Job description

About us

We’re Breast Cancer Now, the research and support charity. However you’re experiencing breast cancer, we’re here.

We fund life-saving research, campaign for change and provide information and support to anyone affected by breast cancer.

Why? Because our vision is that by 2050, everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live, and be supported to live well. But to make that vision a reality, we need to act now.

About the role

Keen on kerning? Your creative flair, eye for detail and passion for design can make a real difference to people affected by breast cancer.

We’re looking for a graphic designer to join our busy, dynamic and creative team. As part of our in-house design studio, you’ll create new content and breathe fresh life into existing assets – covering everything from fundraising and campaigning to support and research.

You’ll be a champion of our visual identity, supporting colleagues to deliver their aims and show-off our brand to their audiences in the best ways possible. Using your skills and experience to adapt designs for different channels and formats.

If you’re a creative, proactive graphic designer looking to work at an ambitious, forward-thinking charity, we’d love to meet you.

About you

Ideally you:

· Will be a graphic designer who puts the audience at the heart of every piece of content

· Will have an excellent understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy

· Are self-motivated, organised and comfortable working on several briefs at once

· Enjoy looking for new ways to approach things but also comfortable working with existing artwork and concepts

· Are a creative thinker, with a portfolio of work that shows your ability to design for different channels, formats and audiences
