This is a pivotal and exciting new role, with huge scope and freedom to diversify and generate income for the Trust.
You will support the charity’s financial sustainability by diversifying revenue streams through partnerships, unrestricted fundraising initiatives and other income-generating opportunities.
You will be responsible for building a strong and sustainable supporter base by working with a range of funders including trusts, foundations and corporate sponsors, building and maintaining lasting relationships.

About the team

This includes all appeals, promotion of established products like legacy giving and matched funding programmes. The legacy pipeline was redesigned in 2024 with an award winning film “I will 1%” inspired by the work of Richard Ratcliffe. The Hospice is one of over 100 Hospices working with Hospice UK to promote legacy funding at a national and local level with a combined campaign. Investment for the future means The Hospice has a centrally managed people and systems team, this includes management of our CRM (Donify), enabling the Executive Team report on KPIs with internally triangulated data for better decision-making. The Hospice is also working with Finegreen to recruit an interim Head of Philanthropy to review the approach to philanthropy to date and make clear recommendations. As our Director of Fundraising, you will be an innovative strategic leader, a people person who combines humanity with data driven decision-making. Your role includes leading an experienced team to deliver over £2.5m in income annually and steward £1m in legacies, with the opportunity to make your own appointments to lead philanthropy. As part of the strategy of the Hospice your business case development will deliver an additional ≥£1m by 2028, in a trajectory for growth. An adept storyteller with a passion for Hospice care – you will lead strategic partnerships, working cross sector and operating effectively at Board/Committee. You will be accountable for identifying, testing and implementing fundraising approaches not typically used to date in the sector, including new philanthropy, donor advised funds and social investment models with a pipeline for delivery of new income. Turning Tides is a charity that supports people experiencing homelessness in West Sussex. While our central office is in Worthing, our work spans the county – from East Grinstead to Littlehampton and across areas in between. With over 20 accommodation projects, community hubs and outreach teams, we offer local single adults tailored support to move towards a more stable future. We’re looking for a creative, digitally savvy marketing and communications professional with a passion for educational equality. Main duties
Marketing & Engagement

Person Specification
We welcome applications from individuals who have experience in:
- Experience in marketing and communications planning, ideally in the education or non-profit sectors
- Experience developing content and campaigns targeted primarily at young people, while also engaging diverse stakeholders such as teachers, parents, and alumni.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and digital tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Analytics, social media scheduling) to drive communications
- Strong copywriting, editing, and content design skills across print and digital
- Experience working with brand guidelines and delivering multi-channel campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong analytical skills
- High degree of initiative and the ability to take responsibility for discrete projects and workstreams

Terms of Appointment

Qualifications:

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to focus on three key areas; Salesforce Administration, training, and process documentation.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Salesforce support and training across all staff in all 18 countries. They will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests.
With significant stakeholder engagement, they will help to develop a staff training programme for all countries and deliver both routine and ad-hoc training for new employees, new processes, feature changes, and upgrades.
Process documentation will need to be created for new, modified, and existing Salesforce/business processes along with details of third-party integrations and submitted change requests.
The role sits within the International Salesforce team, led by the Salesforce Developer and Product Owner. The team’s purpose is to be guardians of the organisations data and processes, supporting the rollout, maintenance, and extension, of our Salesforce platform and services. The Salesforce Developer and Product Owner reports to the International Chief Information Officer (CIO), who is responsible for leading MWB’s digital transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of several new digital, IT, and Salesforce initiatives.
Who we are looking for
You must be an exceptionally competent English speaker and have the right to travel to the UK and work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Switzerland or Ukraine.
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP.
A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise incoming requests.
You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.
We are seeking an exceptional trainer who can plan and run online (or occasional in-person) training sessions and create detailed process documentation and training materials to accompany them.

The successful applicant will
Lead a dynamic calendar of alumni and parent engagement events, including reunions, networking forums, and social gatherings

Act as liaison to the Radleian Society Committee and other affiliated groups, managing volunteer engagement and project delivery
