Summary
We have an opportunity for a Marketing Specialist Apprentice to support the Central Quadrant of Harris secondary academies, helping to identify, attract and engage our communities.
Working with the Assistant Director and Principals from the Quadrant, you will have the opportunity to support with our Academy marketing strategies, including social media channels, newsletters, events and create graphic designs, images and videos for both organic and paid campaigns. You will also work with the Federation Talent Attraction Partner.
This is an apprentice role with a fixed-term duration of 18 months. Your learning will be supported by the completion of the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship programme.
The Central Quadrant academies are based in Southwark, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Croydon and Bromley and the successful candidate will be part of the academy team. We can be flexible on your base academy within the Central Quadrant.

Main Areas of Responsibility
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies, primarily focussing on student and staff recruitment and improving brand awareness
- Designing and generating mixed media content for use on academy websites and relevant social media to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Managing day-to-day social media posting and platforms
- Helping to develop compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audiences
- Ensuring brand consistency across all communications and external media
- Writing, editing, proofreading and publishing press releases and academy newsletters
- Monitoring and adjusting campaigns to meet budget and performance objectives
- Using data analysis tools to record, interpret, and analyse campaign performance, and creating and delivering actionable reports driven by these insights
- Conducting ongoing research into audiences, preferences and trends
- Researching and generating ideas to maximise audience engagement
- Performing keyword research to identify trends and develop content which improves SEO, discoverability, and engagement
- Using industry standard packages to edit content

Product Marketing Coordinator
This role is critical in ensuring Dot Dot Dot’s property offer meets market demand, business needs, and our social mission.
You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Working closely with Marketing and Services teams, you’ll help ensure our properties are well‑positioned, well‑presented, and successfully filled.
This is a varied, hands‑on role combining strategic thinking with operational delivery, and desk‑based work with regular visits to properties. You’ll be supported in role by our senior marketing coordinator and head of marketing and business development.
The fundamentals of the role
Marketing and sales enablement
- Develop property messaging, value propositions, and supporting materials.
- Ensure each property has strong visual assets, including photography, video, and written content.
- Create and maintain property information sheets for internal and external use.
- Coordinate property‑related communications, including Mailchimp viewing emails and location‑based social media content.
- Work with the Marketing team to deliver campaigns, promotions, and go‑to‑market activity.
Viewings organisation and coordination
- Plan, schedule, and continuously improve the property viewings process.
- Supervise and support a small team of property viewing assistants (PVAs), including training, quality oversight, and timesheet approval.
- Ensure PVAs have accurate, up‑to‑date product information, sales guidance, and customer engagement support.
- Occasionally attend viewings to assess quality and gather feedback.
Go-to-market planning and execution
- Visit properties to understand condition, local context, and customer appeal.
- Support property launch planning, including pricing, audience targeting, and marketing tactics.
- Coordinate with Marketing to implement campaigns that attract high‑quality guardians.
- Track and report on the performance of property launches and viewings.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and service standards.
Product vision and positioning
- Support the definition and development of clear, compelling property value propositions.

This role will help to build relationships with over 80 businesses across all industries including healthcare, finance, insurance, digital, sustainability and more, generating more than £420k each year to support Hospice UK’s work.
The role
You will support all aspects of Hospice UK’s commercial partnership activity, helping to build, steward and develop long‑term relationships with corporate partners, who want to collaborate with hospices. This includes working directly with organisations to secure sponsorship, exhibition space and partnership opportunities. Personalised communications will help move businesses from one‑off activity to longer‑term strategic partnerships.
A key part of the role involves conferences and events. You’ll help secure exhibitors and sponsors for our annual National Conference (1,000+ attendees) and our one‑day conferences, supporting activity from launch through to delivery, including marketing materials, pipeline management, proactive sales and administration.
You’ll also support the Hospice UK Jobs Board, an income‑generating platform promoting careers in hospice and end of life care, contributing to sales and marketing activity, managing job postings and supporting performance analysis and development.
About you
You’ll have strong experience in sales (from the third, private or public sector) and be confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior corporate contacts.

The Salvation Army, the UK’s leading social welfare charity, is seeking an Assistant Head of Legacy and in Memory Fundraising to increase the number of In Memory donors and legacy supporters who will leave a future gift to the charity in their Wills.
The Salvation Army is one of the largest, most diverse providers of social and community services after the Government. With more than 600 local centres, they make a powerful difference to people across the UK who might otherwise be excluded.
The Assistant Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising is a senior role in the Legacy and In Memory Fundraising team, working alongside the Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising to drive activities after a significant and sustained investment in this area by the organisation.
The role will lead on the delivery of a multi-channel legacy marketing programme and championing legacy giving across the organisation. The post-holder will be responsible for establishing a year on year 10% increase in the number of legacy enquirers, considerers, intenders and pledgers to the charity, as well as establishing a new in memory fundraising programme that will increase annual income.
The successful candidate will have extensive expertise in all aspects of legacy and in memory fundraising and of project managing multiple campaigns across a range of channels, achieving and improving target revenues. You will have a track record in successful strategic planning, management and implementation of strategy and be a highly organised project manager able to work across simultaneous complex projects.
Your excellent leadership and people manager skills working and building high performing teams will be combined with strong financial management and analytical abilities. Your profile
Essential Criteria

Significant experience in talent management, artist relations, or high-level PR/communications
-
Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships with celebrities, influencers, and their management teams (agents, publicists, and assistants)

Extensive experience in talent-led PR, end-to-end media campaign management, and protecting brand integrity through strategic reputation oversight

Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities

Ability to develop and realise long-term talent and recruitment strategies that align with wider organisational goals

Highly professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and influencing ability

Proficient in monitoring and evaluating talent activity, using data to produce high-impact reports for senior leadership and stakeholders

Comfortable acting as a public-facing representative for an organisation at high-profile external events and networking opportunities
Desirable Criteria

An existing, active network of contacts within the UK entertainment, sports, or digital creator industries

Key Responsibilities

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in other global languages is highly desirable.
- High digital fluency with productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and continuous development of ClientEarth’s (CRM), overseeing supplier relationships and ensuring effective system performance.
- Oversee data management workflows across the External Affairs Department, ensuring accuracy, consistency and high data quality standards.
- Produce and enhance monthly insight reports, KPI dashboards, performance analysis, forecasts and audience insights to inform decision-making.
