Kinship is seeking to recruit an experienced individual to lead on developing strategic relationships with partners to support the successful delivery of our new national Kinship Carer Training and Support Service, funded by the Department for Education.
This role will suit a proactive and dynamic individual with the ability to plan and deliver a national approach to map organisations and services that are in contact with kinship families, develop effective relationships, and create referral pathways into the Training and Support Service. Working with a range of stakeholders including schools, healthcare providers, national and local charities, and cultural and faith organisations, you will help connect the ecosystem of support for kinship families across England.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, accurate and timely use of our Salesforce CRM, effective collaboration across teams within Kinship and excellent attention to detail will be key to achieving our goals.
What you'll be doing:

Working with the Head of Network Development to plan and execute a new strategic approach to developing partnerships with relevant organisations

Building an up-to-date and accurate picture of the organisations in contact with kinship families

Leading on the development and ongoing management of partnerships across a wide range of organisations including education and health, charities and cultural and faith groups

About the role
As News and Media Manager, you will lead a hard-working and experienced team of media experts to bring to life Crisis’ work, demonstrate the solutions needed to tackle homelessness and inspire the public and politicians to join our mission to end it for good. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge and experience of working with the media to help secure policy change at a national government level, outstanding people and project management skills and proven experience when it comes to handling reputational risk. About the team
The Digital team was created in 2022, with aims including ‘to update our use of systems so that they better meet our needs, provide answers more quickly and easily, and increase the robustness and efficiency of the ways we use data’ as well as to ‘help us change the way we work, not just the systems we use.’
Until now a one-person team, we are adding the CRM and Analytics Manager role to provide a greater focus for development of our key data systems, and to meet increased demand from across Impetus as we drive use of CRM. The team works cross-organisationally, providing development for, collaborating via established working groups with, all teams within Impetus.
About this role
We are looking for a talented professional with a passion for maximising the value of data, who is looking to join an organisation where they can put their skills to use across all aspects of our operations. You will join at a key time to develop and embed our work in this area, providing key support to all of our teams as well as expanding and improving the range of data available to us.
You will lead on the development, administration, and staff engagement with, and training on, our Salesforce CRM system. This will include data from, and collaboration with, all departments of Impetus, including our donors and prospects, our collaboration with partner charities, and our communications with email audiences. You will also manage the relationship with our existing Salesforce partner agency, drawing on them for additional support resource and coordinating broader development projects.
You will also aggregate, visualise, and draw relevant insight from data across our systems, including Salesforce, Google Analytics, and our social media platforms. In time, we will look to combine our own data with other external and open data. Since Impetus is in the early stages of making the best use of this cross-systems, cross-organisational data, you will have broad freedom and responsibility to set the overall direction of development, in collaboration with relevant teams, as well as the specific dashboards and other outputs that you create.
The successful candidate will have experience developing and drawing value from Salesforce, including both technical development and collaborating closely with teams to drive engagement and best practice. You will also have experience of working with a broad range of data to produce high quality visual and analytic outputs and a commitment to enabling data-driven decision-making.
This position requires someone that can collaborate with a wide variety of teams as well as frequently working independently and with a high degree of autonomy. You will be able to own CRM for an impactful, curious, and growing organisation, as well as providing it with the usable insight it craves to further grow and deliver impact.
Key responsibilities
CRM:
- Own the development and administration of our Salesforce system
- Work with all teams at Impetus to maximise their engagement with Salesforce and provide relevant training
- Collaborate with our Salesforce support partner to leverage additional administration, and development project, resource
- Gather information and data to identify business requirements and processes for adding to, or further developing on, Salesforce.
- Evaluate technical solutions in terms of meeting business requirements.

A little bit about the role
The fundraising manager role sits in the fundraising team within the external relations division. The fundraising team is responsible for raising between £1m and £1.5m in fundraised income annually. Frontline’s philanthropic income complements the significant contract income the charity receives from central and local government and enables the charity to carry out its broader mission to create social change for hundreds of thousands of disadvantaged children.
Since we were founded in 2013, Frontline has leveraged its success to build committed, high impact partnerships with a number of prestigious supporters including, trusts and foundations, corporates and high net worth individuals. Our new fundraising strategy focuses on continuing to grow our network of supporters by maintaining excellent relationships with our current funders while identifying new potential donors, and at the same time testing and developing fundraising through community and events and individual giving.
We are now looking for a fundraising manager to help drive this strategy forward. The successful candidate will have experience across a range of fundraising areas (in particular community and events fundraising, individual giving, digital fundraising as well as corporate or major donors) to add strength to the team and allow us to pilot new fundraising initiatives.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Lead on developing our public fundraising income (individual giving/community and events fundraising), working with other teams and external agencies where suitable to increase engagement among our audiences and grow our public fundraising income.
- Work with and develop relationships with existing corporate supporters and bring on board new corporate supporters to grow income from this area, including through staff fundraising activities
- Work with other teams to develop opportunities to bring funders closer to our work and help inspire a culture of fundraising across the charity.

You’ll be an enthusiastic target-driven fundraiser, with experience in building up public fundraising (including community, events and individual giving) and working towards financial targets and growing income. Your purpose
This year Voice 21 are recruiting to a newly formed Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs department to help address these challenges. As Research Communications Lead, you will use your knowledge of the medical research field and science communication experience and expertise to create a suite of research impact communications and stories.
In addition, you will build the base for the charity to confidently talk and communicate the difference that our funded research makes to the lives of people affected by sight loss. Strategic Research Communications
· Support the Head of Communications and External Affairs and Research Grants team, to develop and deliver a Communications Strategy that amplifies our reach and demonstrates our impact
