Person Specification
- A practising Christian who is passionate about personally representing the Christian values of Resurgo and committed to Resurgo's mission to inspire and equip organisation to bring about ambitious and sustainable social change.
- Excellent relationship building and application writing skills. Experience in Trust fundraising or an equivalent field is desirable but not essential.
- Some knowledge of statutory fundraising is desirable but not essential.
- Extremely organised and efficient; calm under pressure, able to juggle competing deadlines and priorities, splitting time across multiple projects.
- Excellent people skills, able to relate well to colleagues of all seniority levels, freelancers, and external agencies.
- A desire to grow and develop; able to receive feedback on projects with humility, and confidence to give feedback and share ideas and expertise with team members.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Provide tailored, high-quality stewardship to a range of large and medium-sized Trusts & Foundations.
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities and build relationships with new Trusts and Foundations to further grow this income stream.
- Prioritise research to constantly develop future pipeline.
- Work with Head of Philanthropy and other senior stakeholders in engaging potential funders and managing strategic Trusts & Statutory partners.
Write applications and reports
- Develop compelling funding applications for Trusts and occasionally statutory funders, articulating Resurgo's vision and strategy to persuasively engage new donors with a focus on raising five and six-figure grants.
- Stay ahead of sector trends, media, and political context to market Resurgo's interventions in a compelling way.
- Develop general communications on the work of Resurgo to inspire and update our Trust audience.
- Produce reports and updates on the impact of our work for funders in a timely manner.
Data Management and Monitoring
- Update our internal database (Salesforce) with all donor interactions, donations and other details ina timely and efficient manner and with strong attention to detail, and analyse data to give insights' and drive future activity.
- Manage the Trusts & Foundations and Statutory pipelines and report on income and other KPIs, and ensure Trusts & Foundations team meets monthly targets and deadlines.
Line Management
- Actively manage and develop the Trusts & Foundations Executive to help them grow personally and in their role.

We are seeking an Exhibitions and Collections Projects Manager to join the Crafts Council on a permanent basis. This is a vital role in the Public Programmes team to oversee the maintenance and development of Crafts Council Collections and the delivery of key temporary exhibitions.
Reporting to the Senior Collections and Programme Manager, this role will ensure the Crafts Council Collections are documented and preserved to a high standard for future generations. They will also support the strategic development of the Crafts Council’s programme, managing relationships with external commercial partners, artists and institutions, overseeing project budgets and timelines and contributing to reporting and evaluation frameworks.

Main Duties

- Ensure maximum impact from National Lottery Heritage Funded project 'Craft for the People' Is achieved, ensuring crafts council collection is available to a wider amount of people and is more resilient
- Oversee management of upcoming loans, arranging object transportation, entry and exit processes, loan agreements, mounting and conservation, where needed
- Lead on loans marketing and collections income generation projects

We are seeking to appoint a full-time Events and Marketing Assistant to provide support for a range of events and marketing-related activities. This is a permanent post, subject to confirmation after a probationary period of 6 months. The Role
The person appointed will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications and work as part of a small team of staff responsible for events and marketing. The person will be involved in all aspects of the marketing and events team’s work including:

About the Legacy Manager role:
The Public Fundraising team are responsible for recruiting and stewarding new supporters in order to secure long-term income and growth. The fundraising team has real ambition to grow and develop, and Legacy and In-memory giving will form a key part of these plans.
You will lead on the development and implementation of a new Legacy & In Memoriam fundraising strategy that will
support our vision to grow income in this area. To do this you will be an ambitious, confident and experienced Legacy fundraiser with a passion for excellent customer experience and a natural collaborator. You will be
great at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will work with teams across the charity to establish potential within our existing networks as well as reaching new audiences.
This is an opportunity to build and shape Legacy and In-mem giving at Royal voluntary service. You will be responsible for putting together plans to acquire new donors as well as building comprehensive stewardship plans for legacy pledgers and in-memoriam donors. You will have experience of delivering legacy events, marketing and setting and meeting ambitious KPI’s.
The role will work closely with the Head of Public Fundraising, research and implementing other new Legacy and in memoriam opportunities. All legacy administration is handled externally.
Location: This role is Home based with occasional national travel
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

What you'll bring as our Legacy Manager :
Knowledge
- Experience of developing and managing a mixed Legacy and In-Mem Marketing portfolio.
- Experience of stewarding legacy prospects to become pledgers
- Excellent knowledge of GDPR, Fundraising Regulator guidelines, and other fundraising standards.
- A good understanding of working across a variety of fundraising channels; including digital, email, social media, direct mail, telemarketing, and SMS.
- A good understanding of using Charity CRMs.
- Proven record of managing agencies
- Proven track record of planning and delivering events
- A proven track record of delivering successful legacy and in memory fundraising programmes
- Understanding of UK legacy and in memory giving market including future trends and direction.

We are looking for a Branch Manager with a passion for animal welfare, who will contribute to our mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing animals in need. About the role
We are seeking an individual giving officer to support the development and delivery of our individual giving programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our fundraising team, helping to grow income and deepen engagement from our supporter base.
Key duties
- Assist in the planning and implementation of individual giving campaigns that deliver sustainable income growth and long-term donor engagement

Operating within the Management Accounting team, the postholder will act as a Senior Management Accountant for the business area for which they are made responsible. Working directly with budget holders, Heads of Department and Directors, they will manage all aspects of their management accounting and financial planning services providing incisive, value-add financial support and analysis which facilitates effective decision making.

The role:
- Be responsible for the provision of timely, accurate, relevant management information to all levels of management within assigned Directorates, regularly reviewing this information with the senior management teams.
