JOB PURPOSE

UK for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency's national charity partner, is looking for an ambitious, proactive, team player who can join us as a Senior Officer, Direct Marketing, within the Individual Giving Team.   

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for some of our key donor development activities across direct mail, telemarketing, and digital channels. You will be a confident communicator and experienced project manager.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead on the launch of a new RG proposition and ensure that the onboarding and onward journey is fit for purpose.

• Look for opportunities to thank our donors and communicate impact at key moments. 

• Work with key stakeholders to ensure we grow our Regular Giving file, through acquisition as well as retention.

• Manage a variety of individual giving fundraising campaigns, from agency briefing, through to launch, meeting six figure campaign targets. 

• Work with digital fundraising colleagues to create integrated, multichannel campaigns and an effective, donor-first giving journey. 

• Remain flexible and rapidly respond to emergency situations. 

• Work with the Data team to identify the best approach to data and segmentation for each project.

• Manage production processes, developing supplier briefs and managing approval stages and end of campaign reviews. 

• Manage donor research and mystery shopping as required, using insights to inform creative decisions. 

• Manage campaign fulfilment. Monitor responses to identify issues and opportunities. 

• From time-to-time support with Donor Care activities if required.

• Ensure cost effective fundraising, manage individual campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve ROIs. 

• Stay up to date with issues affecting displaced & refugee communities, campaigns from international teams and reports from the field. Scope new fundraising themes. 

• Share creative and insights with UK colleagues, global markets and HQ, participating in training seminars, workshops and international skill shares where applicable.

Role: Finance & CRM Administrator

Reporting to: Financial Controller, with a dotted line to the Directors/Fundraising team

Purpose of job: To work with the Finance and Fundraising teams to provide excellent finance, CRM & other systems administration. This will support income generation, research, data capture and information security throughout the Museum. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, managing and maintaining a CRM database of contacts, supporting other digital systems, and some general administrative duties including IT support.

Working pattern: 35 hours per week, usually worked from 10 – 6pm. Flexible/hybrid working offered for up 40% of hours to be worked from home.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £28,000-£30,000pa depending on experience

The Foundling Museum is transforming how digital systems underpin the foundations of this small but mighty Museum and charity. The position of Finance & CRM Administrator sits at the heart of this continued transition, following the successful implementation and migration to Shopify, Xero & Beacon CRM which began in 2023.

This new role is essential to the success of the Finance & Fundraising teams, in providing effective finance and CRM administration support. The Finance and CRM Administrator will support income generation activities including fundraising and venue hire, as well as playing a vital role in keeping the Museum’s accounting systems working effectively.

This includes processing all types of financial transactions on Xero and maintaining records on Beacon. You will work as a key part of both teams supporting the Museum’s strategy through the provision of high quality financial & other data, and the maintenance of the underlying systems.

Essential

· Excellent financial, administration & analytical skills

We are looking for an experienced, resilient, and proactive Social Media Support Officer to join our digital team during a crucial phase of Dignity in Dying’s campaign. You’ll be responsible for driving high-impact, engaging social media content that supports our strategic goals and energises our growing supporter and stakeholder audiences across key platforms.

This role will primarily be focused on Dignity in Dying’s campaign, but over time there is scope for the role grow and take on more of Compassion in Dying’s social media delivery.

• Create compelling, campaign-aligned content for X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Bluesky, using existing messaging, framing and personal stories, posting frequently. Engage with accounts with a range of views to challenge misinformation and advance our core messaging.
• Support the creation of dynamic video content and imagery, including vox pops, for social media, including basic editing and captioning.
• Manage our online communities with empathy and sensitivity, identifying new campaigners, people with personal experience, and key stakeholders to get involved in the campaign.
• Collaborate with our campaigns team and agency partners to deliver coordinated set piece social activity, including influencer and ally engagement.
• Run reactive and real-time comms on social media with excellent judgement and fact-checking instincts.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Fundraiser to join our friendly team. We seek someone who feels passionately about our mission, to help us to drive income and ensure Success Club can continue to change lives, by building strong engagement with our donors and fundraisers. About The Role

‎ 

This role is about designing and implementing strategies, tools and platforms that support shared learning and collaboration among organisations working towards cleaner air. Working closely with the Head of Learning and Innovation, you will lead a global needs assessment across multiple cities, which will inform the development of a training programme for movement building leads at the city level, with pilots of that approach in two cities. You will develop a knowledge sharing approach, movement building infrastructure, and tools to support sustained engagement. You will also contribute to producing learning products and co-delivering capacity building activities. This role combines strategic thinking and analysis with hands-on project management and learning product development. It is ideal for someone with an interest in global movement building efforts.

• Produce a report with an approach for knowledge sharing and movement building.

 Pilot a movement building project in two cities (35%)
