You'll focus on the collection, analysis and reporting of data from National Services programmes, projects and services. You'll use systems and tools to effectively capture and store data and information, enabling effective reporting and insight. You'll provide advice and support to the Product Development Manager and Deputy Director of National Services.

You'll support National Services teams with the development of KPI and data collection  routes and support with maintenance, troubleshooting and creative problem solving to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You'll create detailed reports and dashboards for use by teams, managers and leaders at agreed time points.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience of using statistical tools and techniques to manage and analyse data
• Ability to translate the essence of complex data into language or formats others will understand
• Experience of producing qualitative and quantitative reports and analysing results to produce impact reporting
• Ability to present insights and results through written reports, dashboards and presenting face-to-face

About the opportunity

The Training Officer will have a range of administrative responsibilities relating to Action Tutoring’s tutor training delivery and curriculum resources.

As Training Officer, you will support the Training Team by scheduling sessions in digital systems, organising and checking ID and DBS documents submitted by volunteer tutors, and responding to enquiries to support a smooth tutor journey. The role does not involve delivering training to volunteers

You will also support with managing the version history and corrections of our bespoke tutoring curriculum resources, helping keep our online library of materials accurate and up to date.

Content creation and content management

• Working with the Senior Communications Manager, research, draft, and edit compelling content for the UK website, newsletters, and print materials.
• Support the reimagining of existing content to ensure messaging is fresh, relevant, and audience-led.
• Collate and maintain a library of case studies, stories, and assets for use across teams.
• Ensure brand voice and tone are consistently applied across all communications.

Digital and organic social media

• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar which supports our Communications Strategy and liaise with our Social Media Freelancer to plan and approve posts.

SAVE Britain’s Heritage is looking for a proactive and collaborative Heritage Engagement Manager to strengthen our support for communities campaigning to save historic buildings. 

You’ll take the lead in developing and managing SAVE’s public-facing resources — including the Buildings at Risk Register, ACT NOW! Toolkit and Building of the Month — ensuring they are accessible, impactful and widely used. A key part of the role is working directly with community campaigners, volunteers and students, providing advice and support to help them run effective campaigns, and sharing success stories across SAVE’s networks. 

Working closely with our small team — and alongside our Casework Officer — you’ll help ensure SAVE’s campaigning tools are closely aligned with our strategic aims, from audience development and sector leadership to new partnership opportunities. You will work on creating our Individual Giving appeals, writing compelling communications which will inspire and drive income. You should have experience of working in a charity environment, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines and budgets.

Experience required 

You’ll have previous experience of: 

• Managing direct marketing campaigns in a charity environment.

• Leading projects from start to finish within given budgets and timescales.

• Creating compelling and professional communications for a variety of audiences and channels. 

• Analysing campaign results and using insight to optimise future campaigns.

• Collaborative working with multiple internal and external partners to deliver campaigns.

The Royal Historical Society seeks to appoint an Events and Academic Engagement Officer (0.6 FTE) to join its professional Office based at University College London. The post will help support and develop the Society’s activities with a particular focus on  academic and training events, networking for members of the Society, and scholarly communications.

The Events and Academic Engagement Officer will lead for the RHS Office on the planning, organisation and successful running of all events (lectures, workshops, training, departmental visits and other formats) run by the Society, both in-person and online, working with other members of the Office and the Society’s governing Council.

As Academic Engagement Officer, the post-holder will be the first point of contact for selected holders of RHS research funding: overseeing and developing communication of project work for the benefit of the wider historical community. Academic engagement also involves a principal role in the communication and promotion of the Society’s work, and that of the wider historical profession

ScreenSkills is the industry-led skills body for the screen industries - film, television (including children's, unscripted and high-end), VFX, animation and games. The Operations Coordinator will provide vital support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the organisation, providing key operations administrative support to areas including, but not limited to Facilities, Office, IT, Data, Health & Safety and Policies & Procedures.

Key responsibilities:

Facilities and Office Admin

• Act as the main point of contact for the ScreenSkills office as a key liaison with the serviced office team (Techspace), meeting and greeting visitors as a representative of the organisation, managing visitor passes etc.
• Provide general office support in the smooth running of the office operations, acting as a key liaison for all ScreenSkills staff, including the set-up and exit requirements for new-starters and leavers.
• Manage meeting room booking requests, alongside the CEO’s PA, overseeing requirements for internal/external meetings, helping coordinate bookings on ScreenSkills desk booking system.
• Coordinate enquiries to the wider operations team, managing email inboxes and any other reasonable communication duties as requested.

IT and Software

• Ensure all staff have suitable IT equipment and telecoms (as authorised), liaising with our IT providers (TouchTec) as needed, ensuring fixed IT assets are assigned, tracked and reported to finance and the COO proficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ability to provide calm first-line basic technical support, troubleshooting issues with devices, software, hardware, meeting room AV and online platforms. Logging and tracking issues and following-up support tickets diligently.

Data and Compliance

• Coordinating data processing requirements in line with our policies. Assist with managing data as instructed and per our data handling and retention policies.
• Coordinate and track data subject access requests as these arise.

Health & Safety

• Coordinate general Health and Safety documentation within the organisation ensuring fire and general risk assessments are completed in a timely manner, working with HR to coordinate information between the Techspace team and our Fire Marshalls and First Aiders.
• Act as a First Aider and/or Fire Marshal for ScreenSkills staff.
• Arrange annual training for first aiders and fire marshals.

Policies and Procedures

• Monitor the organisation’s policies, ensuring relevant senior managers are aware of the schedule to review/update them.
• Signposting staff to relevant policies and procedures as requested.
• Coordinate and track the organisations’ complaints process.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Essential:

• Proven experience working in a busy office and hybrid work environment, performing first class operations admin (e.g. office admin and or facilities coordinator tasks), supporting a hybrid/distributed workforce.
• Demonstrate experience acting as a key representative of the organisation in a “front-of-house” role, ensuring a professional and courteous communication style at all times.
• Ability to provide calm first line basic technical support, troubleshooting issues with devices, software, hardware, meeting-room AV and online platforms.
• Good working knowledge of all MS Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with digital and remote communication tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with document and data management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive) for efficient document handling and sharing.
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive in approach
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the
• Organisation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to communicate effectively by telephone and in person.
