What you’ll be doing as our Facilities Technician :

• Carry out electrical installs, maintenance, testing, and fault diagnosis

• Support general building maintenance (basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)

• Manage and prioritise jobs using our CAFM system

• Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with compliance standards

• Work with contractors and support upgrades and improvement projects

What you’ll bring as our Facilities Technician:

• Strong experience with electrical systems (single/three phase, SWA, BS 7671)

• Knowledge of H&S, compliance, and building maintenance standards

• A proactive, team-focused approach and can-do attitude

• Ability to use digital systems and interpret technical documentation

• Physically fit and confident working outdoors and at height

• 18th Edition certification and full driving licence required

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Director to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving our fundraising efforts, developing relationships, building and managing cross organisational and corporate partnerships, and expanding our network to support and enhance our programmes. Over the last few months, CPF has been looking into upcoming tender opportunities and recently finished a feasibility study which has provided recommendations on some of the most viable partnership opportunities and expanded service provisions that could play a vital role in moving forward. These are built around three main priority areas – sustaining and expanding the advocacy service, building long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships with other organisations that result in additional service provisions, and expanding the use of the current premise to create a warm and welcoming space throughout the week and into the evenings.

The Director will be expected to take on some of the current conversations and plans around the three priority areas of the advocacy service, partnerships and creating a warm and welcome space; identifying the most viable way to bring in sustainable funding for these. The Director will be responsible for fundraising and income generation and they will be expected to identify grants and funding opportunities and varied income generation sources for the organisation. They will also develop fundraising strategies, cultivate relationships with donors and sponsors, identify funding, write bids and explore grant opportunities to ensure the charity has the resources to fulfil its mission.

The Role

You will hold Strategic oversight over IPS Grow data analysis and business intelligence functions and, in collaboration with expert Digi colleagues, IPS Grow digital tools.

Key responsibilities include:

• Co-design a data and digital strategy and plan with colleagues across IPS Grow with support from Social Finance’s Data and Digital Community of Practice and other key stakeholders. Ensure it is delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Responsible for ensuring that accurate, timely data analysis and reporting is provided to the IPS Grow team, to commissioners and to other key stakeholders (e.g. Health Employment Partnerships Board; IPS Expert Forum)Line manage relevant staff within the IPS Grow team, agreeing their work package and ensuring it hits key strategic objectives agreed in conjunction with the Director for Operational Support – IPS Grow.
• Provide high quality support to the engineering team working on the IPS Grow tool. Ensure close collaboration between IPS Grow and the Data and Digital Community of Practice to deliver against the data and digital strategy and plan. Ensure that staff at every level of IPS Grow have access to dashboard reports that bring together key data from multiple sources in ways that meet their needs and support good decision-making. 
• Take overall responsibility for the quality of IPS Grow data to ensure accuracy, value, completeness, uniqueness, consistency, timeliness and validity
• Work closely with colleagues delivering the IPS Grow data tool to understand stakeholder data requirements and collaboratively review prioritisation in relation to the roadmap for the data tool.
• Co-ordinate and provide expert advice on data analysis and reporting across all areas of IPS Grow delivery, including delivery, workforce and research and innovation

The Team

IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health, primary care, and drug and alcohol teams across England. The programme is led by the organisation in partnership with the Centre for Mental Health. It is funded by NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID).

A core element of the programme is the expert assistance provided by a team of IPS professionals, known as IPS Grow Leads, to support providers to improve their fidelity to the IPS model and achieve better employment outcomes for their clients.

