How you will make a difference

As Senior Programme Officer, I will support the Head of Commercial Insight & Development to ensure Mental Health UK delivers high quality projects and programmes that:

• Meet the aims and objectives of our 2025-30 strategy.

• Deliver for all stakeholders, including funding partners and beneficiaries.

Triage and Early Intervention Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Triage and Early Interventions Officer to join the Operations team on a hybrid basis working from home and the base at Police Headquarters, Llangunnor, Carmarthen.

The Role

As a Triage and Early Intervention Officer, you will be the first point of contact via telephone, text or email for clients referred to the service. You will conduct comprehensive impact and risk assessments, provide immediate and short-term interventions, and ensure that each client receives tailored support that meets their individual needs.

As a Triage and Early Interventions Officer you will:

• Conduct comprehensive impact and risk assessments for clients.
• Provide tailored responses to clients' needs, including children and young people and those affected by domestic abuse, ensuring they are aware of their rights.
• Manage a caseload of clients requiring immediate and short-term interventions, developing support plans and referring to other agencies as needed.

About You

Ideally you will have an understanding of the impact of crime and the criminal justice system. Experience in delivering services within a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting is also beneficial.

• To work effectively both as part of a team and independently
• To develop and maintain partnerships with external organisations.

The Role

Two Rhythms is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to spearhead their operational and financial success, ensuring the charity's sustainability and growth. This pivotal role involves driving earned income, managing financial health, and expanding the reach of their therapeutic arts programs across South Wales and the UK.

The Business Manager will oversee the operational and financial management of the charity, ensuring the organisation is efficient, sustainable, and aligned with its mission. They will focus on earned income generation and working to increase it in line with the business plan. They will be outward-facing, generating new business with local authorities, care providers, schools, hospitals and hospices. They will work closely with the CEO, and Head of Programme to introduce the 2R programme to new guests across South Wales, and with the Membership Officer to extend our membership programme across the UK.

The Business Manager will play a crucial role in managing the charity's financial health, ensuring resources are effectively utilised to support its mission and goals. This hands-on role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance while supporting their leadership team colleagues with financial insights and strategies.

They will prepare reports for the management team, CEO and Trustees as required and they will liaise with our external accountants, helping to prepare annual accounts and other statutory documents.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

OPERATIONAL

1. Business and Operational Management:

Your role will be to lead the Marketing and Communications team to develop and deliver a Marketing and Communications Plan that inspires and enables people from all backgrounds to take action to support bumblebees. Actions may include donating/ fundraising, political advocacy, volunteering/ surveying, or creating bumblebee habitats (everything from a window box up!).

You will work with colleagues across the Trust to deliver both national and project level campaigns and strengthen the Trust’s brand, website, PR, and social media engagement.

You will be a self-motivated creative thinker with proven leadership and management skills and experience in delivering engaging campaigns across a variety of media channels.

About you

We are looking for a proactive and visible finance professional who is able to engage and build relationships across the organisation as a pivotal member within a values led high performing organisation. You will be a qualified accountant with proven track record of financial management awareness and a solid understanding of charity audits and statutory accounts preparation. You will have the ability to work with staff across the organisation in supporting good financial governance and oversight of financial operational matters. About the role

The role will involve the management of the day-to-day financial activities, VAT, gift aid, payroll and the monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations and statutory accounts preparation. The job holder will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Finance Officer and volunteers within the team. There will be a requirement to work closely with the income generating staff, budget holders, auditors, banks and credit card providers on a regular basis. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the Finance Officer and Finance volunteer.

The Associate Product Manager plays a vital role in delivering user-focused digital products and services that make it easier for researchers to find and access data in a secure and efficient way.

Individual Giving Manager

Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity dedicated to uniting for a life unlimited for everyone affected by cystic fibrosis. • Develop an Individual Giving strategy including short, medium and long-term acquisition and retention plans
• Set and review budgets and KPIs, tracking how well fundraising activities are doing and ensuring we are getting a good return on investment
• Use data and insight to make decisions and improve campaign outcomes
• Ensure all supporters get a warm welcome and have a good experience of the Trust
• Manage the Individual Giving team, providing line management, support and development
