About the role
Your key purpose will be to support the Supporter Experience Manager in the delivering an excellent supporter experience for individuals across all fundraising activities. This includes projects related to Shooting Star Children’s Hospices Individual Giving programme, supporter journeys and ensuring Shooting Star Children’s Hospices families who choose to fundraise are effectively supported in their activity. This role will support the charities appeal fundraising programme, working with the Head of Supporter Engagement and Supporter Experience Manager on supporter stewardship.
The Supporter Experience Coordinator will also provide efficient and effective key administrative support to the wider fundraising team, optimising income generation proactivity cross-team. They will support in maximising the potential of our fundraising data, ensuring accurate and effective fundraising finance processes, gift aid maximisation and utilising the fundraising database.

Summary of the position
Epic is looking for a Development Manager to support the activities of the UK Development Team to help us ‘make giving the norm’.
The Development Manager will work with the UK Director in our small team in the UK, as well as working closely with colleagues in Paris and Brussels.
This position offers candidates the opportunity to develop their skills across a range of fundraising disciplines including corporate fundraising, major donor engagement, events, and philanthropy.
This position will work with a deeply engaged team in an international environment. Given the versatile nature of the responsibilities and the small team size, candidates will need to show demonstrable flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to take ownership and work independently.

Key Responsibilities :
With support from the UK Director, the Development Manager will work collaboratively with the Director and wider UK team and Development colleagues in Paris and Brussels to execute the fundraising strategy in the UK. The Development Manager is a key role in a small team, and will contribute new ideas, networks and results to help us meet our income targets and therefore create more positive impact for children and young people globally. More specifically, the key responsibilities of this role are outlined below.
1. Business Development (65%)
- Lead prospect research and outreach efforts to expand Epic’s prospect donor pool in the UK: monitor the fundraising ecosystem, conduct in-depth prospect research and engage in proactive outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, emailing, digital networking and in-person events. This will include attending early morning and evening events as required.
- Set conversion objectives and support conversion from leads to donations
- Identify and secure lead opportunities within networks and events
- Pitch Epic and its various Giving Solutions to potential donors, and build tailored proposals when needed
- Maintain high discipline and consistency in follow-up with leads and donors: use Epic’s CRM to build a consistent pipeline of prospects, as well as maintaining the database with accurate and up to date donor information
- Evaluate and monitor the return on investment (ROI) of events and fundraising campaigns
- Prepare compelling fundraising communications, materials and presentations for donor meetings and events
2. Nurturing & engaging the UK Community (20%)
- Contribute to Epic’s engagement strategy for current donors to ensure an 80% renewal rate
- Maintain regular touchpoints with a subgroup of donors through activities such as sharing monitoring reports, organising project visits and volunteering opportunities in the UK, and scheduling regular calls and face to face meetings.
- Act as the main point of contact for a subset of donors and answer their enquiries in a timely manner
- Craft and manage engagement opportunities such as UK events and webinars, including drinks, talks, breakfast events, and provide support to the organisation for the annual gala nights. Support will be provided for certain events by our in-house dedicated Events team.
3. Fundraising-related administration (15%)
- Manage donor-related administrative tasks, such as regular use of Epic’s CRM (Salesforce), donation forms, meeting preparation, minutes (where applicable), and
- Process all donations, using Salesforce and related donation platforms, in a timely manner each month
- Liaise with international fund vehicles, such as Myriad USA, to ensure all international donation commitments are fulfilled.
Position Requirements :
- Candidate must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
- Excellent level of English (both spoken and written) required
- Proficiency in French (written and spoken) highly desirable
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales, fundraising or business development role, with demonstrable experience of securing 5- and 6-figure gifts
- Experience within the charity sector is desirable but not required
- Experience using software packages such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva and other applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to attend external events (including evening events) and comfortable networking with a variety of people across different communities
- Experience with a CRM is required and preferably some experience of using Salesforce
- Strong self-discipline and project management skills
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
The Epic UK team is a small but dedicated team. The role requires flexibility and a start-up attitude. This is a full time, permanent position, based in the London office with the opportunity for two remote working days each week. This role reports to the UK Director and will involve closely working with Epic’s global development team, as well as with the Engagement, Programs, Marketing and Communications, and Operations teams.
Contract Details
- Position based in central London (Mayfair), UK (with option to work from home 2 days per week).

