About the role

As the HLA Sales Lead, you will lead and manage commercial activity for HLA-Enterprise (HLA-E), driving the growth and diversification of income streams by selling our innovative learning products and services to individuals and organisations in the humanitarian and development sectors.

You will be responsible for acquiring new partners and renewing and expanding existing ones. This involves identifying opportunities, working closely with HLA teams to create awareness of our offer, converting enquiries, upscaling partnerships, and building a strong portfolio of clients for Kaya and other e-learning solutions. You will also play a key role in building partnerships across Save the Children and the wider sector, ensuring the financial sustainability of HLA and supporting its strategic direction.

In this role, you will:  

• Deliver on HLA-E sales strategy to diversify and increase HLA-E income streams, ensuring delivery of agreed targets and business growth
• Ability to ensure clear and timely reporting of the sales performance.
• Support the development of a new go-to-market strategy to grow HLA's commercial revenue from products and services, working to set and achieve agreed income targets for 2025-2027.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the e-learning market for HLA's solutions, products, and services, ensuring a robust prospect pipeline.
• Responsible for all Kaya & HLA-E sales, account management of clients and pitching for new clients/audiences and on-going client management.
• Enhance the customer journey to improve conversion rates, managing key performance metrics such as income, profitability, and return on investment.
• Build and manage relationships with potential customers and partners by working closely with HLA colleagues across various functions.
• Explore innovative funding mechanisms that provide mutual benefits for the HLA and donors, such as social investment.
• Represent HLA in external forums to promote its mission and seek new opportunities for collaboration.

Ways of Working:

We are looking for a Director of Income and Investment to lead all UKMSA’s income generation, and to ensure we steward and invest our income effectively. You’ll work in partnership with the CEO, Board and leadership team to ensure UKMSA has the financial resilience to provide practical and strategic support to Men’s Sheds across the UK, and in partnership with our colleagues in the international Shedding movement.

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Director to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving our fundraising efforts, developing relationships, building and managing cross organisational and corporate partnerships, and expanding our network to support and enhance our programmes. Over the last few months, CPF has been looking into upcoming tender opportunities and recently finished a feasibility study which has provided recommendations on some of the most viable partnership opportunities and expanded service provisions that could play a vital role in moving forward. These are built around three main priority areas – sustaining and expanding the advocacy service, building long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships with other organisations that result in additional service provisions, and expanding the use of the current premise to create a warm and welcoming space throughout the week and into the evenings.

The Donor Engagement Manager is responsible for communicating IFAW’s vision, strategy, and impact to inspire significant philanthropic commitments for IFAW's work from high-net-worth individuals and family foundations. Role and Responsibilities

The Donor Engagement Manager is an integral component of IFAW’s global Development team. Reporting to the Deputy Vice President, Development, the Donor Engagement Manager leads a robust donor communications, engagement, and stewardship program for high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, spearheading the development of strategy and plans, and supervising a team of contractors and freelancers for project implementation. The successful candidate will contribute to the attainment of ambitious growth goals (including current use, endowments, and significant gifts in will), by inspiring donors’ philanthropic support and leading the creation and implementation of a suite of donor communications and experiences.

Critical responsibilities include:

Create dynamic donor engagement plan

· Spearhead donor engagement plans, including cultivation, stewardship experiences, and recognition

· Drive a robust calendar of communications and activities to optimize donor engagement, mission impact, and a best-in class donor experience with IFAW

· Advise and support frontline fundraisers with strategy and content for donor communications and proposals; collaborate with gift officers on HNW individual donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts, including development of custom proposals and cases for support

· Collaborate with communications and program teams to create compelling donor impact reports, donor newsletters, webinars, bespoke proposals, and other tools that drive and support effective engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major- and principal-level gifts as well as larger legacy commitments; maintain curated library of assets for gift officers to use or customize

· Gather and share impact stories, data, and testimonials to demonstrate the value of donor contributions

· Plan and oversee execution of exclusive engagement opportunities (in-person and virtual) for target audience, designed to highlight IFAW programmatic expertise and build stronger donor relationships

· Develop and implement personalized stewardship plans for select principal and major donors, working closely with frontline fundraisers and relationship managers

Manage projects and personnel

· Lead, coach, and manage a team of freelancers responsible for communications, stewardship, and engagement activities; oversee contracts, monitor deliverables and expenditures

· Ensure routine fundraising communications and templates for major gifts are up-to-date, accurate, and on brand (e.g., fundraising appeals, donor education emails, gift acknowledgments, holiday cards, swag)

· Manage creation and updates of bespoke proposals so that they are timely and well-designed

· Improve integration of mail / email outreach

· Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to optimize use and creative repurposing of resources and collateral materials

· Enhance web presence (philanthropy pages) to incorporate donor testimonials and demonstrate impact of philanthropic support

· Update and improve naming opportunities for major and principal gifts, named and endowed funds, larger legacies and blended gifts from HNW individuals

Strategic guidance and innovation

· Collaborate with DVP Development to recommend and implement effective points of contact with donors for the purposes of cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of six-figure+ gifts

· Identify opportunities to present our work more effectively and enhance the donor experience

