About the role.

About this role
The Digital Acquisition Officer is a key member of the Mass Engagement team and part of the wider Development team. The Mass Engagement team exists to raise awareness of Reprieve’s work, shift public opinion and to inspire support. - To triage and respond to incoming enquiries, material requests and bookings via phone & email, efficiently and accurately.

We have an exciting opportunity with a 12-month fixed term contract where we are looking for an experienced digital marketer who is process and data driven. This role is integral to migrating digital systems and processes to a new CRM database, improving them as we optimise new functionality. We are seeking a Direct Marketing Officer to join this team to manage and deliver a series of high standard direct marketing campaigns across our Regular Giving programme. This individual will be recruiting, retaining and upgrading regular donors to generate income through a variety of direct marketing methods such as direct dialogue, DRTV, digital, and direct mail. They will be encouraging regular monthly gifts or support via one of our main products such as general Regular Giving and Sponsorship, our Lottery, Value Exchange programme and other methods of committed giving as they arise.

The Peer Support Coordinator will play a critical role in the delivery of Day One's Peer Support Service. The primary objectives are to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to our beneficiaries; to develop our regional peer support model; and to facilitate a positive volunteering experience for our lived experience volunteer team. Responsibilities will include the day-to-day coordination of peer support activity. What will you be working on? As Head of Fundraising Innovation, you will:

What does all of this look like day-to-day?
You'll be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the innovation strategy across all income streams within Mind's Fundraising Income directorate including:
-Managing the operational delivery of new product development and adaptation of existing products with a focus on continuous improvement
-Working with teams and product owners to upskill and embed innovation ways of working across all teams in the directorate, with clear roles and responsibilities
-Identify opportunities for income growth, contributing to key cross-org projects that have the potential to impact on, and improve fundraising
-Overseeing budgets, KPI setting and reporting - both annual and longer-term
You will also manage key relationships with external agencies and oversee contracts and partner performance as well as line managing our brilliant Senior Innovation Officer (Fundraising).
