The Role
As our Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of key parts of our two platforms - CharityJob and CharityConnect – from discovery through to delivery. You’ll work closely with talented teams of designers, software engineers, and our commercial teams to deliver value to both jobseekers and recruiters.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for core features across our jobseeker and employer platforms
- Lead product discovery efforts: user research, competitor analysis, market trends
- Translate insights into clear specs, prioritised backlogs, and measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch improvements
- Use data to evaluate product performance and iterate quickly
- Advocate for our users and champion great user experience
- Help shape our product culture and ways of working
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in product management and within a digital platform
- Experience delivering products from concept through to delivery and iteration
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders
- A data-informed mindset – you’re comfortable with analytics and user research
- Empathy for users and a genuine interest in social impact
- Ability to work in an environment of change - comfortable navigating shifting priorities and requirements.
- Experience in job tech, recruitment, or marketplaces is a plus (but not essential)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Content & Communications Coordination:

Draft, edit, and coordinate email communications for existing clients, prospects, and event audiences using HubSpot.

Draft blog and newsletter content to share with existing and prospective customers.

Work across Social Media to ensure a regular flow of stories, product updates, and impact content is scheduled and shared.

Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all materials.
Campaign & Product Launch Management:

Produce comprehensive campaign plans to support new product features, service offerings, and strategic initiatives.

Coordinate product launches, working with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Growth, Customer Success) to ensure aligned messaging and smooth rollout.

Schedule and support webinars and in-person opportunities (e.g., industry events, workshops) from a marketing perspective.
Case Studies & Campaign Showcasing:

Support the creation of compelling case studies that highlight our impact and clients' successes.

Help co-ordinate video, photography, and quotes from clients to enrich our marketing assets.

Maintain a live bank of marketing assets (case studies, testimonials, videos, photos) that can be easily used across marketing and sales.
New Business Support:

Work with the Growth team to ensure they have comprehensive communications support, including email nurture sequences, lead generation assets, and campaign summaries.

Help track and update HubSpot data and monitor lead funnels for marketing activities.
Content Asset Management:

Ensure key product and campaign materials (e.g., PDFs, one-pagers, presentation decks) are up to date, accurately reflect current offerings, and are easily accessible to the wider team.

Co-ordinate with designers and video editors where needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
Reporting & Market Insight:
-
Support marketing reporting, tracking campaign sends, open/click rates, and basic lead activity via HubSpot.

Track competitor activity, messaging, and new ideas being developed in the sector to inform our strategy.

Help manage marketing activity calendars and provide internal communications updates on marketing initiatives.
Skills & Knowledge:

2–4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content coordination role, preferably within a SaaS company or B2B environment.

A confident writer and communicator, able to produce clear, concise, and compelling copy.

Detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive, with excellent project coordination skills.

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp is a definite plus.
Bonus: Experience in the non-profit or tech-for-good sector.

About the role
As our Motion Designer, you’ll develop motion and animation content that will work across digital, social, video and in-store, collaborating closely with our talented team and working with colleagues around the charity on a variety of projects.
Thinking conceptually to interrogate briefs and get beneath the surface of projects and audience needs, you’ll balance creativity with pragmatism to deliver amazing animation content that makes our audiences sit up and take notice.
The Health Content Team supports people with heart and circulatory disease, helping them feel informed and empowered. They produce a wide range of health information products across print and digital channels. Our vision is a world where everyone has a healthier heart for longer.
This role will be a key part of our team, helping us significantly expand how we reach people with explainers and animations through our own channels, social platforms and on YouTube.
Working arrangements
This 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
About you
As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience as a Motion Designer/Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
You have experience of working with a strong commercial brand or large charity and a strong understanding of animation principles, 2D and 3D animation techniques, and motion design best practices, including around accessibility.
With excellent communication and collaboration skills, you can tell a story and explain complex information simply and clearly.
Enthusiastic and conscientious, with strong attention to detail, you can manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
With strong, informed conceptual thinking matched by the skills to bring your concepts to life, you are proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop and have experience using a Mac and Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft Office

This role is responsible for leading the Mass Participation team to achieve ambitious fundraising and supporter acquisition targets, through a portfolio of third-party events (such as London Marathon and Great North Run), expanding the growth of our flagship Walk of Light campaign and delivering new mass participation products.
As our Mass Participation Lead, you will be an accomplished fundraiser with a proven track record of delivering and growing large-scale third-party and Blood Cancer UK owned mass participation events. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Lead to manage and collaborate with an external development/implementation partner and coordinate the smooth adoption of Salesforce within the Charity. This critical role will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to execution, testing, training, and post-implementation support. You will be the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with the Director or Finance & Operations (DFO) to invite tenders for and engage a development / implementation partner to support the adoption of this phase of Salesforce implementation
- Work with the development/implementation partner to develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage the execution of these plans, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with the implementation partner to gather and document business requirements from relevant team members to translate these into technical specifications.
- Lead and motivate key stakeholders including the implementation partner and end-users. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication between team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their buy-in throughout the project.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure project success.
- Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivered Salesforce solution meets business requirements and is free of defects. Oversee testing activities and ensure proper documentation of test results.
- Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth user adoption of the new Salesforce solution. Provide training and support to end-users.
- Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Providing updates against outcomes / budget to the Director of Development (Grants/Major Gifts) to enable rigorous, timely feedback to the project funder.
Person specification
- Proven experience (three years minimum) of leading digital transformation projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations and customisations and a strong record of success.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills, including budget and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage, coordinate and get buy-in from technically inexperienced team members.
- Experience with data migration and integration is a plus.
- An understanding of safeguarding data, confidentiality, safe working practices and GDPR compliance.
- Knowledge of appropriate project management frameworks (agile, waterfall) to set project scope, meeting key milestones and budget constraints

Terms & Conditions
- This is a part-time (0.6 FTE), fixed term contract for one year, with a review to extend at the end of that term.
- This role is based in London.
- Salary: £45,000 per annum pro rata (0.6 FTE).
- Holiday: 25 days (including 3 faith days*) + 8 Public Holidays pro rata.
- A beautiful office based in the City of London. Hybrid working is available following induction period.
- 21-hour week: standard office hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch. Work outside these hours is required on occasions.
