About The Role
Place2Be is looking for a Digital Content Officer to oversee the content across all our websites and work directly with teams to review, update and develop their content. You will support the Senior Digital Manager in maintaining our digital presence and work closely with the rest of the Communications and Marketing Team on key projects and events to ensure our websites are in line with our brand identity and tone of voice. You will review pages and sections regularly and use our analytics and data tools to optimise our pages for AI and search engines and ensure a quality user experience.

Trinity is a Winchester-based charity which addresses the effects of homelessness and vulnerability through specialist practical and emotional support, and proactive prevention, empowering positive change.
We help people who are vulnerable to the effects of homelessness, addiction, physical and mental ill health, poverty, social isolation and domestic abuse. We offer solutions, hope, choice and control.
From humble beginnings, Trinity has grown into a respected and skilful organisation helping people to improve their lives. We provide vital practical and emotional support to over 640 people each year who are experiencing the effects of homelessness or vulnerability.
Our dedicated Women’s Service sees over 150 women each year. We support them to make positive change to their lives and in many cases break free from the damaging cycle of domestic abuse.

Role Purpose
The Marketing & Communications Officer is responsible for helping to develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications activity across digital, print and face-to-face channels. The role supports brand awareness, audience engagement, campaign delivery, content creation and reputation management, while ensuring communications are aligned with the organisation’s values, objectives and tone of voice.
Key Responsibilities

Headlines Craniofacial Support is a UK-based charity providing information, advice and support to individuals and families affected by craniosynostosis and other rare craniofacial conditions. The charity works closely with professional partners, including the 5 NHS Designated Specialist Craniofacial Units across the UK.
Craniosynostosis is a condition where two or more of the plates in the skull fuse prematurely, requiring medical support from a young age. Around 350 children are born with craniosynostosis each year in the UK.
Established by group of parents in 1993, Headlines now has over 2,500 members. Within our charity offer we send out regular newsletters and an annual magazine, Headline News. We also support families to connect through events such as an annual Family Weekend, conferences and Days Out, and provide information through our helpline and access to psychological support. We have private social media groups and specific groups within our membership who meet regularly including Cranio Dads, Young Persons Network and a Teens Group.

Other information
Headlines hosts events and fundraising activities throughout the whole of the UK. The Communications and Marketing Officer plays a key role in supporting the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine UK (FSEM) by delivering effective, professional and engaging communications and marketing activity. Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

Yeldall Manor is a Christian residential treatment centre near Reading for men struggling with addiction to drugs or alcohol. We are seeking someone strategic and relational to strengthen and develop all aspects of fundraising for Yeldall Manor, and to lead a new marketing and fundraising campaign. The appointee will join our senior leadership team and shape the next chapter of our development as we are at a pivotal moment of opportunity, with an ambitious vision to build our Christ-centred identity and practice, pursue excellence and impact, and expand our reach.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Lead supporter acquisition activities and build the portfolio of individuals, churches, trusts, corporates and other organisations supporting the work of Yeldall Manor.
- Build deep, mission-aligned partnerships with donors and stakeholders.
- Lead and implement an effective marketing and communications strategy to help position Yeldall Manor within the top tier of UK residential rehab centres.
- Lead and execute a high-impact fundraising strategy across major gifts, individual giving, churches, trusts & foundations, corporates, and legacies.
- Work closely with the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team to align income generation with Yeldall Manor’s strategic vision and programme outputs.
- Lead the development of funding applications for trusts & foundations.
- Provide leadership and nurture staff working on supporter acquisition, fundraising and marketing activities, empowering them to deliver with excellence.
- Inspire a culture of philanthropy throughout the organisation, rooted in strong values and relational excellence
You will be working alongside the existing Administration and Supporter Relations Manager, and other staff assisting with marketing and administration, based mainly at Yeldall Manor, which means you will have daily contact with those men whom you are helping. They inspire and motivate us just as much as we seek to encourage and support them.
