As the Peer to Peer Groupwork Facilitator you will set up, lead and deliver a year-long peer to peer group programme for bereaved families who have experienced the sudden and unexpected death of a baby or young child.
The groupwork is based on a programme led by Harvard University and Boston’s Children’s hospital and has structured sessions drawing upon psychological model of CBT, although the sessions are not therapeutic. Each session has a theme and incorporates education, guidance and support.
You will establish and deliver a new peer online support group, facilitating group formation, and enhancing service delivery and creating a safe and welcoming space for bereaved families.
Outside the group sessions you will be responsible for managing the administration and evaluation of the service, including and collection of questionnaires and feedback required for reporting purposes and supporting members with any signposting requirements processing referrals, carrying out eligibility screening, monitoring the waiting list and inputting and keeping all database member and service records up to date.
It is a key time to be joining the charity and helping us to continue to save babies’ lives and support bereaved families. The charity has been hugely successful, but the work is far from done. The impact of the sudden death of a baby is wide and never goes away, as we know from the families that we support. This drives all our work, across each department. This role
The Graphic Designer will devise excellent creative designs and ideas to support the Refugee Council’s strategic priorities, particularity in relation to income generation and social media.
The role will be responsible for the design and visual aspect of digital and fundraising activities, developing excellent creative concepts that will engage with our key audiences. The role will also contribute to the management and execution of our new visual identity and support the management of digital assets and our social media platforms.
The Digital Team is the central hub of digital expertise within the charity and a significant amount of our communications are delivered via owned and paid-for digital communications. The Digital Team is currently involved in two core organisational projects: a rebrand and a website re-design. We have many different audiences we need to connect with, including the people we are here to help, and our digital platforms need to reflect that.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer’s main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver creative and considered design solutions that meet the objectives of the brief, engaging with key audiences on preferred platforms.
- Understand the organisation’s design guidelines and interpret into creative outputs that are fully on brand and drive action, inspire and inform Refugee Council’s key audiences.
- To assist in the management of the organisation’s Digital Asset Management process, including communicating the need for content, training, guidance on content collection, image selection, key wording, uploading, and editing images.
- Being part of any content working groups, supporting, and guiding staff across the organisation to recognise and bring to life Refugee Council’s through imagery and video.

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Growth Marketing Manager to join the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and lead our acquisition and lead generation marketing activity.

From implementing and managing paid search and content marketing to analysing customer insights and trends, this is a varied role with lots of opportunity to make an impact.
In this role, you will:
- Plan and execute lead generating and income growth marketing campaigns and strategies for products and services across the organisation with a particular focus on training products and our sustainable conference, meeting and events venue
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand our products and services and their unique selling points, identify target audiences and understand buying habits to help shape campaigns and messaging
- Support internal stakeholders to achieve their commercial targets, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs
- Design and implement targeted automated email campaigns, segmenting audiences and nurturing leads
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets, balancing growth and spend
- Devise campaigns that engage and convert by utilising paid search, paid social, display, retargeting and SEO to generate engagement and leads
- Optimise landing pages and user funnels to drive engagement and conversion
- Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and messaging
- Forecast, measure and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Use analytics tools to track key metrics and make data driven decisions
- Craft engaging content for our websites that attracts and converts our target audiences
- Work with subject matter experts to identify trending topics, produce resources and thought leadership content, and disseminate key information to our target audiences
- Brief designers and where appropriate create design assets
- Collect, manage, process and evaluate data, using CRM and other systems as necessary
- Work with the Head of Marketing and Communications to set and monitor KPIs and objectives
- Brief and manage the work of external agencies when necessary
- Deliver effective internal communications and marketing reporting
- Seek opportunities for improvement of business processes to improve customer experience, reduce costs and ensure maximum return on marketing budget
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone and visual identity across all activity
- Provide support on membership recruitment and retention, policy, profile raising, and events marketing and communications activity when required

The Fundraising Director will work to the Chief Executive and in collaboration with the Executive Management Team, Senior Leadership Teams and wider Board and stakeholder groups.
