The Resident Engagement Manager will be the organisational lead in a new and exciting lottery funded project leading a small team and overseeing the design and delivery of the LEAP service at Homeless Oxfordshire and with wider partners.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide leadership across the organisation on resident engagement, learning and skills, co-production and activities.

About LEAP
LEAP is built on the foundation of strong, supportive relationships that empower residents to move towards stable, independent living. Through one-to-one key worker support, trauma-informed care, and community engagement, residents rebuild trust, form friendships, and gain confidence. Activities like gardening, arts and crafts, and creative writing foster connection and personal growth, while group involvement helps residents feel part of a wider community. LEAP also supports residents to take steps into peer mentoring, volunteering, and training, helping them build positive networks beyond their immediate circle and develop the skills and confidence to thrive independently.

LEAP empowers people with lived experience of homelessness and/or addiction, helping them build the confidence and skills needed to move towards independent living and employment. Over three years, the project aims to support 750 individuals. Through a wide range of engaging and meaningful activities, residents will experience positive outcomes such as increased confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of inclusion. They will build supportive networks, learn key life skills and access training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. Many will gain qualifications and secure long-term accommodation. The project strengthens peer support and enables residents to shape services through formalised Residents’ Forums, ensuring their voices influence senior decision-making. For Homeless Oxfordshire, LEAP enhances our capacity to deliver peer-led support, builds staff knowledge, and informs service improvement. Wider community benefits include reduced stigma around homelessness, stronger partnerships with employers and organisations, and improved understanding of the issues faced by our residents—ultimately contributing to a more inclusive and compassionate society.

NDAS provides support to all victims who have been the subject of domestic abuse/violence, supports them through the criminal justice system and offers relevant advice and assistance, both practical and emotional.

Purpose of the job
The Finance and Funding Manager has two key functions; financial management, to ensure all financial operations are conducted in line with NDAS policies, charitable governance, and in accordance with HMRC requirements, and fundraising to ensure the financial sustainability of the organisation.
Across both main functions the Finance and Funding Manager will work closely with the CEO and SMT. Also attending Finance Sub-Group meetings that report into the Board.
Responsibilities:
Finance
· Work with the CEO to produce draft budgets with projected income and expenditure for consideration by the Finance Sub-Group and to be reported to the Board
· Work with the CEO to manage the allocation of costs across the budget and to ensure delivery in line with funding requirements.
· Checking all incoming invoices, preparing payments and process day-to-day financial transactions on Sage 50 Accounts
· Conduct monthly bank reconciliations; investigating and correcting discrepancies and reporting to CEO.
· Maintaining and monitoring investment accounts within the Flagstone account as agreed with the CEO and Finance Group.
· Administer payroll (BrightPay) including statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc)
· Administering the workplace pension scheme (auto enrolment) ensuring compliance with pensions legislation
· Assist the organisation’s accountant with the preparation of annual accounts
· Continually reviewing and improving the systems in place.
Finance Group and Board of Trustees
· Produce monthly summary finance report and full management accounts for the Finance Group and the Board.
· Preparation of a bi-monthly finance power point report for the trustees
Fundraising
· Identify new funding streams from Trusts, Statutory agencies and corporates, and submit funding bids.
· With the CEO produce and maintain an Income Generation Plan with a timeline setting deadlines for the submission of funding applications
· Work with the SMT to manage and monitor all outcomes associated with each funding stream
· Produce funding applications with informative narrative content and robust data
- Maintain a monitoring schedule and produce reports in line with funder/stakeholder requirements also with informative narrative content and robust data
- Maintain regular communication with funders and potential funders to build strong working relationships and increase funding opportunities
· Support the CEO in developing strategic and operational plans for the organisation
· Assist the CEO and Trustees in developing the Business Plan and keep it updated.
· Monitor and collate other outcomes and achievements of the organisation.
· Attend the SMT and Team Meetings (as needed).

