Your role
We are seeking a Senior Fundraising Leader to secure funding from diverse sources to support our program and initiatives. The ideal candidate has senior-level fundraising experience at an NGO, organisation, or charity, a strong and established network of executive relationships in major foundations, and a proven track record of identifying and closing deals in the range of 1-5 million USD. The fundraising leader will develop relationships with potential donors, identify fundraising opportunities, and manage the grant application process.
We seek someone who aligns with the DfG mission, has a passion for fundraising and can strategise and deliver new initiatives. The fundraiser will collaborate with program staff, and senior management to develop leads, compelling proposals and reports. Key Responsibilities
· Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective donors, program officers, and key stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for grant inquiries, reporting, and communications.
· Research: Identify and explore funding opportunities from individuals, corporations, foundations, and other potential donors whose interests align with our programs. Regularly monitor donor databases and other sources for announcements and opportunities.
· Applications & Fundraising Development: Lead the creation of high-quality grant proposals and letters of inquiry in collaboration with program staff, ensuring they are compelling, well-structured, and tailored to donor priorities.
· Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all grants meet donor regulations, reporting requirements, and deadlines. Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and financial impact.
· Monitoring and Evaluation: Track the success of fundraising efforts, monitor progress toward revenue goals, and use data analysis to identify trends and inform strategy, providing regular updates and insights.
· Events, Networking, and Representation: Organize fundraising events and oversee volunteer and partner teams. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and boost resource mobilization.

We’re IPWSO, the international umbrella body for Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) associations around the world.
- We build communities between people with Prader-Willi syndrome, their families and the professionals who support them to share knowledge and expertise and improve outcomes for people with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families everywhere.
- We want everyone with Prader-Willi syndrome to get equal access to diagnosis and treatment no matter where in the world they live and to ensure better, more consistent outcomes for people with the syndrome and their families.

- Our membership comprises PWS associations in 47 countries and we support individual families and professionals in over 70 other countries.

Key Fundraising Responsibilities
- Develop communications content that will invigorate our existing donors and inspire new ones leading to increased giving by individuals to IPWSO.
- Focusing in particular on our website and social media channels, communicate our achievements, impacts and needs with a view to influencing IPWSO’s online supporters to make donations and engage in fundraising initiatives.
- Provide outstanding donor care to encourage a high level of retention and repeat donations.
- Work with IPWSO’s Fundraising Committee on a variety of fundraising initiatives, which may include a new collaborative global fundraiser to be rolled out in 2025.
- Act as the organisational lead for IPWSO’s CRM (Donorfy) and utilise it to improve the donor journey.

- Act as the first point of contact for IPWSO’s public email address and social media channels and ensure that timely and appropriate replies are issued.

- Manage Google Ad Grant campaigns with an emphasis on growing our supporter base and increasing individual giving.

- Maintain and develop the IPWSO website ensuring its security and that it functions both as an effective supporter acquisition tool and a means by which people can easily access information about PWS.

The Programme Manager will play a critical role providing surge support for the Asia-Pacific and Americas programme management team, with a particular focus on regional Grant-in-Aid ‘uplift’ programming.
This is a varied and exciting position. In this role you’ll be both strategic and hands-on, solely managing the financial controls for this small charity with a £350k annual turnover. You will support the Director and senior management team through your management of financial processes, policy and planning.

THE PANGEA TRUST
The Pangea Trust is a charity registered in the UK and Portugal that exists to provide a compassionate solution to Europe's zoos and circuses seeking a life-long home for elephants in need.

