Role Overview and Main Responsibilities
One of the main areas of this role is to improve the Digital Marketing systems of the college. This involves managing multiple projects and supervising other team members within their roles. - Enhancing the digital systems of the college for the purposes of marketing

- Manage team members for the maintenance and development of the college’s website, SEO, user journey experience, and website assets
- Support and collaborate with the Social Media officer to ensure digital marketing across our platforms, including LinkedIn for digital community engagement.
- Monitor and review performance of digital marketing channels for analytical reporting and making recommendations for improvement.
- Email marketing across stakeholder groups to support recruitment and engagement for the college. This includes the management of Mailchimp and ensuring Donorfy data is up to date.
- Direct marketing to students and partners for college courses, training options, collaborative design, delivery and lifelong learning. This may include digital marketing via website, social media, email, content marketing, print marketing and campaigns.
- Developing a digital marketing campaigns calendar and system for use within the team including the implementation of campaign briefs and tracking of campaigns across ANCC products
- Play an active role within the team to help at promotional events, including national exhibitions and conferences, at the college and elsewhere
- Assist the team with organising college open days and other promotional events (graduations, multicultural evenings, carols at Easneye etc).

ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a Finance and Operations Manager to support the CEO in the day-to-day running of our charity. The NUM CEO develops the overall vision of the organisation, while the Operations Manager is responsible to carry out the vision.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a manager in a position of public trust, have excellent financial, organisational, and communications skills, as well as being a problem-solver with work experience in high-pressure work environments. The Finance and Operations Manager must be versatile in their understanding of the larger vision and as well as the fine details and tactics needed to achieve NUM's goals.
The successful candidate will work in an agile manner to ensure the charity continues to be proactive and innovative, while also being responsive to the changing landscape within the sector and the international sex worker rights and safety movement. As part of supporting the operations of NUM, the successful candidate will provide resources, information and support to NUM Managers and Coordinators across diverse projects, workstreams and teams, to achieve aspects of the organisation’s mandate of 'ending all forms of violence against sex workers' and eliminating the conditions that lead to poverty and survival sex work.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years' work experience as a Manager, Project or Programme Manager or similar role that requires oversight of a whole system, business, operation or organisation Experience leading remote or hybrid teams is desired. This includes time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, lead team meetings and support members to manage resources, timelines and project budgets, etc.

At least two years’ experience in grant writing and fund development, as well as in financial management, with a demonstrated ability to co-develop budgets, cashflow forecasts and financial reporting as well as oversee banking activities and work with accountants and Trustees to ensure NUM’s financial health.

Knowledge of the charity sector, the day-to-day running of a charity, business or similar organisation, and familiarity with the work of National Ugly Mugs and other sex worker-serving and sex worker-led organisations.

East London Apartments provides 24 hour accommodation based support for up to 31 individuals with complex histories, multiple traumas, complex personality disorder(s) and a varied, disrupted housing history with experience of homelessness as well as individuals who have been diagnosed with severe and enduring mental health conditions who are under the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
East London Apartments implements and promotes the Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) model. This is an approach which was developed to support people out of homelessness, in particular those who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with a personality disorder. However, its application is far broader than only homelessness. It considers the psychological needs of staff: developing skills and knowledge, increasing motivation, job satisfaction and resilience.
When working with individuals with complex needs, who may display challenging, chaotic behaviours, regularly testing boundaries and have experienced multiple traumas as a result of abuse, neglect, years of street homelessness, or long stays in mental health hospitals, it is integral that the post holder is motivated to support individuals to progress. They should continually hold aspirations for individuals despite multiple setbacks, and display emotional resilience, able to process challenging incidents and remain motivated to deliver excellent support.Night Support Workers enable people with particular needs to manage their tenancies and live independent lives of their choosing in the community. Night Support Workers are responsible for ensuring continuity of a support service at night and for keeping customers and the building safe.