· Launch or relaunch giving societies – e.g., cumulative lifetime giving, high-end annual giving, legacy society – with an emphasis on philanthropy and engagement rather than perks and benefits

· Advise on ways to streamline and improve donor communications and engagement, e.g., by leveraging technology, balancing push / pull outreach, adjusting the mix of print / digital and other media  

· Guide the larger Development team in positioning our programs to inspire greater philanthropic support

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Minimum 4-5 years of related experience in nonprofit stewardship, donor communications, fundraising, or related transferable experience

· Experience leading a team in a development setting, including direct supervision of colleagues in donor engagement and stewardship; and/or management of a stable of contractors and freelancers

· Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and lead numerous functions and various projects simultaneously

An exceptional opportunity to work with a passionate volunteer-led organisation and help shape the future of a remarkable industrial heritage site. Kempton Steam Museum, operated by Kempton Great Engines Trust, is home to the world's largest operational triple-expansion steam engine, which supplied water to much of London until 1980. Our project, Kempton: Clean Water for Life - reaching a wider audience, is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we aim to transform Kempton Steam Museum’s engagement with visitors and the local community, while enhancing support for volunteers and care of collections. Three new part-time staff roles are being created to focus on volunteering, collections and managing the project.

The part-time Museum Operations and Project Manager will manage day-to-day operations and oversee delivery of the project initiatives. We will also be recruiting a Curatorial Officer (one day per week) and a Volunteer Coordinator (two days per week).

The Role

Theirworld is seeking a proactive and collaborative Manager to support the development, delivery, and learning of education projects and innovation initiatives.

This role will work closely with the Director of Programmes and the wider Projects team to support the design and coordination of pilot projects that test bold, locally driven ideas across Theirworld’s three core pillars: Best Start in Life, A Safe Place to Learn, and Skills for the Future.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in project management and delivery, innovation support, and strong coordination skills. About the role

This is a new role which will help to deliver a pilot strategy to grow long-term sustainable income by enhancing Breast Cancer Now’s on-the-ground presence locally.

Joining the relationship fundraising team and working closely with the high value partnerships team, this role is responsible for cultivating new long-term relationships and, in turn, driving fundraising income.

Uniquely, the post holder will help to implement a large-scale trial to further grow Tickled Pink, an award-winning partnership between Asda, Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel! which has raised over £100m. The goal is to grow both engagement and future income by directly supporting colleagues across Asda stores in their local area.

In addition, this role will establish and grow a portfolio of supporters in the northwest by cultivating relationships with new and warm supporters including individuals, clubs, societies and local companies. It will also line manage two community fundraisers based in Scotland. 

What’s special about this role is that you’ll be working alongside a supportive, innovative and fun team which has delivered continued growth in fundraising over the last five years.

The is the first time the charity has had a community fundraiser locally based in the northwest. It is one of five new roles being introduced as part of the pilot, and the goal is that they all become permanent. 

About you 

You’re a pro at cultivating long term relationships with a variety of new supporters to generate income, and have great community fundraising experience working with individuals, local companies and clubs and societies.

You’re proactive and can work in a flexible and agile way; perhaps you’ve helped to deliver successful pilots in the past. You’re solution focused and experienced in developing and delivering ideas to grow income and engagement in the short and long term.

Head of Fundraising and Development

Connect: North Korea is a fast-growing charity supporting North Korean escapees to build new lives after experiences of systemic discrimination, poverty, and trauma. 

Our organisational income has grown consistently year on year since we registered  in 2018. We now have a series of multi-year grants in place ensuring that 42% of our income for 2026 is already secured. But we are ambitious. We want to do more for our community, so we are looking for a new, dynamic Head of Fundraising and Development to lead and deliver income generation as we scale our work in the UK and globally.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a fundraising strategy and plan across all major income streams—trusts and foundations, individual giving, corporate partnerships, and major donors. This role is an exciting mixture of leadership complemented by  day-to-day delivery. You’ll work closely with the CEO and across programme teams to map out our annual fundraising plan, craft compelling cases for support, develop funder relationships, and increase our funding base by 20% in 2026. 

Position: Head of Fundraising and Development

Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer

Based at: Our offices in New Malden KT3 with some remote/home working.  We will be as flexible as possible to accommodate the right candidate.

Contract: Permanent. Full-time (35 hours per week). Flexible hours/days possible whilst respecting core hours of 10am-4pm

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + 5% eligible pension and gym membership

Benefits: 28 days holidays exclusive of public holidays. We also offer 2 additional days on top of this – 1 recharge day where the whole charity closes and 1 day in the week of a staff member’s birthday.

Role objective

Lead our efforts to grow and diversify CNK’s income across individual giving, trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, and community fundraising. Diversity our income base by increasing our unrestricted income, ensure organisational sustainability by securing multi-year grants and growing individual and corporate donations and grow our annual income by identifying and building relationships with new donor

General duties and responsibilities will be:

Work closely with Chief Executive to:

• Develop our five year organisational fundraising strategy and fundraising action plan for 2026. 