About You

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of designing and leading data strategy at a senior level. This encompasses how we collect and manage data, as well as using analysis to produce relevant and actionable insights
• Experience of successfully managing senior stakeholder relationships,  including communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Expertise in Information Security and Governance and the associated standards and requirements when hosting and processing personal data on behalf of public sector organisations.
• Senior experience of leading data and analytics teams, including line and task management, and product management
• Expertise in the development and use of Customer Relationship Management systems, such as Salesforce
• Expertise in data analysis and business intelligence, including PowerBI, Tableau and/or similar analytics and data visualisation tools

We lead regular gardening sessions to grow and cultivate plants, arts workshops to offer new skills and a programme of live music and events. Designed to be enjoyed all year round, these gardens offer a warm, welcoming place for family and friends who may have travelled hours for a visit.

Our vision is for everyone with a spinal injury to have a Horatio’s Garden as part of their rehabilitation care.

The charity is growing. We have eight garden projects open and are fundraising for our ninth garden in Middlesbrough.

This role will assist with the content creation of engaging written, film and visual content across different platforms, scheduling and moderating our social channels, and helping us report on our digital activity. You will support the rollout of the new regional social media channels for each garden to help place storytelling and impact at the heart of our communications.

It would suit someone looking to start or build their career in the communications field or charity sector to develop experience in developing content, writing and charity campaigning. There will be opportunities for training and development and you will travel between the charity’s UK-wide gardens and meet patients, volunteers and staff.

What the job involves

The Health Information Coordinator is a vital role supporting a busy team that creates health information and communications for men who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer or those at high risk of developing it.

You’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in keeping all the health information on the website up-to-date and in line with the Patient Information Forum’s PIF TICK quality standard. As well as coordinating and editing the team’s social media communications. Supporting the promotion of our resources both internally and externally, you’ll help to evaluate the effectiveness of the service we provide.

The role is responsible for making sure all our health information publications are in stock, so we deliver an effective health information service for men and their families affected by prostate cancer. You’ll also develop and maintain administrative systems to support the team’s work including financial processing.

This role is fixed term until end of October 2026 covering an internal secondment.

We’re looking for a pro-active and highly organised person to join our team. You’ll be self-motivated and able to multi-task, supporting a busy team while keeping on top of your own projects. You’ll have experience of communicating in plain English across multiple platforms including social media and our website. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of how medical and health-related information is produced to standard guidelines.

You’ll be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, you’ll be happy communicating with a wide range of people, from men with prostate cancer and their families to specialist clinicians and researchers.

Role Overview 

The Director of Development at the Foundling Museum will lead the Museum’s fundraising strategy, driving income generation to support its mission and programmes. This senior leadership role oversees all aspects of fundraising, including corporate sponsorship, individual giving, trusts and foundations, membership schemes, philanthropic campaigns and communications.  

The Director of Development works closely with the Museum's Director (CEO & Artistic Director), Trustees and key stakeholders to cultivate relationships with high-value donors, build strategic partnerships and secure sustainable financial support. As part of the Senior Management Team, this new role will work in collaboration with the Director of Finance (PT) and Director of Commercial and Operations (FT). 

Reporting directly to the Museum Director, the role involves managing a small development team (2FTE) and communications team, setting ambitious targets and achieving actual income goals, ensuring alignment with the Museum’s values and strategic priorities.

The Director of Development will play a critical role in shaping the Museum’s long-term financial resilience, leveraging the Museum’s reputation and impact to inspire and engage supporters from diverse sectors.  

Key duties 

Strategic Leadership 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising, membership and partnership strategy to support the Museum’s short and long-term goals 
• Work closely with senior leadership and the Board to align fundraising priorities with the Museum’s mission and strategic objectives
• Fundraising 
• Lead efforts to secure major gifts and corporate sponsorships, with a particular focus on individuals, trust and foundations, and corporates 
• Oversee the development of compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to corporate and individual supporters, including negotiation of corporate and philanthropic agreements

• Public Relations & Advocacy 
• Serve as a key ambassador for the Museum, deputising for the Director where appropriate regarding income generation, enhancing its public profile and strengthening its reputation in the philanthropic and corporate sectors

• Keep up to date on best practice in cultural fundraising and charity sector fundraising and communications, and bring this knowledge back for institutional benefit 
   