About the role
Operations (part of the Core Services Team) provides comprehensive support across Human Resources, Compliance, and Risk Management, Data Management, and Staff Engagement and supports the delivery of strategic objectives across the organisation. The BSA’s Council is responsible for determining the organisation’s overall vision and strategy and ensuring good governance. Council assumes the trustee responsibilities set out by the Charity Commission regulator. They meet four times a year, usually in London with options for Council Members to attend online. Papers are prepared by BSA staff and contractors and circulated around a week in advance of the meeting. The role will report to the CEO for Council, Governance and Committee duties.
Key responsibilities
Human Resources
- Act as the primary contact for HR service requests, escalating complex issues to the Operations Manager or outsourced HR supplier as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files across all HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Monitor and coordinate completion of mandatory compliance training
Governance and Committees
- Lead the scheduling and logistics of Council and other committee meetings, including venue booking, catering, AV and calendar management.
- Support governance record-keeping, including minute-taking, updating statutory documents as directed by the Chair and Chief Executive, and maintaining Council member records such as declarations, attendance, and terms of office.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, by maintaining Charity Commission online records and, where appropriate working with the Chief Executive, and others as appropriate in preparing formal reports for submission to relevant regulators.

Compliance and Risk Management
- Policy and Documentation Management: Ensure all internal documentation (policies, staff handbook, etc.) is regularly updated and accessible on SharePoint and the company website where appropriate.
- GDPR and Data Protection: Monitor and support GDPR compliance, with a focus on data retention and secure handling of personal information.
- Compliance and Risk Logs: Assist in maintaining up-to-date compliance and risk logs, reporting issues to the Operations Manager as needed.
- Health and Safety (H&S): Support the Office Manager in coordinating staff H&S documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Audit Preparation: Coordinate the collection and organisation of documents and information required for annual audits.
Staff Engagement and Additional Responsibilities
- Assist the Office Manager in planning and implementing staff social and engagement activities.
- Undertake additional tasks as reasonably required by the line manager, within the scope of the role.

About the Role
The Senior Fundraising Coordinator will play an important role within the Partnerships department, working together with the Director of Partnerships, Head of Fundraising, and the Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver our multi-year fundraising strategy and enable significant organisational growth.

The Information Governance team are the champions of Data Protection and Information Governance within Alzheimer's Society. The team’s key objective is to enable all areas to use information appropriately whilst achieving the Society’s overall aim of creating a world without dementia. The Senior Information Governance Officer will support the wider Information Governance team in achieving this objective. They will be the first point of contact in the Society for data protection, information governance and records management questions, providing advice and guidance as appropriate to ensure the safe and legal processing of information. About the role
Reporting in to the Global Head of Programme Policy and Practice, the Programme & Partnerships Lead is pivotal to the design and impact success of signature programmes. It works closely with Multi Country Clusters (MCC) to do so, including the design of MEAL frameworks to support monitoring and evidence capture.
Working with MCC leadership the post-holder will identify areas for support and make appropriate links with enabling functions. Across MCC programme portfolios this role will provide support to ensure a coherent application of our partnership principles and alignment with organisational values and goals.
The role provides leadership to the team which includes MEAL, a Programme Portfolio Advisor, and a Civil Society and Faith specialist to help deliver high-impact programmes with an emphasis on decolonial approaches and methodologies. The role will provide specific support to the development of Christian Aid’s faith based partnerships.
The role spearheads localisation and CSO approach as an underpinning ethos of the new organisational mode.
Some of the main responsibilities of the Programme & Partnerships Lead include:
- Inspire and motivate the team and colleagues in the Programme Policy and Practice division to support MCC’s, to drive meaningful impact.
- Work across Departments to support the design of signature programmes, including building connections across the MCCs, developing an appropriate MEAL framework and ensuring effective reporting and links to Organisational Effectiveness.
- Work with the Global MEAL Advisor and Organisational Effectiveness Department to commission internal and external impact evaluations and research for signature programmes and the wider unrestricted funding portfolio; this will include a focus on decolonial approaches to evaluation.
- With an emphasis on signature programmes work with IPE and MCCs to identify opportunities for the further development of signature programmes.
- Ensure processes and guardrails are in place to support the strategic allocation of resources to MCCs.
- Develop and maintains strong cross sector and internal relationships that fosters cross-functional consensus.
- Collaborate with MCC staff to develop and communicate a clear picture of Christian Aid’s programmatic portfolio, and of delivery of organisational impact that aligns to organisational values and goals
