About the role

This role is for an experienced Communications Officer who wants to put their skills to work supporting Right to Remain to build knowledge, radical solidarity and power in the face of escalating attacks on the rights and dignity of migrants, refugees, and people seeking asylum.

You will use strategic, thoughtful communications to amplify lived experience of the asylum and immigration system, showcase grassroots organising, and promote our expert public legal education resources and training. Your work will empower more people to understand and exercise their rights, and support grassroots community groups and allies to guide, and stand in solidarity with, people navigating the hostile asylum and immigration system.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Media and Communications Officer to join our team at Endometriosis UK and help us make a real difference for the 1.5 million in the UK with the disease. This is a crucial, busy and varied role working closely with the Head of Communications and Campaigns to raise awareness and increase the visibility of endometriosis and Endometriosis UK. The Philanthropy Officer is an essential role within Amref UK's Supporter Engagement Team. About You

The Philanthropy Manager is a new donor-facing role, which will focus on expanding and strengthening a major donor portfolio to increase five and six figure income from individual donors and family trusts for Art UK. The Development and Partnerships Officer will support the stewardship of partnerships and the delivery of partnership campaigns that generate income, reach and impact for the organisation. Key responsibilities 

The role will work across the charity to support the delivery of partnership and national campaigns which generate income, reach and brand value for the organisation. It will provide essential coordination, administration and relationship support, ensuring partnerships are well managed, activated effectively and aligned with delivery requirements.

Stewardship: Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement 

• Supporting the income generation, growth and development of The Reading Agency.

The Policy and Campaigns Manager leads ADUK in championing reforms that pave the way for better access for all disabled people partnered with a highly trained assistance dog. Through dynamic campaigns and impactful initiatives, this role is pivotal to how ADUK amplifies the voices of those whose lives are transformed by these life changing dogs, ensuring that their rights are protected for years to come.

Key Responsibilities

• In partnership with the Executive Director (ED), continue to develop a compelling case for taking a standards-based approach to the training and welfare of assistance dogs.
• Gather, analyse and apply robust evidence to strengthen ADUK’s credibility, influence and voice on key policy and campaigning issues.
• Work with the ED to identify and progress opportunities for ADUK and its members to engage with policymakers, regulators and other decision-makers, and to support positive policy change.
• Develop and deliver written and in-person reports and briefings for different audiences, including politicians, policy officials, and other decision-makers.

The Policy team is a small, collaborative and collegiate team looking to expand. We have a unique set-up, sitting separately to but working closely alongside the Communications team as part of the wider Public Affairs team. We influence key decision makers through direct engagement with senior officials, commissioning and sharing research and insight and supporting coalitions which include our portfolio charities to take their voice to decision makers to secure policy and funding commitments.

About this role

The Public Affairs Officer is a new and exciting role in a rapidly expanding organisation at the forefront of youth policy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support the strengthening of Impetus’ public affairs profile, as well as support colleagues to strengthen and maintain relationships with parliamentarians, decision-makers, sector stakeholders and wider civil society.

The Public Affairs Officer will be part of the wider Public Affairs Team. Though you will report to the Head of Youth Employment Policy, you will work across both our education and employment policy work, and will be expected to regularly collaborate with the Communications Team, and will understand the role of communications in shaping the political agenda and the public debate. You will have experience of writing for a wide range of audiences, ranging from policy briefings to social media content.

​Established in 2002, Greenhouse Sports is a youth charity specifically using sport to support social change. Sport is our hook to engage young people and one of the vehicles through which we support youth development. But our purpose is not to create elite athletes or address physical inactivity. Rather, we create opportunities for young people to recognise their strengths and develop the skills they need to thrive both now and in the future.

The Opportunity ​

​Building on an incredibly successful match-giving campaign last November, we are looking to grow our fundraising programme, and are searching for a passionate and relationship‑driven Supporter Engagement and Events Officer to help us deepen supporter connections and deliver exceptional experiences. ​

​​This is a fantastic role for someone who loves building relationships, delivering high‑quality events, and inspiring people to fundraise or donate to a mission that changes young people’s lives.

