The National Society for Education (NSE) is both a National Church Institution (NCI) and a charity established by Royal Charter. Its mission is to support Church schools and the broader education sector by nurturing leadership, influencing policy, and fostering faith.

NSE leads the Church of England's national education initiatives in collaboration with 41 Diocesan Boards of Education and approximately 4,700 Church of England schools.

These projects explore the vital connection between church, home, and school, aiming to enrich the spiritual lives of children and young people while cultivating the next generation of leaders.

We are a dynamic, dispersed team working remotely from across the country. We meet regularly online and come together in person throughout the year for team days that strengthen our collaboration and shared purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring high quality stakeholder engagement this including supporting and communicatign effectively the delivery of events to local, regional and national leaders in relation to all programmes and activities, placing children and young people at the heart of our work.
• Implement robust administrative, financial, communications, and evaluation processes; whilst adhering to established NSE operational procedures and standards.
• Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant data to support analysis and decision-makingl whilst working closely with the NSE finance team to ensure accuracy and consistency.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven ability to handle sensitive communications with tact and professionalism.
• Excellent digital literacy, confident across Microsoft 365 and web-based applications (such as Teams, Zoom), as well as using the functionality of the software to support the setup and delivery of on-line webinars.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team player approach.
• Willingness to work within the ethos of a Christian organisation, and sympathy with the aims and goals of the Church of England Education

• A salary of £34,801 per annum, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.

What the role involves

1. Ensuring that there are regular training opportunities for both new starters and those requiring refresher sessions or updates when new functions or forms are released. This will include running system training drop in sessions to assist with queries / hear feedback, and relaying information from these to the Information Governance and IT manager.

2. To support managing the case recording system help desk – so that support is always ava

ilable to front line workers and other stakeholders.

3. Working with the Learning and Development Coordinator to establish an evaluation method and implement this to enable us to assess the effectiveness of each training session and using this to improve future delivery.

4. Produce effective training materials and guidance documents, and develop and maintain a training area on our case recording system, including the creation of dummy forms and files for new users to access and use as a training sandbox

5. Performing case recording system changes to forms and lists as directed by the Information Governance and IT Lead

6. Support the Data Reporting and System Support Lead with regards to user administration and user support at times of absence and increased need

7. Working with the Learning and Development Coordinator to support the creation of e-learning training modules for our LMS (currently RISE) Acting at all times in line with safeguarding legislation and guidance in addition to Safer London’s practice guidelines and wider pan-London processes and protocols.

8. Undertaking any other duties as required and commensurate with the level of this post, including covering the Data Reporting and CRS support lead post functions when relevant.

About the Role

The Cybersecurity Officer will support the Cybersecurity Manager in protecting the charity’s digital assets and ensuring compliance with internal security policies and relevant international standards. This role will assist in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining cybersecurity controls across our technology environment, and is ideal for someone early in their cybersecurity career with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to meaningful humanitarian work.

About You

Candidate should have a Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience) with Up to 2 years of experience in an IT or cybersecurity role (internships or volunteer roles considered).  Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and technologies, including antivirus, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access control. Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 security stack, including Defender and Intune.  Hands-on experience with any of the following: Ubiquiti, SharePoint, Egress, or Cloudflare.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity tools and controls (e.g., 
endpoint protection, firewalls, secure email gateways, MFA, etc.).
• Monitor security alerts and reports from tools like Microsoft Defender, Bitdefender, 
WatchGuard, and Cloudflare, escalating potential incidents to the Cybersecurity 
Manager.
• Support user access management and ensure policies for identity and access control 
are followed using systems like SSO and Intune.
• Help manage and track security awareness initiatives (e.g., phishing simulations via 
SoSafe).
• Assist in vulnerability scanning and basic risk assessments across networks and 
systems.
• Contribute to incident response efforts under the guidance of the Cybersecurity 
Manager.
• Document findings, maintain logs, and support audit and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with IT and wider organisation to ensure security controls do not hinder 
mission delivery.
• Participate in routine system checks and contribute to the improvement of 
cybersecurity procedures and documentation.