Person Specification  

Experience (required) 

• Proven leadership, ideally at least 5 years, in a similar role where philanthropic and grant income is central to the success of the organisation
• Extensive experience of shaping and implementing fundraising strategies that have delivered a step change increase in actual income
• A substantial fundraising track record in securing income from diverse constituencies and across funding types, including personal experience in securing major gifts and managing teams to do the same
• A demonstrable history of innovation and entrepreneurial approaches to identifying income generation opportunities and pushing organisations forward to increase income
• Proven experience of nurturing long and short-term funding opportunities and being the key point of contact for both
• Significant team leadership experience of creating, leading, inspiring and motivating a high performing team and collaborating with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders
• Strong performance management skills with a proven ability to develop, articulate and champion funding opportunities and gain buy-in among staff and key stakeholders, including board and committee members
• In-depth understanding of relevant UK charity and tax legislation, due diligence processes and policies relating to fundraising

Conditions of Work and Benefits 

• £65,000-70,000 full-time salary, depending on experience. We are open to 0.8 FTE at a pro-rata salary.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Animal Equality’s campaigns have driven Parliamentary debates, legal victories, policy shifts, corporate commitments, mainstream media coverage, and inspired thousands of individuals to change their diets.

We are seeking a creative, driven, and strategic Campaigns Coordinator to deliver our current high-impact campaigns with a view to exposing the cruel animal agriculture industries, influencing decision-makers, and mobilising the public to create lasting change for farmed animals.

Working closely with team members, the Campaigns Coordinator will design and deliver imaginative campaigns while working in alignment with the organisation’s wider mission: to end factory farming. The role requires initiative, creativity, tenacity, and a solutions-focused mindset, as well as the discipline to execute projects effectively and professionally.

The Campaigns Coordinator will report to the Campaigns and Public Affairs Manager and work closely with others across our UK and international teams. You will play a key role in coordinating and inspiring volunteers and external stakeholders.

• Campaign delivery: Drive Animal Equality’s high-impact campaigns, bringing the plight of farmed animals into the public consciousness. Plan, coordinate, and implement imaginative and effective campaign actions that influence policy-makers, businesses, philanthropists, and the public. Produce clear, compelling, and engaging campaign resources.
• Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, experts, regulators, allied organisations, and members of the public to strengthen campaign outcomes.
• Volunteer mobilisation: Grow and energise our Animal Protectors network through training, regular newsletter communication, and opportunities for online and in-person action.
• Peaceful protest coordination: Organise creative, non-violent demonstrations and direct actions that advance campaign objectives and attract media coverage.
• Research and uncovering malpractice: Conduct desk-based research, including FOI requests and collaboration with academics, to uncover questionable industry and regulatory practices, and inform evidence-based campaigns.
• Uncover scandals through desk-based research: Using Freedom of Information requests, conducting research, working with academics, and liaising with concerned members of the public, support the release of exposés that demonstrate the reality of animal agriculture.
• Media generation: Work with Animal Equality’s Marketing and Communications teams to design noteworthy content, ensure strong campaign narratives, and maximise media exposure.
• Support our digital campaigning work: Work alongside colleagues in our international Marketing and Communication Departments to engage the public through our multi-channel communication strategy. Assist with the development of content for our website, social media, YouTube and other platforms to successfully share plans and updates in relation to Animal Equality’s campaign priorities.

Overview of the role

As the organisation’s Head of Fundraising and Marketing, you will be an experienced, ambitious, enthusiastic, and dynamic professional, who is passionate about fundraising and maximising income generation.

Main Responsibilities

1. Strategic leadership

· Develop and lead the multi-channel fundraising and marketing strategy to meet agreed income targets and support

2. Fundraising and income generation

· Ensure that brand messaging is consistent, clear and aligned across The Mix and 127 Trading Ltd to enhance public             recognition and reputation.

· Grow awareness of the charity at a local and regional level, monitoring success through market research.

