We are looking for a Finance Business Partner Programmes (Job Share) to join our busy Finance Team in Brooke UK. The role is for 3 days per week and reports to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.  You will share the role with another Finance Business Partner to drive financial process improvement in our Country Programmes in Ethiopia, Senegal, Nicaragua, India, Pakistan and Kenya, as well as the UK Programmes Department. This is an exciting time to join Brooke as we are about to embark on planning our new multi-year strategy.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting Country Programmes and UK Programmes Department in the effective management of financial resources, with timely financial reporting
• Leading on communication and coordination of financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for Country Programmes and UK Programmes Department
• Providing the Director of Programmes with analysis of financial performance of Country Programmes and UK Programmes Department

Criteria

In order to excel in this post you will need:

• A professional accounting qualification, or qualified by experience
• Extensive experience of managing budgeting and forecasting processes
• Proven experience of using SUN financial system or similar
• Knowledge and experience of donor fund management
• Business partnering experience including skills to analyse, interpret and report financial data

As Head of Media and Public Affairs you will lead, plan, develop and implement effective media and public affairs strategies to actively promote the RCPCH and its priorities for maximum influence and impact.

The Head of Media and Public Affairs is an important leadership role at the College. You will work closely with journalists and media organisations to champion the College in the media as well as securing political support for our policy messages, through stakeholder relationships within the UK Government, Whitehall and the Westminster Parliament.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Policy & External Affairs, you will manage, direct and motivate the team to successfully achieve performance goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving the College’s Westminster public affairs work to secure our advocacy goals and you will also manage the out-of-hours media rota, being flexible to be on-call to media as required. Degree educated or with relevant professional experience you will have demonstrable experience of developing and implementing proactive media and public affairs strategies and a strong track record in leading, planning, implementing and evaluating integrated communications strategies.

With proven leadership and performance management skills, you should also have a background of working with and influencing senior managers and have proven stakeholder management skills, being able to develop and nurture high level contacts in media and government.

We are looking for a talented Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records and handle financial operations in the charity.

Strength & Stem is a charity and social enterprise that uses floristry to empower female modern slavery survivors. Role summary

The Programme Coordinator plays a key operational role at the heart of Strength & Stem, ensuring the smooth delivery of our programmes and events. Join the Marine Society & Sea Cadets as a Safety and Assurance Officer, ensuring the highest standards of safety, health, environment (SHE), and operational compliance across our units and facilities.
You’ll lead assurance inspections, maintain compliance with legislation and organisational regulations, and support the safe management of weapons, armouries, and inshore boating activities. Working closely with other members of the National Safety and Assurance Team (NSAT) and Area teams, you’ll oversee safety at events, camps, and competitions, conduct audits, and monitor incident reporting.

About the role:

As our Corporate Partnerships Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Single Homeless Project’s (SHP) partnerships with businesses across London and beyond. You will lead a talented and driven team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional results as you grow a programme that already engages thousands of corporate employees each year. Through strategic relationship building, creative collaboration, and authentic storytelling, you will connect the values and ambitions of our partners with SHP’s mission to end homelessness in London - turning corporate energy into lasting social change.

Working at the heart of SHP’s Fundraising team, you will lead the development of innovative partnerships that raise vital income, expand our volunteering offer, and create meaningful opportunities for businesses to engage with our work. You will nurture relationships with existing partners, while securing exciting new collaborations that deliver mutual value and deepen their commitment to our cause. From six-figure fundraising initiatives to dynamic corporate events, your creativity and strategic vision will ensure every partnership reaches its full potential and has a measurable impact on our clients’ lives.

Hybrid working for us means two days a week in our office in Kings Cross, with three days working from home - this can be discussed in more detail in interview. We would be looking for the post holder to start in early February 2026.