The Role​

You will play a key part in engaging our community of supporters, from marathon runners to monthly donors to guests at our bespoke events. You’ll lead on mass‑participation challenge events, support the development of our membership/regular giving programme, and help plan and deliver creative, impactful experiences that bring supporters closer to our mission. Working across the fundraising team, you'll help ensure every supporter feels valued, inspired, and connected to the young people we serve.

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The Role

CoppaFeel! is looking for a Policy and Public Affairs Officer to help grow our influence in the policy and public affairs space, and ultimately improve outcomes for younger people with breast cancer. 

The Policy and Public Affairs Officer will sit within the CoppaFeel! Policy and Influencing team within the Education department and will work closely with the Senior Policy and Public Affairs Manager. They will support the implementation of our policy and influencing strategy that aims to build our policy expertise, influence the debate, grow our networks and drive system change. 

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week (though we are open to flexible arrangements). You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes. 

This is a fixed term contract for 18 months.

Duties and Responsibilities

Advance our policy expertise

• Research policy areas to support CoppaFeel!’s evidence-based policy work
• Monitor key policy developments in breast cancer and younger people
• Stay on top of new external research and data releases

Influence the debate

• Draft policy briefings on key policy issues for younger people with breast cancer
• Contribute to policy debates, e.g. by drafting consultation responses, briefings and statements
• Support the smooth running of policy events, including event organisation, stakeholder mapping and engagement

Reach the right people

• Engage a variety of stakeholders with CoppaFeel!’s work - from policymakers to journalists and other charities
• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, and maintain CoppaFeel!’s stakeholder database

Drive impact

• Support the implementation of CoppaFeel!’s policy and influencing strategy
• Support and coordinate policy and influencing campaigns

Your job will be to raise awareness of our programmes and transform expressions of interest into school partnerships. The role will report to the Director of School Partnerships. It can be based at either of our Brilliant Club offices, located in London and Leeds.

About the role:

Do you have excellent strategic insight and wish to diversify your skill set and develop a career as a Campaign and Supporter Events Manager? We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and strong experience of managing supporter events, engaging stakeholders and strategic planning.

What you would be doing:

The Campaign and Supporter Events Manager is responsible for designing and delivering an events strategy in support of Imperial’s campaign and overarching fundraising goals and priorities. The postholder will manage and work closely with the Campaign and Supporter Events Officer to deliver a comprehensive and varied portfolio of events which engage and inspire Imperial’s existing and prospective donors, supporters, and key stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

· Proven experience of organising complex and high-quality events with substantial budgets in the Higher Education or not for profit sector

· Experience of leading major projects from planning through delivery to assessment

· Experience of developing a strategic events programme that supports fundraising and campaign strategy

· Demonstratable experience of applying effective problem-solving techniques and innovation in special event planning and delivery

· Excellent and thorough knowledge of all elements involved in high quality event organisation, including hybrid events

Your Role's Purpose

This role brings together a varied mix of communications work, giving you the chance to shape how Young Citizens’ story is shared with schools, partners and the wider public. You’ll help bring our work to life through clear, engaging content and play a part in the moments that showcase our impact throughout the year. Working closely with colleagues across the charity, you’ll support campaigns, highlight powerful stories, and help ensure our communications feel purposeful and relevant.

Alongside managing content and channels, you’ll be high energy but organised in keeping our communications running smoothly behind the scenes, from responding to external enquiries to supporting events, maintaining our systems and assets, and helping programme teams refine materials and messages. It’s a role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced organisation with experience in ensuring strong execution of marketing and communications work alongside contributing to how we improve and strengthen processes.

In Year 1, your primary focus will be to:

You should have around three or more years’ experience in communications, digital marketing, or a similar role, ready to lead a busy portfolio of work. 

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Creative and digitally apt, with experience producing engaging content and managing social media and main digital channels (website, key social media outlets and complex e-mail campaigns).
• A clear and adaptable communicator, familiar with writing for a range of external audiences and adapt to format and styles, presenting our work in a compelling format.
