Context and purpose of role
We are looking for a Digital and Website Officer to join our Campaigns and Communications Team. The role holder will take a leading role in digital marketing, optimising our website using a data-led approach, and maintaining our digital asset management system.
Working with colleagues across the Supporter Engagement & Experience division and the wider business, they will also contribute to the development and delivery of marketing activities that deliver against brand and income targets.
They will work to upskill people across the organisation – including volunteers - to achieve greater impact with digital communications.
Key responsibilities
- Website – act as the GB web admin, working in partnership with the Digital Technical team to manage user journeys and ensure content is high quality and search engine optimised in line with the website strategy.
- Digital marketing – Create and implement digital marketing activity in line with the agreed digital strategy and against agreed return on investment targets. Create and implement digital marketing plans to support advocacy and marketing initiatives for our programmes using relevant digital channels for the target audience
- Content development – source / develop content and assets such as case studies, videos, blogs and images to drive engagement across digital channels including the Ramblers app. Ensure all content is of high quality, permissioned and easy for colleagues to find within the digital asset management system.
- Insight– undertake regular reporting and apply data insights to shape content, campaign and creative outputs, applying a test and learn approach.
- Campaigning - Support policy and public affairs, to influence and deliver messaging to local or national agencies to maintain and improve access to the outdoors for all.
- Fundraising - Support fundraising with business development and income generation through developing and responding to opportunities that meet the aims of the Ramblers and achieve income targets.
- Volunteering - Foster a positive and inclusive volunteer experience, promoting alignment with our values and ensuring volunteers have the necessary resources, training, and ongoing support to effectively contribute to our work

Our ideal candidate would have the following:

Proven experience in digital acquisition for charity or social cause, or in paid digital marketing or advertising in commercial roles. With demonstrable campaign management experience and expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta business suite, Google paid advertising and email marketing.

The Digital Inclusion Worker will be responsible for providing targeted one-to-one digital support and delivering workshops to both disabled and non-disabled residents of Enfield, helping them to improve their digital skills. The Digital Inclusion Worker will have extensive Digital Inclusion knowledge to:
- Manage the Enfield Digital Champions (Volunteers) project ensuring adherence to compliance, health and safety matters, and quality assurance.

Purpose of Role
As Digital Fundraising Lead you’ll oversee Comic Relief’s Digital Fundraising & Engagement programme, from strategy to delivery; managing and developing a team of high performing colleagues. We are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Senior Research Manager to manage the monitoring, evaluation and learning activities of a high profile National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) portfolio of translational, clinical and applied health research infrastructure funding schemes.
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Assistant Director, the post holder will work closely with the rest of the infrastructure team (especially the Programme Leads and Senior Research Managers who are responsible for the development and management of the infrastructure schemes), and with Data Analytics colleagues (who are responsible for designing systems for capturing, cleaning and presenting data), to manage the infrastructure reporting and evaluation activities. At an award level, you will develop, improve and maintain monitoring and reporting processes, and at a scheme level, you will implement monitoring, evaluation and learning approaches, including overseeing the delivery and/or commissioning of impact evaluations. You will support a wider programme around visibility and the strategic use of data within infrastructure, considering links to policy directives around Busting Bureaucracy, the developing NIHR digital strategy and system operability issues with NHS and University systems.
You will be adept at dealing with an array of data sources (metrics, narrative and financial reporting information), have a good understanding of research impact, an understanding of the routes to achieving it, and how to apply monitoring, evaluation and learning approaches to generate insight that can evidence impact and support continuous improvement of scheme funding and support processes. Stepping Stones Learning and Leisure is a small but impactful charity based in Southwark. We support adults with learning disabilities to live more connected, independent and fulfilling lives through creative programmes, life skills sessions, and social activities. We believe in the power of community, person-centred support, and inclusive learning.
We’re looking for a friendly, practical and tech-confident Digital Life Skills Facilitator to lead our Step Online Club, a weekly group that empowers members to use everyday technology with confidence. From messages to online shopping, playlists to photo sharing, your role is to support participants in using technology to lead more independent and connected lives.

About the Role
As our Freelance Digital Skills Facilitator, you will design and deliver weekly in person sessions covering essential digital skills such as:
- Online safety
- Social media
- Taking and managing photos and videos
- Practical digital tasks (e.g. online shopping, booking appointments)
- Sending and receiving messages
- Assistive technology (voice notes, Alexa, etc.)
- Creative and relaxing digital activities
Sessions are interactive, person centred, and tailored to individual learning needs. You’ll create and use participants’ Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to track progress and support personal learning journeys.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a facilitator who can make learning digital skills accessible, engaging, and confidence building. You should have:
- Confidence using smartphones, tablets, and common apps
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities or similar groups
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles
- A calm, friendly approach and great communication skills
A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
