Job Purpose
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that blends creativity with data insight to
deliver engaging, effective campaigns that support recruitment and engagement across Ada’s key audiences.
To be successful in the role the post holder will:
● Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and coordinate content across channels.
● Be detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret performance data and act on insights.
● Be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in an evolving environment.
● Bring an interest in digital marketing and a desire to grow skills across social media,
website management, and campaign delivery.
● Demonstrate working knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms and analytics (CMS systems, Meta and Google Ads, web analytics dashboards.)
● Understand basic design principles and be comfortable supporting colleagues to shape and optimize social-media first creative assets.

Role Responsibilities
● Post and schedule content across Ada’s social media platforms and website.
● Monitor performance across platforms and use analytics to inform content and campaign optimization.
● Plan and deliver targeted paid campaigns across social media and contextual advertising platforms.
● Collaborate with agencies and media publishers to support effective campaign delivery.
● Optimize live, paid media campaigns (adjusting creative, messaging and targeting to
maximize impact)
Website management:
● Create news items for the website.
● Ensure pages are SEO optimized to drive organic traffic.
● Manage annual website reviews and implement changes.
●Analyse and optimize website performance.
● Support the delivery and tracking of Ada’s annual communications plan across target
audiences.
● Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform developments to keep Ada’s activity current and effective and contribute to Ada’s overall digital marketing approach.

Spark Inside runs coaching programmes in prisons across London and the South East, to encourage rehabilitation and reduce reoffending.
We are one of the first organisations to take life coaching to people living and working in prison and to use systems coaching to bring together staff and prisoners in UK prisons. Our expert coaches are qualified and trained professionals. To achieve our ambitious strategy, Spark Inside is seeking a Communications Manager to help raise the charity’s public profile, build influence with policymakers, attract funders and commissioners, and ensure the lived experience of young people in the justice system shapes our messaging, campaigns and strategy.

What the job involves
This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in driving impactful external communication strategies that support High Value, Philanthropy and Partnerships teams. As a key player in the Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand team, you’ll enable the integration of high value fundraising activities into wider organisational communications, inspiring action to fund life-saving initiatives that help men navigate prostate cancer.
Supporting the Head of Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand and our senior Business Partner in embedding and developing our business partnering model. A major part of the role will be enabling the integration of High Value Fundraising activity into the wider communications plan to enhance results from our communications.
You’ll work closely with our Philanthropy, Corporate Partnerships and Appeal teams to help plan and deliver inspiring communications that support our fundraising strategy. From pitching proposals and event promotion to major appeal campaigns, you’ll help build strong relationships with major donors and partners. About the role
Join Dementia UK as a Digital Marketing Executive and play a vital role in raising awareness of the charity’s services, engaging supporters and generating income through digital activity.
Working closely with the Digital team, you will support the development and delivery of the digital marketing strategy, with a particular focus on paid campaign management . We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager, who will be responsible for the financial management and reporting of the organisation. Able to manage the day-to-day financial analysis and reporting requirements for Money Ready, and provide input for strategic financial planning. You will work with colleagues across the country as we continue to develop and grow the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Ensures the timely and accurate production of all management and annual accounts and all forecasts in accordance with best practise and statutory requirements.
- A key business partner who provides value added business support and financial insight to the SMT and colleagues throughout the Charity.
- Provides financial insight to development team to assist with fundraising bids, prepare donor budgets, and ensure donor reporting and compliance throughout the grant life cycle.
- Responsible for delivery of all statutory and regulatory compliance, including statutory accounts, certification officer returns, Charities Commission, VAT and all payroll taxes.
- Responsible for fortnightly payment runs processing. Supervise and assist with the sale invoices processing and regular credit control. Monthly reconciliation of all Money Ready’s bank accounts.
- Responsible for monthly payroll including monthly and annual RTI reporting to HMRC, pensions payments, annual payroll processing and relevant reconciliations.
- Work with auditors on preparing the audit strategy and manage annual audit process, providing all the relevant paperwork during the audit process.
- Be a positive change champion for the organisation, identifying key impact areas and priorities and supporting change programmes and strategies in both finance and across the Union as a whole.
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns with reconciliations and reporting. Line management, objective setting and performance reviews for direct report.
- Establish and maintain a robust internal controls environment that is fit for purpose but uses a risk-based approach to the establishment of processes and procedures.
Personal Specification
- You will need to show;
- Experience Substantial experience in a finance or accounting role (including at management level) in a not-for profit organisation.
- Substantial experience in the preparation of monthly management accounts and year end accounts.
- Substantial experience in processing monthly payroll using QuickBooks Payroll and Sage Payroll.
- Line management experience, including objectives setting and performance reviews.
- Experience in charity accounting principles, especially with regards to grants and restricted funds.
- Demonstrable experience of business partnering with multiple, non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience of establishing financial systems including business plans and budgets.
Skills and abilities
- Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA). Finalists to be considered.