Job Description
As Fundraising Assistant you will be part of a growing and busy team currently responsible for raising £2.7million to fund the charity’s work to take on heart diseases. This role is integral to the team, supporting a variety of fundraising activity including our flagship anonymous heART project, third party challenges such as the London Marathon and Great North Run, fundraising activities organised by our supporters or third party challenges through an external supplier, digital fundraising activities as well as supporting some of our other income streams and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
· To assist with the co-ordination and delivery of all art-related fundraising activities – including liaising with artists, promoting art sales and the anonymous heart project (in conjunction with the marketing team), and supporting the administration of these fundraising activities.
· To support third party challenge events (via external suppliers), including assisting with the administration, marketing, recruitment and stewardship of participants for such events as the London Marathon and the Great North Run and supporting with marathon event weekend activities.

About the role
As our Global Internal Communications & Engagement Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a comprehensive global strategy for internal communications and employee engagement at WaterAid and work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive sustainable change.

Role Purpose
As Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible for generating sustainable income through our fundraising activities, along with ensuring that Beaumond House is continuously building strong relationships with our supporters, local businesses and wider community as part of our income generation strategy.
You will lead and support the Beaumond House fundraising team in developing sustainable income to help ensure our charitable work continues to make an impact in Newark and Sherwood for future generations.
Main Duties
- Responsible for devising, implementing, and developing innovative fundraising activity plans to ensure dependable sources of income for now and in the future.
- Work with your team, to build long-lasting relationships with our supporters, volunteers, businesses, grant makers and wider community.
- Manage the fundraising team operations and plan day-to-day activities.
- Ensure that all fundraising activity and donor communications is compliant and to best practice, keeping up to date with latest fundraising regulations.
- Work closely with senior leadership team, in particular Head of Retail and Head of Care to ensure joined-up fundraising campaigns are in place across the organisation.
- Working closely with Head of Finance to ensure all income is correctly categorised and allocated.
- Be responsible for ensuring donor data and relationship management communications are correctly populated within CRM system.
- Oversee our presence across online platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and Beaumond House brand.
- Continuously track and report fundraising performance and budgets to Director of Income Generation and CEO, producing monthly and ad-hoc reports to support strategic decision making.
- Support in developing future strategies for income generation.
Operational and Management Duties
- Responsible line management of the Fundraising team, holding team-wide meetings, 1-2-1 sessions, annual appraisals and development plans. Creating a positive working environment within the department to enable all members of the team are productive and motivated.
- Mentor and coach members of the team, identify and support with development needs in team knowledge or experience, offering support and best practice advice.
- Delivering a tactical programme to ensure the successful implementation of fundraising plans and strategy, supporting each member of the fundraising team to meet their targets.
- Identify and clarify relationship overlaps between fundraising team members to ensure clarity for donors and supporters.
- Get involved and support the team with fundraising activities as required. Such as attending fundraising events and activities outside normal working hours, weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
- Support and encourage the team in working effectively with volunteers. Ensuring volunteers have purpose, feel valued, well supported and part of the Beaumond House team.

Strategic Support

- Champion innovation in income generation, identify emerging trends in philanthropy, digital fundraising and donor engagement.
- Prepare detailed income and expenditure forecasts and project schedules in line with the organisation’s objectives.
- Support in the development of future strategic projects and priorities with Senior Leadership Team.
- Prepare reports on fundraising performance for board and sub-committees as required.
Administration Duties
- Take responsibility for own administration, always completing to the highest and most thorough standards.

