This is a full time permanent role with a minimum of 3 days a week in our Central London office, offering increasing annual leave entitlement based on length of service, as well as office closure between Christmas and New Year. Plus two days for Rosh Hashanah and one day for Yom Kippur should they fall on weekdays.
Key responsibilities
Events
· Oversee, coordinate and deliver our calendar of fundraising events including logistics and administration.
· Help organise our annual Appeal Dinner, the Trust’s flagship fundraising event, overseeing all administration, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and oversee adverts in Appeal Dinner brochure.
· Liaise with companies to arrange corporate events with Holocaust survivor speakers and develop relationships with existing and new companies to increase income in this area.
· Oversee and work with Young HET supporters to motivate them to fundraise for the Trust
· Work with other colleagues to market events through targeted messaging.
· Develop ideas for new fundraising campaigns, initiatives and events to grow income and cultivate new donors.
Community Fundraising
· Support fundraising campaigns including the coordination of appeals, newsletters and mailouts.
· Establish a programme of fundraising challenges (such as marathons and sporting events) to generate income and supporter engagement, building key relationships.
· Work with our Education and Outreach teams to oversee engagement and support from schools, synagogues and other institutions.
· Lead on digital fundraising campaigns and prepare content for social media.
General
· To manage the acknowledgment and thanking of donations and help to ensure the database is maintained.
· Work collaboratively with the Fundraising team on current and future fundraising strategy and activities, to shape fundraising priorities.
· Comply with relevant legislation with regards to data protection including General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
· As part of a small team, to contribute to other areas of the Trust’s work as required.

Job purpose
The Communications & Marketing Officer is a key role within our busy Communications Team. They will support the wider Willow team in delivering on plans to raise the charity’s profile and increase supporter engagement. The Communications Team supports the communications needs of all teams across the organisation.
Principal responsibilities and duties
- Contribute to, and help to evolve, Willow’s communications activity, including emails, website, marketing and social media

Person Specification

Role Overview and Main Responsibilities
One of the main areas of this role is to improve the Digital Marketing systems of the college. This involves managing multiple projects and supervising other team members within their roles. The postholder will also work alongside the CEO to develop and implement a new marketing strategy to enable ANCC to achieve its vision and mission globally. This will include shaping the Marketing and Communications team to support the stakeholder journey for students, partners and donors.
- Enhancing the digital systems of the college for the purposes of marketing
- Work collaboratively with the CEO and Marketing & Communications team to ensure new marketing assets are designed and produced for optimal results
· Generating leads for new applicants, students, partners and donations to the college, optimising our efficiency, and maximising opportunities for engagement.
- Manage the website development project which includes the improvement of the college website for marketing purposes, and improving the User Experience (UXP) ensuring that it is optimised for search engines
- Manage team members for the maintenance and development of the college’s website, SEO, user journey experience, and website assets
- Support and collaborate with the Social Media officer to ensure digital marketing across our platforms, including LinkedIn for digital community engagement.

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
External Communications
- Collaborate with the team to develop a communications plan to support Cosmic’s calendar of events, income generation and volunteering, taking ownership of its implementation.
- Manage supporter communications through platforms like Mailchimp, including scheduling updates and mail merges.
- Produce and manage the production and distribution of the charity’s supporter newsletter, corporate newsletter, and other direct marketing materials.
- Develop a GDPR compliant method to gather data from families who benefit from Cosmic Service Delivery, to support conversion to fundraising via a Cosmic communication plan and supporter journey
- Create and execute engaging campaigns for Cosmic, based on our service delivery, to generate income.
- Liaise with celebrity partners to coordinate media campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a bank of photographs and ensure media consent forms are obtained and recorded appropriately.
- Assist fundraising teams in sourcing free advertising opportunities for events, such as community group emails and online platforms.

Branding and Merchandising

About the role
The Senior Communications and Marketing Officer works across the varied functions and services of CoramBAAF including policy and practice, membership, publications, and training and events. The postholder will be involved in developing, delivering and monitoring communications tools and channels, building networks, and increasing engagement with CoramBAAF members, the children’s services sector and the wider general public.
This role will suit an enthusiastic and experienced communications and marketing professional with a passion for engaging audiences across multiple channels and experience of planning and delivering marketing activity and collateral, brand development, corporate publications, audio-visual content, targeted campaigns and digital media.
The Senior Communications and Marketing Officer is responsible for devising and delivering a programme of regular membership and customer communications using a range of tools and platforms to achieve this and to monitor effectiveness. They will plan and implement the production of high-quality marketing materials, communication tools and content (written, audio and visual) that raise awareness, drive engagement and generate take up of CoramBAAF’s member benefits and services. For more than ten years, Cambridge Science Centre (CSC) has been sparking
curiosity and a love of STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) in
young people across the East of England.
Job Description
This role is central to positioning CSC as the leading small-to-medium-sized science
centre and STEM engagement organisation in the UK. Working with the CEO and
Directors, you will help identify opportunities, shape CSC’s marketing strategy, and
translate that into an objective-led plan of action. You will be responsible for all CSC
marketing campaigns and activity, owning the brand and its development across all
key audiences, including the public, community groups, teachers and school leaders,
corporate CSR teams, and educational grant providers.
You will lead CSC’s marketing partnerships and publicity channels, including the
website, social media, YouTube, and press contacts. You will set the strategic
direction that informs our creative approach, energising staff to push creative
boundaries across video, social media, digital platforms, and live engagements.
In addition, you will ensure the organisation is supported with up-to-date collateral
across all major functions and initiatives, while fostering a customer-focused approach
through media and marketing skills training across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and manage all CSC marketing and advertising activity, strategically
prioritising initiatives to achieve annual targets within the marketing budget.
● Own all aspects of CSC’s brand and the development of CSC’s storytelling

The Training and Events Manager will form an essential part of the SLA team working to run a high quality, inspiring and engaging events and training to help us deliver on our mission to support members, so that more children and young people reach their full potential through the school library. You will lead on the organisation of our annual conference; develop and maintain a calendar of events and training for members and non-member audiences; and support the team with all event related administration and logistics. Events at the SLA include member meet ups (in person and online), events in our branch network across 23 regions, professional development and training, and our SLA Awards ceremonies.

We are seeking a proactive and creative Senior Events Fundraising Officer to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team that delivers high-quality training, conferences, and events for mental health professionals. You’ll play a key part in coordinating sessions, supporting trainers and participants, and keeping our operations running smoothly so that every event feels seamless and well organised
- You’ll coordinate and schedule training, conferences and events (online, in-person and hybrid), liaising with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.

- As the Training Conferences and Events Officer, you’ll act as the administrative lead for allocated programmes, managing systems, processing bookings and applications, sending invoices, monitoring payments, and ensuring attendee viability.
- You will provide high-quality administrative support to trainers and speakers, including preparing documents, arranging travel within budget, offering Zoom guidance, and organising team meetings with agendas and minutes.