About this exciting opportunity
Working as an integral part of the ED Navigator team, our successful candidate will identify and assess young victims of violence and provide a comprehensive and holistic assessment, advice, referral and support service, exploring innovative and effective ways of supporting them which will reduce their risk of re-victimisation.
You will produce support and risk management plans based on assessments, promoting inter-agency collaboration in the assessment and planning process, and deliver a holistic support service, working solo or with colleagues as the situation dictates, which will include providing practical help such as social and housing support, accompanying to appointments, ETE options and appearing in court. We will also count on you to develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies and to close cases efficiently and positively, identifying a referral route for the client that will identify agencies that can be used for ongoing support.
What we are looking for
- Personal experience of the criminal justice system, lived experience of the issues facing this client group and/or experience of working with ‘high risk’, vulnerable children, young people and/or families
- Experience in working as part of a multi-agency team
- Experience of using support plans, to enable people to successfully access support services
- Substantial experience of engaging successfully with ‘challenging’ young people
- To have a relevant qualification to a good standard or be working towards one
- A knowledge of relevant services for young people and their families in the service provision area
- First-class interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Purpose of the job
The Green House’s VOICE change-making project aims to support young survivors and their family members to lead social change through creativity. Together, we aim to break the silence and create systemic change around child sexual abuse. Our approach recognises the inherent strengths and possibility of all young people. We develop creative spaces where young people can connect with their community, grow beyond traumatic experiences and learn to lead services like ours, alongside national social change. We see creative change-making and connecting those with lived experience together as imperative to healing. It is the hope for change that helps young people and their families to learn to live a whole life alongside traumatic experiences and step into their potential.
The VOICE Project has two workstreams: Young People’s VOICE and Parent/Carer VOICE. We work with young people to deliver a creative arts leadership programme (6 weekly group), alongside creative drop-in spaces, individual projects and paid-for mentorship opportunities. We work with our Parent/Carer VOICE group to deliver monthly group sessions, parent-led drop-in spaces and individual projects. The VOICE Project also leads our national child sexual abuse (CSA) practitioner network.
This is an exciting time to join the Green House VOICE Project, we have just secured national funding for the first time and are looking for a VOICE Practitioner to work alongside our new Senior VOICE Practitioner to deliver development and expansion of the programme. Duties and responsibilities 1. Work with the Senior VOICE Practitioner to deliver the Young People’s VOICE Groups (6 weekly), working with to support young people to develop group/individual projects and campaigns within each group cycle. 2. Work with the Senior VOICE Practitioner to support development of the Parent/Carer VOICE group, co-producing with Parents/Carers and the Senior Leadership Team a new approach to the (currently) monthly programme. 3. Collaborate with the Family Support Team and Therapy Team to deliver regular drop-in spaces for Parents/Carers (“Turn-Up Tuesdays”) and Nature-Based Therapy drop-in spaces (“NBT Drop In”). 4. Work with the Senior VOICE Practitioner to support delivery and expansion of CSA Practitioner network for wider professionals, creating opportunities to connect young people’s groups together nationally. 5. Work with the Senior VOICE Practitioner, Head of Fundraising and Trustee Board to develop and deliver a quarterly co-production group of young people and parents who can support operational delivery/development of the Green House. 6. Contribute to the development of a theory of change for the VOICE Project, working with the Senior VOICE Practitioner, young people, parents/carers and Senior Leadership Team. 7. Work with the Research Manager and Senior VOICE Practitioner to deliver our approach to outcome monitoring and evaluation of the VOICE Project. 8. Ensure that delivery is timely and in-line with the project plan for the VOICE Project, including attendance at weekly team meetings, and contributing to the annual revision of associated documentation e.g., manuals, session plans led by the Senior VOICE Practitioner. 9. Conduct Initial Meetings for young people and parent/carer’s looking to join the VOICE Project – supporting the wider TGH team with recruitment reminders/approaches e.g., attending Family Support/Therapy Team meetings (where appropriate). 10. Work with the Senior VOICE Practitioner to develop relationships with our local and national partners to enable effective change-making for young people and parents/carers. 11. About the role
The manager is instrumental in facilitating and delivering life changing, positive on the water experiences for young people. As an expert practitioner, they will provide leadership, development and mentoring to their team of instructors. The post will require strong organisational skills.
The Manager is an employee of the Marine Society & Sea Cadets based at our Crosby Boat Station. The post holder is required to hold and maintain the following qualifications as a condition of employment: RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor and RYA Powerboat Instructor.
The primary purpose of the role is to manage a water-sports training facility in the Liverpool area for all Sea Cadet Units and other affiliates to the Boat Station.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day running of the Boat Station.
- Ensure that all visiting groups and their staff are fully briefed on the Boat Station’s policies and procedures and that there is adequate supervision of Cadets and young people at the facility, so as to discharge their duty of care for them.
- Oversee the Chief Instructor and all other sessional Instructors using the Boat Station.
- Manage the Boat Station’s accounts in liaison with the Regional Finance Manager including day to day fees.
- Ensure that best practise in accordance with the NGB guidelines and requirements following our Inshore Boating Operating Standard.