What the job involves
Join our Customer Engagement and Experience team as our Data Imports Manager, where every day you’ll be helping to make sure our supporters’ donations and personal details are handled with care and accuracy.
You’ll manage the Data Import Team, who process around £30 million in donations each year and safely manage details for about 180,000 new supporters. It’s a role right at the heart of our operations, keeping our systems running smoothly and ensuring supporter data is looked after properly.
Day to day, you’ll manage the flow of financial and personal data into our CRM, whether it’s from third-party suppliers or our website. You’ll own the use of our automation tools to ensure data imports are efficient and accurate.
You’ll support your team, respond to data queries, and as the product owner of our bespoke ETL tool work closely with developers, designers and data teams to deliver high quality solutions. There’s plenty of scope to spot ways to improve how we work, reducing manual processes and making things quicker and smarter without compromising quality.
Alongside this, you’ll produce regular reports to keep things on track, such as weekly/monthly reconciliation reports for Finance, and oversee tasks such as creating our Gift Aid claim. You’ll also play a key part in developing and monitoring KPIs, making sure we’re hitting our goals and delivering a reliable, accurate service.

What we want from you
We’re looking for candidates who have an expert knowledge of database systems and be able to channel this knowledge into meeting the business needs of the charity.
You’ll be a natural collaborator, able to build strong relationships and comfortable working with people at all levels across the charity. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities and relationships, keeping a high volume of tasks moving smoothly and within set timeframes. Time management is key in this role, as you’ll understand how data processes directly affect income and supporter experience.
With a practical, agile mindset, you’ll be a problem solver who can look at systems and processes with fresh eyes and quickly spot opportunities to make them more efficient and effective. Process-driven and detail-focused, you’ll take a proactive approach to improving the way we work, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Excellent communication skills are essential, you’ll be confident having open, honest conversations to protect the integrity of our data, and able to influence decisions when it counts.
You’ll have experience managing and coaching a team, supporting people to achieve great results while developing their skills and confidence.
Ideally, you’ll also have a good understanding of charity law relating to fundraising, Gift Aid, data and information management, along with experience of customer relationship databases, particularly Raiser's Edge.

Purpose of Role
The Digital Fundraising Growth Manager will manage our digital paid media planning and delivery, driving audience engagement at all stages of the marketing funnel, specifically with the aim of delivering growth in our supporter base and income.
The post holder will directly oversee all digital paid media activity in line with agreed campaign and year round engagement and fundraising strategies and plans, including but not limited to social media advertising, search marketing, programmatic display, and emerging channels ensuring plans are fully integrated with other engagement and fundraising activity (including owned and earned media across all channels and wider organisational efforts).
Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will drive digital fundraising performance across a range of campaign and product offers, optimising media spend; creative and supporter journeys using data-driven insights informed by a rapid and robust test and learn methodology to ensure our investments are optimised for performance.
As the Comic Relief’s paid media champion, the post holder will also play a key role in ensuring alignment of media campaigns with integrated web and CRM journeys to deliver consistent and personalised supporter experiences. Plan and deliver strategically aligned digital fundraising activity, focussed for the relevant target audiences:

Digital Acquisition and Fundraising

Develop and implement acquisition campaigns and activity to attract new supporters through social platforms, both paid and unpaid, search engine advertising, and email marketing. As well as novel and innovative platforms and opportunities as identified.

Experience collecting content from patients, beneficiaries, or key subject matter experts in the form of written interviews, photos and/or video, and developing this into marketing assets would be desirable.

A strong belief in the work we do at PCR, and a demonstrable desire to improve outcomes for patients through our work in fundraising.

Good knowledge of WordPress website optimisation and plugins or strong desire to learn.

The Individual Giving team is responsible for raising over £21m. Legacies are vital to Diabetes UK, with gifts in Wills funding around 40% of our work every year.
The role of the Legacy Marketing Manager will be an integral part of our legacy marketing team, working together to lead the strategic planning, support and delivery of integrated, multi-channel direct marketing campaigns, consortium activity and events to promote legacy giving and grow our pipeline of supporters.
We need a strategic thinker who is innovative, highly proactive and organised, and takes ownership in managing a portfolio of inspiring acquisition, conversion and stewardship campaigns, appeals and experiences across a range of channels including Digital, Email, Telephone, Direct Mail, Press, Events. We need someone who will drive the programme forwards, maximising value, continuously improving ways of working, and innovating in response to need.
You will be highly numerate, basing decisions on data & insight, and engaging a diverse range of potential legacy supporters, by connecting them to opportunities to support Diabetes UKs work. You will ensure you provide an excellent supporter experience – inspiring donors to maximise the value of their gift, engage with other fundraising products and continue to support Diabetes UKs work.
The role will also be critical in championing legacy marketing across the organisation, ensuring all areas are aware of the importance of legacies and can support our activities.
It is essential that the Legacy Marketing Manager proactively cultivates strong relationships with teams across Diabetes UK to ensure legacies are widely promoted.
