About the role

- A proven track record in business development, sales or partnerships, ideally from an agency, consultancy or other commercial environment.

- Confident using social media to reach different audiences and be able to design multimedia content that’s engaging and on-brand.

The Role

A natural storyteller, you will have a talent for creating shortform video content that engages key audiences across our social media platforms. For a global healthcare organisation undergoing digital transformation, we're recruiting an interim Project Manager for at least 3-months. Reporting to the Director of Data and Digital Transformation, this role will lead on several digital transformation projects at various stages of project life cycle. This role will partner with teams across the business and other Project Managers, the Product team, BI team, and IT teams, as well as the Governance and operations divisions to drive the organisation forward on its journey to improve and enable change.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading a range of in-flight projects (various stages of project life cycle) across digital, data and technology clusters including business change, IT systems/products, and improvements to current platforms
- Management of all project elements including budget management, requirements gathering, implementation planning, impact assessments, risk mitigation and benefits management
- Project reporting, including presenting to project boards and senior stakeholders

The role:

The Marketing & Communications team is crucial to the success of the Almeida’s ambitious vision and the strategic priorities for the team include:
- Build and manage the brand of the Almeida Theatre across London, the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM:
- Lead on management of Almeida’s central CRM database, Tessitura, and act as principal point of contact with Tessitura for all system maintenance, development, and upgrades.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Development teams to maximise the use of our CRM systems and ensure they are fit for purpose and align with the goals of the organisation.
- Ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and is an efficient sales process.
- Work with the Box Office Manager to set up on-sales for new productions and events.

- Provide up-to-date data analysis and reporting on marketing activities to help improve the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Manage our digital audience survey (Survey Monkey) and Arts Council data collection platform (Illuminate), collating and reporting on the results and evaluation of campaigns and audiences.