About the role
Funded by the Department for Education, the National Peer Support Service for England is a game-changing service that creates a sustainable and life-changing legacy. It builds on Kinship’s 10 years of experience in developing peer support groups and over two years of delivering a national service that has set up 145 new groups.
This role is community-based and focuses on engaging kinship carers, bringing them together to form peer support groups, and supporting them to achieve independence at which point they will receive ongoing support from our national Hub.
You will do this by working with local authorities, schools, other charities and community groups. Arranging information events such as coffee mornings to engage kinship carers. You’ll create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive community for kinship carers, building belonging, resilience, and empowerment.
About you
We are seeking a dynamic person located in or close to Greater Manchester, and willing to travel into priority areas across the North West of England who possesses the drive, passion, and skills to:
- Establish new peer support groups across a diverse range of communities
- Supervise a small team of Peer Support Development Officers
- Demonstrate the energy and enthusiasm required to inspire yourself and your team to achieve key targets and objectives
- Work collaboratively within the Peer Support and Community Team, as well as throughout the broader organisation, to ensure the delivery of safe and effective support services for the kinship community

In the role of Senior Peer Support Development Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, consistent, and sustainable peer support service that has a significant impact on the lives of kinship carers.
You should have experience in developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with various community-based stakeholders such as local authorities, health services, schools, charities, and kinship carers. You will need to understand the key success factors involved in establishing and developing new in-person groups in areas of high need, as well as how to support existing groups in their journey toward sustainability.
An essential requirement of the role is to be a driver with access to a vehicle for work purposes.
Essential requirements include:
- Experience of team leadership or line management and supervision of a small team and managing performance to deliver targets effectively.
- Proven experience in reaching and establishing strong relationships with hidden or underserved communities in person.
- Experience developing peer support communities.

We are now recruiting two full-time positions for a Schools Coordinator (Impact Officer) to work as the primary link between partner schools and the CYUK programme.
This youth and education charity empowers diverse 18 to 25-year-olds to tackle educational inequality through a year of full-time volunteering in schools. As mentors, tutors and role models in schools, the charities volunteers support children who are furthest away from opportunity in the UK.

