Job description

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £43,462 - £48,266 per annum

Locations: Based at Barns Road with frequent travel across Oxon, Bucks and Milton Keynes

At Connection Support our team of staff members and volunteers work alongside people to overcome life’s challenges, with the goals of solving homelessness and achieving independence. This is a new and exciting opportunity to join Connection Support at a time when work is underway on our ambitious 2-year strategy for 2021-2023, where we plan to focus on building our infrastructure so we can continue to grow in a sustainable way.

You will be a member of our Senior Leadership Team and your key focus will be on building and strengthening our Business Services functions (HR, Admin, Communications and Marketing, Housing Management & Facilities and Business Systems) and progressing our business systems transformation plans, to align with the considerable growth we have achieved in recent years.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience of managing people effectively within a customer focused, service delivery organisation.
  • A proven track record of service improvement and leading change.
  • To be influential and inspirational, with a collaborative leadership style and the ability to develop teams to their full potential.
  • To have a strong can-do attitude, combining practical hands-on skills with a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage change and achieve positive outcomes.