4. Team leadership and development

Overall purpose of the role

The Owned Events Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity’s evolving portfolio of owned and virtual fundraising events — a strategically important area of growth for the organisation.  

Working as part of a dynamic and cross-functional fundraising team, this role leads on the planning, execution and scaling of original event products — from large-scale mass participation experiences like the St Thomas’ Abseil, to creative, insight-driven virtual campaigns and supporter-led challenges. It’s a diverse, hands-on portfolio that brings together live delivery, digital innovation and product development. 

With a clear focus on income growth, audience engagement and supporter experience, the role blends operational expertise, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking. You’ll work closely with teams across fundraising, supporter experience, digital, innovation and comms to pilot new ideas, improve performance, and build events that inspire action and loyalty. 

This is a delivery-focused role requiring end-to-end event management experience — from logistics, safety and supplier coordination, to data-led decision-making, budget ownership and multi-channel stewardship. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of a portfolio of owned and virtual fundraising events — from concept through to post-event evaluation — ensuring operational excellence, creativity, and supporter satisfaction.
• Deliver large-scale in-person events such as the St Thomas’ Abseil, including venue and supplier coordination, safety planning, risk management, insurance, and on-the-day execution.
• Develop and grow virtual fundraising products, such as Steps For Evelina, drawing on insight, testing and digital best practice to create scalable, supporter-led experiences.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and working groups — aligning stakeholders across digital, supporter experience, innovation, comms and fundraising to deliver shared outcomes.
• Manage event budgets end to end — including forecasting, reforecasting, reconciliation and performance analysis — and use financial insight to inform decisions on where to invest, scale or refine.
• Lead on supporter acquisition for owned products, including paid digital campaigns (PPC, social), segmentation strategies, audience targeting and grassroots recruitment.
• Create and implement behavioural, insight-led supporter journeys — driving engagement and long-term value through personalised, multi-channel communications.
• Produce and maintain risk assessments, permits and compliance documentation, ensuring safe and well-managed delivery across all owned events.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, suppliers, venues and agencies to ensure delivery is aligned, effective and on brand.
• Monitor KPIs and use performance data, feedback and market trends to evaluate success, inform future development and drive continuous improvement.

Work environment

• The post holder should expect to:

• Work in a hybrid hot desk environment, generally working 2 days a week in the London office and three from home. 

• Be responsible for the input and maintenance of databases and files relevant to the post requirements.

• Will occasionally be required to attend events in the evening and at weekends.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience delivering owned, public-facing or virtual fundraising events, with full responsibility for planning, delivery, compliance, and performance.
• Strong track record in hands-on event delivery, including supplier and venue management, live production, logistics, and on-the-day coordination.
• Experience developing and implementing risk assessments, permits, insurances and health & safety documentation.
• Demonstrated success in launching new fundraising products — from concept through to live delivery — using innovation frameworks or test-and-learn methodology.
• Knowledge of digital acquisition, including PPC, paid social and segmentation strategies for events.
• Proven ability to lead cross-team project groups and manage external partners, contractors or agencies.
• Experience managing detailed budgets, with strong financial accountability and performance tracking.
• Expert in live event planning, delivery, and documentation — including compliance, health & safety and supplier contracts.
• Strong understanding of virtual fundraising best practices and digital supporter engagement.
• Confident using audience insight and supporter data to drive product development and communications.
• Clear grasp of behavioural communications and how to apply them across email, WhatsApp, SMS and face-to-face.
• Skilled project manager with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams, deadlines and priorities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused, and able to build strong relationships across teams.
• Familiarity with fundraising regulations, GDPR, and Facebook Fundraising platforms is desirable.

We’re Morden College: an almshouse charity providing older people with housing in south-east London. At the heart of everything we do is our goal to improve the lives of our residents so that they can live well for as long as possible. Our community of 250 older people live in Morden College’s almshouse accommodation at Blackheath and Beckenham, and in our care home. About the role and who we are looking for 

We are seeking a Sustainability and Evaluation Officer to play a vital role in helping us build the foundations of our sustainability and impact work during a key period of organisational development and change. 