• Draft fundraising targets and KPIs based on current income levels and our delivery plans for 2026

• Lead and coordinate all CNK fundraising activity from Trusts and Foundations, corporate donations and individual giving including identifying new funding sources, drafting applications, delivering individual giving campaigns and communicating with supporters.

• Recruit and support a team of volunteers who help with communications, social media content and community fundraising. 

• Build relationships with major donors, corporates, charitable Trusts and Foundations and other institutional funders

• Attend networking events and meetings with potential donors

• Ensure all fundraising meets the Code of Fundraising Practice, safeguarding standards, GDPR compliant and CNK’s values;

• Report quarterly on fundraising progress to Chief Executive and Board of Trustees

Wellbeing is an integral part of our lives both inside and outside work. We at the Methodist Church have always placed a great deal of importance on promoting good wellbeing and now we can take this a step further. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a wellbeing/HR individual with a special interest in wellbeing, to join the small wellbeing team within the Connexional team.

We are looking for someone who has a keen eye and interest in wellbeing. The main focus of this role will be to support first-hand the development of the wellbeing page on the Methodist Church website and the internal Intranet, ensuring that the content is updated and reflective of current trends. You will also contribute to the overall efficient and effective running of the team.  This role is an important part of developing, promoting and advancing wellbeing within the Methodist church.

About You

You should have good wellbeing knowledge and experience, project management skills, a real flair for attention to detail and the ability to develop a range of information resources and guidance materials. 

You should have the ability to demonstrate good generalist administrative skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills as with the ability to deal with difficult people and challenging situations.

Proficient user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and website design and editing software.

Professional and positive approach, with a commitment to professional development and self-improvement.

Main Tasks:

Volunteer Recruitment, Training and Coordination

· Recruit and maintain a team of twenty active volunteers from the local community to assist in community building initiatives.

· Develop and deliver a volunteer programme to engage the South Kilburn community which will likely include, but not limited to:

o Community research and consultation

o Promoting community cohesion through events

o Mobilising residents through participation in action groups, community forums and resident panels.

· Train volunteers in peer-engagement and consultation practice,

About the role

This role will be responsible for providing business support for the directorate to support effective leadership and streamlined ways of working across Income Generation. 

The postholder will support the operation of the Income Generation Leadership Team (IGLT) and assist in various aspects of organisational administration and development. It will support IGLT to define and shape priorities and support implementation of priority initiatives.  It will ensure that IGLT’s time is prioritised effectively on delivering the most critical priorities and that follow-up activities are completed.

This role will need to foster and develop credible and respected relationships with all key stakeholders including in other directorates – to ensure visibility and engagement on high priority programmes.

What will I be doing?

• Provide business support to IGLT including: 
• Support for IGLT and Income Generation directorate meetings and follow-up 
• Support for business planning, projects, reviews and evaluations    
• Ensuring that all key reports for Income Gen directorate are efficiently delivered – with a particular focus at the moment on KPIs and quarterly reports for Exec, Board and internal audiences 
• Implement and monitor operational programmes, ensuring learning from past programmes of work is integrated.  
• Co-ordinate cross-directorate teams to ensure successful programme execution with timely delivery of initiatives and management of key dependencies.  
• Continually ensure risks to programmes of work are identified, assessed and mitigated.   
• Make sure robust controls are embedded and reported through regular monitoring systems.  
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure transparency and alignment on operational goals. 
• Take responsibility for liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and contacts at all levels, on behalf of IGLT.

Role overview
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Programme Coordinator to help keep our busy calendar of classes, events, and community activities running like clockwork. This is a varied role with a focus on bookings and administration, alongside outreach, communications, and reporting, helping us reach more people, share our story, and measure the difference we make. The role will be onsite at our teaching space in Hackney. You’ll play a really key role in our team, making sure everyone, from our chef educators to our school partners, has the right information at the right time. You’ll coordinate the scheduling of a range of programmes, from weekly school sessions to seasonal events, ensuring each is delivered smoothly, safely and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities
Programme & Administrative Coordination

• Act as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in-person show-arounds.
•  Manage and maintain the shared bookings calendar, ensuring schedules are accurate and up to date.
•  Coordinate all aspects of school, after-school, and holiday cooking programmes — including outreach, scheduling, and briefing the delivery team.
•  Coordinate corporate bookings, including tailored away days, cookery experiences, venue hires, and corporate volunteer days.

• Promote programmes to schools, community groups, corporate audiences, volunteers and the public.
• Undertake targeted outreach to recruit participants for funded community programmes, ensuring spaces are filled by priority groups.
• Produce engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the website to shout about what we do.
• Create and update promotional materials using tools such as Canva.
• Use networks, local events, and targeted outreach to grow participation.
• Keep our contact databases up to date.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

• Keep our Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework up to date, recording key data monthly and termly to record and evaluate our impact.
• Maintain accurate participation records across all of our programmes
• Collect and analyse participant feedback to improve delivery and help evaluate our programmes.
• Support the preparation of reports, case studies, and impact stories.

Finance & Administration

• Support financial processes for bookings and programmes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and deposits.
• Assist with budget monitoring for projects and events.
•  Ensure accurate financial records are maintained in line with organisational procedures.