The Role
We have a rewarding opportunity for a School Impact Officer to train, support and develop volunteers and monitor the programme through effective administration, data management and to build a deep partnership between the school and the charity.
The Impact Officer is based predominantly in a school and is the primary link between the partner schools and the programme and is the enabler of the programme delivery. You will support a team of volunteer mentors, who support school activities by coordinating, managing and evaluating the programme.
The Volunteer Mentors also complete a Leadership and Development programme and you will work with them on a professional development plan to chart their continuous professional development and ready them for employment.
The role is primarily a school-based post from Monday to Thursday and is based in a regional venue on most Fridays. See locations above.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Data and Insights Officer you will work with the Chief Impact Officer, within our Impact Team. Responsiblities will include:
Database Usage and Reporting
- Support our Salesforce Lead in creating reports and dashboards, ensuring all data is relevant, accurate and secure.
- Use our database management system to generate reports and data analysis for the Senior Management Team, and other internal colleagues, to support marketing campaigns, fundraising campaigns, statutory information requests and organisational insight.
- Enhance our data analysis and reporting by developing predictive modelling and exploring statistical significance of our findings.
- Prepare reports for college partners, funders, and the Board, which set out our data, findings and impact,
- Confidently write about insights and findings from our data, generating learnings and recommendations for the organisation and other stakeholders.
Internal and External Evaluations
- Support the Chief Impact Officer in developing assessment frameworks to robustly measure our impact and designing dissemination plans, to best harness and communicate that impact.

- Review and enhance data collection tools, process, analysis, and reporting.

Role Summary
The main function of the Bookings Team Executive role is to provide high quality customer service for the Into Film Festival. This will mean receiving calls, processing bookings and liaising with educators through email and by phone. It will also involve making outbound calls to drive bookings, speaking to attending teachers and liaising with cinemas to ensure the festival runs smoothly. This is an exciting, front-line, varied role requiring high level communication skills and a solution focused attitude. This role is offered on a fixed term, three-month basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- To be the first point of contact for public festival enquiries; answering calls and emails, processing bookings and problem solving.
- Proactively reaching out over email and phone to educators/bookers, aiming to sign them up to the festival.

Main Purpose of the Role:
To lead the Support Team to provide emotional and practical support to families and individuals living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. It includes leading the support team to provide 1-2-1 and group support provided in person or virtually, and creating and growing support networks for the wider Duchenne community which includes Duchenne parents/caregivers; young people and adults living with Duchenne; extended family and friends; and professionals in environments such as schools, local authorities and clinics.
Specific Tasks:
The focus areas and key deliverables of this role are as follows:

Develop a clear process for identifying case loads and capacity for the Support Team.

Identify opportunities, alongside the team, for cross team working - including residentials; family events; Science Educations workshops with regional meetups and education visits to schools and local authorities.

Obtain, decipher and provide training to the Support Team on new updates relevant to Duchenne families, such as DLA, EHCP and more.

Work closely with your team, to ensure that each family receives the best support possible, and that long-term support is provided.

Lead on the development and delivery of monthly reporting of engagement and support contact, which will feed into the wider All Through Support journey.

To work with the Head of Operations and Events to contribute to Agenda topics and speakers from the community; assign roles for the conference to the Support Team.

Establish a database for external stakeholders also supporting those living with Duchenne on a national basis, fed in to from the Support Team.

To develop a triaging and caseload process for the Support Team, and how best to regularly monitor this.

Be involved in the recruitment, selection, and induction of volunteers appropriate to your area of work.

To maintain the contact database, keeping it up to date and accurate.

Coordinate cover for the Support Team when there is sickness or leave.
NB This is not an exhaustive list, the role holder will be asked to carry out additional tasks as required for the Team’s successful service delivery. Such tasks will always be reasonable and broadly in line with current knowledge levels and skill sets.

Education and Qualifications

Experience leading a team (either through line management or mentoring)
Knowledge and Experience

A proven track record of providing support to those in need in a professional setting.

Experience of safeguarding reporting.

Experience of reporting on services and development of monitoring dashboards.

Knowledge of current legislation around either accessibility, equal opportunities, Disability Living Allowance, or Education Health Care Plan.

Knowledge of networks and signposting for those living with a life-limiting condition.

An understanding of and commitment to Equal Opportunities and the ability to promote this in the day-to-day work of the post.

Experience working in the health sector or at a patient-led charity. [Desirable]
