What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced individual to lead on the optimisation of a new website to integrate with our digital marketing channels. You will be able to effectively manage and implement the website content strategy in line with brand and marketing objectives to successfully drive business and engage key audiences.
The successful candidate will have the ability to monitor and manage the digital customer journey using dynamic UX driven content, providing insight into cross-functional plans to develop website requirements. You will create strategies to grow subscriber and web traffic metrics. You will also create frameworks and policies to support effective delivery of website content and be responsible for ensuring compliance with website and GDPR regulations.
You will have the ability to work closely with different directorates to manage technical issues whilst working inter-departmentally to implement a digital strategy putting customer UX at the heart of strategic planning. You will also be able to build commercially sustainable relationships with valued suppliers to support delivery of marketing objectives. The post holder will be passionate, organised, detail-oriented, and able to inspire and engage others.

The role
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Head of Data and Analytics based in Camden(or currently from home). Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairing the Information Governance Steering Group tasked with overseeing the deployment of the current Information Governance strategy. This includes liaising with stakeholders such data-owners and overseeing the training need of data-stewards, as well as co-steering the ongoing deployment of data management and reporting technologies.
- Chairing the Data Change Board tasked with change management across all data domains within the Group, including data that is crucial to the customer, thereby mitigating risks to customer safety and the disruption of essential services.
- Lead the Business Intelligence team which currently provides data, reporting and analytics to the Group. This team is a key contributor to the accurate and timely production of performance and regulatory reporting, as well as responsible for evidencing that data quality is being maintained across all our data domains.

1. Asset Management Data
- Provide comprehensive stock data for One Housing and all its subsidiaries.
- Evidence triangulation of this One Housing stock data with all other stock records.
- Identify any anomalies in the triangulation, investigate and lead the resolution in a timely manner.
- Provide on demand a triangulated and reconciled stock reports to the Asset Compliance Group, Executive Team and the Group Board.

What you will need to succeed

You will blend solid project management and delivery skills, with service design, digital innovation and change management. One Million Mentors is looking to hire a full time Technical Lead to ensure the smooth running of its technology infrastructure. The Technical Delivery Lead will be the product owner for all technology features at 1MM and has end-to-end accountability for 1MM’s technology requirements and delivery, overseeing the design of the 1MM technology roadmap, incl. product design and vendor strategy to design fit for purpose delivery capabilities as well as overseeing its delivery. About One Million Mentors:
One Million Mentor's (1MM) is an exciting startup within a larger charity called Uprising Leadership. Its mission is to transform the process of mentoring for all in the UK. We aim to train, recruit and connect a million mentors to a million young people in order to increase youth employability, support social action and help break down social barriers.
1MM has now developed a new safe and secure virtual mentoring offer for both mentors and mentees (aged 18 to 25 years old) which includes; sign up onto the platform, completing a profile, undertaking mandatory online mentoring training, attending a mandatory online workshop facilitated by experts, matched digitally and then meeting for one hour once a month via video conferencing. 1MM also provides ongoing online support to mentors and mentees by delivering relevant employment/careers and wellbeing related workshops on a monthly basis. Pre - pandemic mentoring took place face to face for one hour, once a month for up to a year on the site of youth partners. We have established 2,000 mentoring relationships partnering with over 200 employers and 100 youth partners.
The Role:
As Technical Lead, you will manage the delivery of technology capabilities through your own technical ability, manage outsourced vendors and direct resources as they become available. The Technical Lead will also monitor satisfaction, ensure on-time delivery, minimise outages and measure against defined targets. In 12 months’ time, you will provide the technology platform to allow for a secure and safe offering for young people to benefit from mentoring according to 1MM’s delivery model

Guy's & St Thomas’ Charity is an independent urban health foundation, working with Guys & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and others to tackle the major health challenges affecting people living in urban areas, specifically in the London boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark.
Our multiple long term conditions (MLTC) programme is a ten year, multi-million-pound programme exploring how people in urban areas develop multiple long term conditions such as chronic pain, depression and diabetes. Our strategy involves addressing social risks to health, such as people’s work, personal finances and housing. The financial health strand of this programme aims to address the dual challenge of health and financial health, by seeking ways to prevent financial difficulty and improve people’s options to better manage their health and slow their progression to multiple conditions.
You will have the freedom to connect leading companies in the finance and digital industries with everyone from grassroots community groups and social enterprises through to digital health ventures and public sector leaders. Your portfolio will stretch from work in local neighbourhoods and the boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark, to pan-London, national and international initiatives.
You may be scoping partnerships between national banks and community organisations to support people vulnerable to financial difficulty; project managing a money and health consortium to trial new Open Banking apps; commissioning experts to better connect financial and health data owners to improve outcomes for people with long-term conditions; or helping financial firms, health evaluators and others to join regional public policy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide existing investments in financial health.
Be the go-to person for 3 to 4 partners who are delivering live projects. Problem-solve, advise and manage a £1m-£2m portfolio of active funding contracts, enabling the charity to deliver frontline impact on time and to budget, and gain insight to inform the future strategy of the programme.
- Build a pipeline of investment opportunities.
Originate and co-design a portfolio of a further 3 to 4 projects valued at up to £1.5m that support future influencing, and engage with banks, insurers and other financial services, with digital platforms and services, or with national and local data owners and processors. You will identify appropriate partners and hone ideas by advising them on a project’s strategy fit, risk, budget, complexity, impact potential and ability to be evaluated.
- Lay groundwork for systemic influences.
Develop the building blocks for the Financial Health strand’s influencing strategy. You will identify actions to influence and help us influence, prioritise across different opportunity areas and issues that are relevant, garner interest and have high potential for impact. You will also cultivate relationships in line with our reputation and areas of expertise.
- Support the internal investment process
Work with the wider MLTC team to make quality, high impact investment decisions by developing and presenting investment cases (including aim and strategic fit, due diligence, project plan, evaluation and governance) to our internal Executive Investment Committee for funding.
- Co-own successful delivery of the programme.
Collaborate with colleagues who support programme success by delivering high quality research and evaluation, communication of insights, policy engagement, tailored investment mechanisms and grant management.
- Be our ambassador
Represent the Charity with partners, manage and nurture external relationships, contribute to refining and evolving the strategy of our programmes, and deliver thought leadership and influencing work aligned to our goals.