Thanks to their support, we have acquired a 1000-acre estate in Alentejo, Portugal, which is currently being regenerated to create a haven for both elephants and native wildlife. THE ROLE
The Fundraising and Communications Manager will be inspiring, intuitive, energetic and entrepreneurial, and conduct themselves with confidence and authority.
Key tasks will include:
· Strategy and planning: Work with the Managing Director to deliver a fundraising strategy and build a portfolio of donors and a pipeline of prospects.
· Propositions: Create compelling and tailored proposals for major donors, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners, to secure both in-kind and financial gifts.
· Networking: Build connections and grow peer-to-peer networks.
· Donor relationship management: Nurture and develop existing and new relationships with high value individuals and other organisations, including through pitching giving opportunities via impactful presentations, visits, correspondence and personal conversations.
· Prospect research, records and reporting: Undertake prospect research through public sources to inform plans and decision-making, ensure good record keeping and provide regular reports to the Managing Director.
· Communications: Work with the Managing Director and Marketing Lead to direct external communications that facilitate fundraising, in turn building a credible brand and growing our supporter base.
· Compliance & due diligence: Be accountable for embedding relevant fundraising standards and expectations, including compliance with the Charity Commission, the Fundraising Regulator, and data protection requirements, and conduct due diligence checks.
· Management responsibility: Liaise with and management of external agencies to deliver against objectives. This role currently has no immediate line management responsibility but the team is expected to grow quickly to support individual giving and other communications functions, which could allow for fast progression within this role.

The Role
The Programme Funding Manager provides cross-team support to strengthen the organisation’s funding and budget management functions and ensure the successful delivery of GGF’s grantmaking and other programmatic activities. This includes collaborating with multiple teams within GGF UK and GGF US including the Programmes, Grants Management, Finance and Philanthropic Partnerships teams, to design and implement systems, processes and improvements to ensure high quality budget management and high standards of donor and regulatory compliance across all funded activity.
The role is responsible for the budget management of all GGF UK-funded programmatic activities, working with Programmes colleagues, Advisory Board representatives, donor relationship managers, Finance staff and others to ensure funds are spent appropriately in line with project plans and donor obligations.
The candidate profile
The ideal candidate for this role will have substantial experience in a similar capacity within charitable, environmental, development, social justice, feminist, gender, or human rights organisations, particularly in an international setting. They will be adept at enhancing collaboration across multiple functional teams, including those operating internationally, to ensure effective and compliant funding and budget management, especially with restricted income. The candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in designing, managing, and refining systems and processes for better budget management and donor compliance in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Their experience should include managing large, multi-year programmatic budgets exceeding $5 million and ensuring adherence to donor agreements and regulatory requirements, such as those of the Charity Commission.

The Role
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, the Email Marketing Manager will drive conversions, engagement and income through email marketing activity. Skills and experience:

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Charity Lead Administrator to support our organisation on a part-time basis. This role involves a lot of liaising with key stakeholders, including the Project Director, Trustees, Finance Administrator, and external accountants, making it vital for the successful running of our charity.
As the Charity Lead Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing grant agreements, helping to finalise grant requests, compiling reports to donors, and ensuring due diligence. You will also coordinate funding requests and ensure compliance with grant terms, particularly around expenditure tracking and reporting. Your strong understanding of budget structures will be key in supporting financial management processes.
You will be working with Climate Response Limited, who currently run the Climate Crisis Advisory Group (CCAG), a world leading group of climate science experts, supporting their work globally.
Responsibilities include:
· Liaising with Key Stakeholders: Act as the central point of communication between the Project Director, Board of Trustees, Finance Administrator, and external accountants.
· Grant and Reporting Management: Assist in preparing and finalising grant agreements, donor reports, and funding requests. Ensure that all grant terms are met, including compliance with reporting requirements and accurate recording and coding of expenditure.
· Meeting Preparation and Support: Prepare agendas in consultation with stakeholders and distribute relevant documents in advance of board meetings.
· Minuting Meetings: Accurately record and distribute minutes for board and project meetings.
· Budget Administration: Collaborate closely with the Finance Director and assist with budget tracking, ensuring that expenses align with financial reports and funding requirements.
· Xero Support: Aid in financial tracking and decision-making by ensuring that Xero coding accurately reflects the spending structure. Assist with coding by funder, supplier, working group, or in comparison to the budget, ensuring financial transparency.
· Invoice Management: Review and assign serial numbers to each invoice, verify them against the budget, and pass them to the Finance Director for approval and payment. Escalate queries to the appropriate person only when necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Proven administrative experience, preferably in a charity or non-profit setting.
2. Strong communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on stakeholder management and financial liaison.
3. Familiarity with financial administration, budget tracking, and compliance with funding terms.
4. Experience with Xero accounting software is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided.
5. Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
