements of the Adopt a School programme. Due to the often-complex nature of facilitating relationships between busy schools and hospitality professionals, our system is only lightly automated at present, but this may change in future.

The successful applicant will join a small and friendly team, working closely with our CRM, Learning and Engagement Manager to coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the Adopt a School programme. Other colleagues and key collaborators include:

• our team of Regional Chefs

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main duties

To coordinate the Adopt a School programme for active schools, chefs and volunteers. Responsibilities to include:

• Monitoring a shared Outlook inbox, responding to enquiries about the programme and liaising with schools, chefs and volunteers to coordinate sessions.
• Setting up school subscriptions and sessions in the CRM as they’re confirmed.
• Using third party tools (such as Google Forms and SurveyMonkey) to collect registration forms, onboarding information, safeguarding data and evaluation surveys.
• Sharing allergy information and photo permissions with chefs and volunteers.
• Ordering hats, aprons and other classroom resources to be delivered to schools, chefs and volunteers.
• Preparing bookkeeping information for schools that need to be invoiced.
• Processing applications and expressions of interest from new schools and volunteers.
• Maintaining a waiting list of prospective schools and volunteers.
• Responding to routine and ad hoc requests for data, programme insights and reports.
• Maintaining CRM system integrity by performing data cleansing, troubleshooting and bug fixing tasks as required.
• Assisting in continuously reviewing the CRM system, offering ideas to maximise its capabilities and further enhance our systems and processes.

Additional duties

To regularly research and roll out solutions to common operational challenges, in particular ones that relate to data, tools and technology. Examples may include:

• Options for exporting CRM data to third party map and calendar apps.
• Methods for setting up an efficient and scalable assets library.

Leading a small team to deliver the full scope of ‘Blues Go Green’ with Birmingham City FC, Official Supporters Group, Partners, Schools and more.  Developing and delivering an ambitious multifaceted project to get the widest possible scope and impact of all that ‘Blues Go Green’ can be.

Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our collaborative and high performing team, as we introduce the new role of Acquisition and Emergency Fundraising Officer. MSF UK has gone from strength to strength in the last few years andwe aim to continually improve and build on our success. This is a really exciting time to join MSF UK as we invest in fundraising and grow our team.

This role will support with the development and delivery of acquisition activity across multiple traditional and digital channels (including TV, printed media and radio), helping to increase income and recruit new supporters to MSF UK; both through one-off cash and regular giving. In the event of an emergency, this role will also support the team to deliver MSF UK’s rapid fundraising response.

The Acquisition and Emergency team work in partnership with several teams across the organisation as well as with external providers. This truly collaborative approach to delivering activity provides exciting opportunities to work with, and learn from colleagues across MSF.

Job Purpose

This role is vital for our Acquistion and Emergency Fundraising Team to operate effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a high performing fundraising team, for an International Humanitarian cause. 

The role requires an organised and proactive person to assist and support the Acquisition and Emergency Fundraising team to increase income and recruit new supporters; both through one-off cash donations and regular giving. 

You will be specifically supporting with the delivery of high profile, multi-channel fundraising campaigns, supporting with sourcing and developing creative content, analysis and reporting and providing administrative support to the team. 

This exciting role will also support with the quick activation of fundraising activity in the event of an emergency.

Working closely with the prison and their staff, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising peer opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.  

Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and possess personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach. 

This role will be prison based, working 3 days per week. About the Role

This new role will provide vital administrative support across fundraising, programme delivery, and operations. We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Charity Support Officer to help deliver AWN’s mission. You will be the first point of contact for grassroots charities, supporting them to strengthen their organisations and improve their chances of securing grant funding by offering practical guidance, signposting, and building trusted relationships that help them grow in confidence and resilience. The role includes helping organisations strengthen governance and compliance, sharing information on grant-funding opportunities, and supporting them to identify challenges and develop practical solutions.
 
The non-profits you will support work across a wide range of areas for example: women, health and wellbeing, youth, homelessness and poverty, family services, sports, faith groups, crime and gangs, prisoners and ex-offenders, refugees and asylum seekers, drug addiction, older people and rehabilitation, and many more. 
 
Bringing a strong awareness of the barriers facing small charities particularly Muslim-led groups, will be key to helping them build long-term sustainability and impact. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for charities and community groups, managing a varied caseload and balancing priorities. 

• Carry out needs assessments to understand organisations strengths, challenges, and funding needs, and develop clear action plans. 

• Provide tailored support, including health checks on governance, compliance, finances, and funding readiness, offering recommendations and signposting to specialist services (e.g., Cranfield Trust, CVS, Charity Excellence etc). 

• Advise on funding opportunities, strategy, and application readiness, with referrals to bid-writing support where needed.