Reporting to our Sustainability and Impact Lead, this role will provide essential analytical, coordination, and stakeholder engagement support as we: 

• Develop and implement a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework 

• Complete our first environmental and social impact baseline assessment 

• Prepare our first Sustainability and Impact Report 

• Begin embedding ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability principles into all aspects of our operations and services. 

Much of this work will involve identifying and organising data currently dispersed across the organisation (e.g. spreadsheets, systems, teams), contributing to the development of a new CRM system, and building processes and tools that enable us to better measure, evaluate and communicate our impact. 

You will work closely with colleagues across all departments – particularly in resident services, property, hospitality & commercial, IT and finance – as well as with residents and external partners.  You’ll also help ensure sustainability and impact considerations are built into how we make decisions, improve services, and report externally. 

This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career with strong data and evaluation skills, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in how environmental and social change happens within complex organisations.  If you’re proactive, values-driven, and excited to shape something new, we’d love to hear from you. 

Main duties and responsibilities    

1. Data discovery and management 

• Locate, clean, and organise data from across the charity (including resident services, environmental data, property portfolio, HR and finance) 

• Help define and implement consistent data collection processes to improve quality and accessibility of information 

2. Evaluation and learning 

• Support the development and implementation of our Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework 

• Conduct or contribute to evaluations using both quantitative and qualitative methods 

• Gather resident feedback through interviews, surveys, focus groups, or other participatory methods 

3. Sustainability and ESG support 

• Assist in collating environmental and ESG data (e.g. waste, water, energy, transport, emissions) from across our sites and operations 

• Support the analysis and presentation of environmental data for our baseline assessment and future reporting 

• Contribute to the integration of ESG standards into reporting and planning 

4. System and process development 

• Work with colleagues and external providers to define impact-related data requirements for our new CRM system 

• Support data migration, clean-up, and integration activities linked to sustainability and impact 

5. Reporting and communication 

• Contribute to the development of our first Sustainability and Impact Report 

• Produce clear, accessible summaries, visualisations, dashboards, and insights for internal and external audiences

6. Grants and service impact 

• Support the monitoring and analysis of our charitable giving and grant-making (including out-pensions and grant organisations) 

• Help identify how we can better evidence the impact of our services to residents and other stakeholders 

7. Coordination and admin support 

• Provide administrative, scheduling, and coordination support across sustainability and evaluation projects 

• Contribute to stakeholder engagement activities with residents, partners and staff 

Person specification 

Essential 

• Experience working with data: gathering, cleaning, analysing, and presenting it clearly and effectively 

• Knowledge of evaluation and research methods (qualitative and quantitative) 

• Understanding of MEL, impact evaluation, or theory of change approaches 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust, work collaboratively, and explain complex ideas in accessible ways 

• Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail 

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities 

• Comfortable using Excel and other data tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, survey tools) 

• Interest or experience in ESG, sustainability, or social impact 

• Awareness of data ethics, confidentiality, and responsible data use 

Desirable 

• Experience working in a housing, charity or public sector, environment 

• Familiarity with CRM systems and experience supporting system development or data migration 

• Knowledge of ESG or sustainability frameworks (e.g. SRS, SDGs, GRI, TCFD)

• Manage acquisition campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels (digital, lead generation, DRTV, telemarketing, face-to-face).

• Support, train and monitor fundraising agencies, including occasional UK travel for campaign visits.

• Deliver early retention activities to engage new donors and improve conversion and retention rate

• Oversee data management and reporting in Salesforce, ensuring accurate coding, reconciliation and trend analysis.

• Ensure high standards of compliance, following the Code of Fundraising Practice and wider regulatory requirements.

• Handle supporter communications professionally