· Strengthen humanitarian acquisition readiness, working in partnership with the Humanitarian Fundraising Lead ensure compelling emergency content and rapid mobilisation strategies are in place, as well as effective journeys towards committed giving to our organization.
· Ensure DRTV excellence and evolution, by driving best practice, coordinating a global community of practice, facilitating shared production of adverts, and exploring opportunities in connected TV (CTV) working in closely collaboration with our digital specialists and global content unit.
· Explore and test new and re-emerging channels, including offline methods such as cold mail and telemarketing, to diversify acquisition and unlock new growth opportunities.
· Provide hands-on strategic and operational support to priority markets, working in close partnership with local fundraising leadership to build capacity and capability across key acquisition channels. This includes defining joint objectives and tailored support plans, skill-sharing, and co-development of strategies to accelerate growth, without assuming direct market oversight.

Experience and Skills
Essential
1. Significant experience (minimum 5+ years) in strategic leadership roles in large fundraising organisations.
2. Experience of leading the development and implementation of large-scale donor acquisition strategies and strategic initiatives that require deep stakeholder engagement in complex international organisations.
3. Excellent skills across a variety of different acquisition programmes/channels, including DRTV, F2F, telemarketing and digital, including vendor and account management.
4. Ability to analyse complex data sets across multiple channels and markets to identify actionable insights. Adept at understanding market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with the Fire Fighters Charity on a fantastic Brand Marketing Manager role. This key position will be responsible for leading the change in shaping how the brand is seen, felt and experience across the UK.
As the Brand Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind brand strategy, ensuring it sparks recognition, relevance, and emotional connection across every touchpoint — from printed materials to digital content. You’ll champion the brand internally, guide teams in delivering consistent messaging, and produce high-quality marketing that helps them support more fire and rescue personnel and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the Fire Fighters Charity’s brand strategy.
- Act as a brand guardian — ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing assets (leaflets, posters, brochures, etc.).
- Support cross-functional teams with brand consultancy and creative leadership.
- Collaborate on major campaigns and ensure alignment with the values and identity.
- Work alongside digital teams to harmonise offline and online marketing.
- Line manage and support the development of the Social Media Officer.
- Track brand health and performance with insight and evaluation tools.
- Deliver internal training to build brand confidence across the organisation.
Person Specification:
- Experience in developing and managing brand strategy.
- Proven success in producing high-quality, brand-aligned marketing materials.
- Strong copywriting and visual identity skills.
- Excellent project management and cross-team collaboration.
- Passion for meaningful storytelling and audience engagement.
What’s on Offer:
· Location: Remote (with occasional travel)
· Contract: 12-month FTC, option for 4 or 5 days/week
· Salary: £43,900

Job Description
The Jewish Museum London has undergone substantial positive change over the past two years, moving out of our Camden site and moving to a ‘Museum without Walls’ model. With new leadership installed at both lay and staff levels and a consultation process underway for the development of a five and fifteen-year strategy the Museum is looking for a new member of the team to assist in running the day-to-day administration of the organisation.
Our museum is made up of passionate and expert staff and a collection of over 40,000 objects which are both accredited and designated with Outstanding status by Arts Council England. Our learning programmes hold multiple awards, and our visitor feedback is consistently very high, however, we have much bigger ambitions than our current success. The Museum is looking to expand, in space, in profile and in audience reach. We are looking for someone passionate about our potential to assist the wider team as we move forward to the next phase of the Jewish Museum London.
Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team the appointed candidate will have the organisational and administrative skills to ensure the Museum can effectively run its programmes and help grow the organisation.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The main role of the Executive Assistant will be to administrate the activities of the Museum. Organizing key meetings on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team (this will include Finance, Ops, Collections and Learning) will be a key part of the role. Excellent communication skills are required as this role will involve liaising with a wide range of
internal and external stakeholders. You will assist with social media and general comms as the Museum’s digital presence continues to develop.
From time to time, you may be asked to provide research and presentations for meetings. In consultation with the Finance Director and Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day logistics of Museum activities.
