This role will work with the Head of Enterprise Applications and a project manager to implement the staged roll-out of Salesforce components. Although the roll-out will be done in bite-sized chunks, those small components will sum up to a major shift in the organisation’s capabilities. You will also be optimising business processes, making Stewardship staff’s jobs simpler and more efficient. Once the system is up and running, you will manage its ongoing evolution. In the role of CRM Systems Trainer, you will help to deliver a training programme which supports the new data strategy and infrastructure. This will replace two end of life CRM systems with a new single system, moving to a 'one record' approach enabling a smoother supporter journeys and a data and insight-driven approach to decision-making for the charity.
The Data Strategy Programme is made up of 6 workstreams including :
- The design and delivery of the new core Salesforce CRM with our delivery partner Deloitte

Girls Not Brides is looking for a Head of Research, Evidence and Learning to lead the secretariat’s work on research, evidence, data and learning to inform impactful action on ending child, early and forced marriage and unions (CEFMU). The successful candidate leads the Evidence and Learning Team and works closely with all teams to ensure Girls Not Brides is a go-to and trusted source for evidence and shared learning on what works to address CEFMU and support married girls, globally and in priority regions where we work. The role holder ensures the Girls Not Brides secretariat is a highly effective learning and knowledge hub on CEFMU, co-creating and sharing collective insights and evidence to strengthen our programme, advocacy and policy work driving impact across the movement.
Working closely with Teams in Africa, Asia and Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), they provide strategic leadership to increase uptake of research, evidence and collective knowledge by member organisations to enable more effective evidence-based action to end child marriage at all levels. Moreover, the role ensures we continue to play a leading role in coordinating global, regional and national evidence generation through convening diverse stakeholders, identifying evidence gaps and catalyzing collective efforts to strengthen the evidence base on what works to end child marriage.
In close collaboration with the Director of Learning, Evidence and Impact, the Head of Research, Evidence and Learning plays a leadership role in ensuring the timely and quality implementation and delivery of two key areas of the Strategic Objective on Learning of Girls Not Brides’ Secretariat Strategy 2022-2025. Role description and purpose
The post-holder will be responsible for the successful leadership and management of CPA’s portfolio of programmes in line with the strategic direction set by the Council and Trustees. Reporting directly to the CEO, the post-holder will be a key member of the senior management team, leading the Programme/Project Management team and working with the Finance Manager, Communications Lead, Research Lead, Advisors and other key staff to develop and deliver CPA programmes across the Commonwealth and beyond. About the role
We have a new and exciting opportunity to work with us as an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Manager (External) to provide continuity while our EDI Strategy Lead is on maternity leave. Reporting to the Executive Director, Impact and working with key stakeholders and colleagues across the whole organisation, you will help ensure alignment between our external For Everyone Strategic Framework and our new organisational strategy. As a charity for everyone, this framework outlines our approach to embedding equity, diversity and inclusion internally within our organisation and externally in our delivery work.
As the EDI Manager (External) you will be supporting the Senior Leadership Team to deliver core actions from the For Everyone External Action Plan. You will also be responsible for reporting and evaluating progress on the implementation of the For Everyone External Action Plan.
You will be overseeing the consistent implementation of Sustrans Approaches, a new document that sets out the services that Sustrans offers, with a particular focus on inclusive design and delivery. As part of this, you will be providing guidance, training and bespoke support to colleagues, so that they feel confident and competent in inclusive design principles and practice.
Ensuring quality and timely execution, you will be managing specific EDI work projects and change initiatives, as outlined in the External Action Plan and/or Sustrans Approaches.