We’re seeking an Individual Giving and Legacy Officer to join our growing Individual Giving and Legacy team! 

This is a brand-new role, and you will have the chance to develop your knowledge across both areas of fundraising. In this role, you’ll deliver multi-channel campaigns that recruit supporters and you will develop our stewardship journeys, so supporters have a great experience.

• Delivering legacy campaigns across email, print and social media to acquire new legacy supporters.
• Delivering individual giving campaigns across regular giving, in memory, lottery, cash and our online shop.
• Developing and optimising stewardship journeys across digital, print and phone.

About the Role
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. A UK registered charity, we work in collaboration with Palestinian communities and trusted local partners, and coordinate with key stakeholders and relevant clusters, to meet a wide range of health and social needs, from providing vital medical aid in emergencies, to supporting the development of better health services for the long term. The ideal candidate will have Relevant post-graduate business degree preferred. Responsibilities

Strategy, vision and leadership

• Be accountable to the CEO and Board in the areas of finance, technology, risk and compliance, supply chain and logistics, and safety and security.

The role

The Content Officer will play a key role in managing and developing BDF’s Knowledge Hub, our unique resource library of accurate, authoritative, and up-to-date information on business and disability. They will be responsible for collecting, monitoring, and analysing data on the Knowledge Hub’s use and performance, and using these insights to create and deliver a digital content strategy.

The requirement

• Experience managing and updating digital content, ideally using CMS platforms such as WordPress with Kadence or similar themes
• Proven experience conducting content audits and implementing accessibility checks
• Experience using SEO tools and website analytics to monitor and optimise digital content performance
• Experience writing and proofreading web copy, video scripts, and multimedia content
• Technical aptitude to learn and implement new digital features, plug-ins, or tools
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and their application to digital content

As part of this transformation, we’re seeking a compassionate, organised, and proactive Membership Services Officer to be the first point of contact for our members and supporters, ensuring every interaction is warm, helpful, and leaves people feeling valued.

About the Role

This is a key supporter-facing role where you will:

• Be the friendly first point of contact for members and prospective members via phone, email, and other channels.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, including proactively reaching out to members to address cancellations, encourage upgrades, or convert cash supporters into ongoing members.

• Maintain accurate supporter data, preferences, and interactions in Salesforce CRM.

• Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Officer, Data & CRM Officer, and Gifts in Wills Officer to nurture relationships and move supporters through their journey, ensuring that every member feels appreciated and connected to our mission.

• Support the Marketing and Communications team with occasional wider projects, such as campaigns, virtual or in-person events, or member engagement initiatives.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate and member-focused, with a genuine desire to make every interaction count.

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

• Confident and professional on the phone and in written communication.

• Comfortable with outbound calling — experience in telephone fundraising or supporter upgrade calling is desirable.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable with technology, ideally with some experience using CRMs (Salesforce experience is a bonus).

• Experienced in supporter care, customer service, or a similar role (desirable but not essential).

• Aligned with AWIP’s mission, with a strong commitment to animal welfare and, ideally, a cruelty-free lifestyle.

• Able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Key Details

• Hours: 16 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Salary: £11,885.71 pro-rata (£26,000 FTE)

Role Summary  

Our Communications Officer plays a key role in our central Communications team, working collaboratively with colleagues to create impactful messages which are consistent, clear and well-framed. Through this work, you’ll support thousands of people across three key work programmes – Behaviour Change, Culture Shift and Information and Advice. You’ll have a particular focus on supporting people to share their experiences by working empathetically to gather and develop a diverse range of compelling personal stories on alcohol and alcohol harm, and working with colleagues to bring them to life across our channels. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the Senior Communications Manager with messaging across emails, our website and other digital channels. You will have responsibility for wider tasks across the team, including monitoring inboxes, creating reports and supporting colleagues flexibly, particularly during busier campaign periods.
