Job Title: Early Intervention Worker

Salary: £28,857.12 per annum
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5

Are you passionate about supporting young people affected by domestic abuse and gender-based violence? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention Worker to join our team, providing vital support to young people aged 13-25 in a safe, inclusive and trauma-informed environment.

In this role you’ll support young people, empowering them to manage risks, develop safety plans, understand their options and access specialist support. You’ll work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure a holistic approach, while building trusting relationships to help young people navigate complex systems. We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, proactive, and confident working independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting young people, with strong knowledge of safeguarding and the impacts of domestic abuse and gender-based violence on survivors.
