The Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI) defines what’s needed to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred imaging services. Jointly developed by the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) and the College of Radiographers (CoR), the QSI supports imaging providers in embedding a culture of continuous quality improvement and achieving excellence.
As a Quality Improvement and Review Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in upholding and advancing these standards. Drawing on your professional expertise, you’ll support imaging services on their journey toward QSI accreditation and lead independent assessments across a wide range of settings — from small independent providers to large, multisite NHS and private organisations. You’ll guide expert review teams, deliver robust evaluations, and produce focused reports and action plans that drive meaningful, measurable improvement.
What you’ll do
- Act as the designated Quality Improvement and Review Partner for a portfolio of imaging services across the UK.
- Provide expert guidance to QSI leads on both the review process and the standards.
- Manage the full review cycle for services in your portfolio.
- Select and coordinate review team members in collaboration with the Quality Improvement Coordinator.
- Participate in quality assurance and moderation activities to ensure consistency and rigour.

About the Youth Endowment Fund
We’re here to prevent children and young people becoming involved in violence. We do this by finding out what works and building a movement to put this knowledge into practice.
Last year, 244 people in England and Wales tragically died after being assaulted with a knife. Of these, 32 were children. Every child captured in these numbers is an important member of our community and society has a duty to protect them. Even beyond knife crime, we know that the fear of violence has a terrible effect on children’s daily lives.
The Youth Endowment Fund exists to try and permanently change things. To succeed, we must build an exceptional body of knowledge about violence affecting young people and how we reduce it. This knowledge has to be both rigorous and highly relevant to those making decisions about how to support vulnerable young people. We need to find out what works and what doesn’t through evidence synthesis, data analysis and qualitative research into children’s lives. We then need to convert this into highly accessible content on what works, how delivery organisations need to change their practice and how the systems they operate in need to be reformed.
About the Toolkit Team
The Toolkit team is at the heart of our work to spread knowledge of what works to prevent children becoming involved in violence. We want research to lead actual changes in outcomes for children.
Our flagship resource, the Toolkit, is a free, online resource that summarises the best available evidence about the effectiveness of various approaches to preventing children becoming involved in violence. It explains the evidence, how confident we can be about the findings, and provides actionable guidance to help policy makers, commissioners, and practitioners to turn evidence into action. The Toolkit is influencing real world policy and practice: the Home Office requires Violence Reductions Units to allocate at least 30% of their funding to interventions that have an impact rating of ‘high’ or ‘moderate’ in the Toolkit. Over half of Youth Justice Services use the Toolkit to align their work with the latest available evidence. Our Change team use the Toolkit to influence systems, policy and practice across children’s services, education, health, neighbourhoods, policing, youth services and youth justice.
The Toolkit is a live resource that currently contains 35 approaches to violence prevention, and we will add at least ten updates to the content this year. New research is published every day around the world. We collate relevant studies in our YEF programmes evidence and gap map and YEF systems evidence and gap map, and we collate study results in our Effect Size Database. We are working in partnership with the National Children’s Bureau and the EPPI Centre to implement new technology and to use machine learning to create a ‘living platform’, that contains relevant studies and their results in one place. This is an exciting development that will significantly speed up our production of systematic reviews and meta-analyses to keep the Toolkit up to date.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Research Manager will be an essential part of the YEF Toolkit Team and will develop a portfolio of impactful projects. The core of your role will be leading the commissioning of evidence synthesis, using our new methodology, across a range of topics and producing Toolkit content.
You will:
Commission new systematic reviews.
- You will lead the commissioning and management of systematic reviews of the evidence through our Toolkit and Evidence Synthesis Partners: the National Children’s Bureau, the EPPI Centre, and the Race Equality Foundation. This will involve scoping and prioritising violence prevention approaches, convening expert advisory groups, reviewing research protocols and technical reports, and ensuring that research products produce actionable insights.
Write accurate and actionable summaries of evidence for the Toolkit.
· You will use findings from evidence synthesis to write new summaries for the Toolkit, and to inform YEF’s guidance and implementation resources.
· You will ensure that Toolkit content is only ever easy-to-understand and written in plain English with incredible clarity.
·You will collaborate with our Research team and our Change team to feed insights from the evidence into systems, sector and practice guidance.
Lead Toolkit communications.
· Collaborating with the YEF Communications and Public Affairs team, you will produce accurate social media content, blogs, and briefings on new Toolkit content to facilitate accurate journalism and press coverage.
Become an expert on the Toolkit.
· You will be an advocate for Toolkit evidence, and you will ensure insights from this evidence are accurately communicated to policy makers and practitioners. You will do this by delivering presentations on Toolkit evidence and providing briefings.
· You will also ensure YEF colleagues are up to date on the topics and content in the Toolkit by providing training and updates internally and sharing guidance about how to accurately explain the evidence.
About You
You are this sort of person:

You might have gained this expertise through your academic studies, training, research or professional experience. You can scrutinise a budget to ensure it provides value for money.
· You have at least three years’ experience working in a role that required you to think about research. This could include a range of roles in policy, academia, funding, and practice.
· You write in a way that people easily understand. You have that rare skill of writing in plain English. You have experience of translating complex research findings into plain writing that everyone can understand.
· You have excellent project and time management skills. You can work independently, quickly, and to a high standard.
·You are good with people. You are comfortable working with a wide range of people, including senior academics and other research experts, children and their families, practitioners, and policy makers. You’re able to provide constructive challenges when required.

Hybrid Working

Youth Engagement Officer
Location: Hybrid. Expected to be in our London office in Victoria at least one day per week. You can be remote every other day or come into the office. Your office days are flexible and can be agreed with your manager, other than for monthly team days where you must be in person. Some nationwide travel expected for Youth Steering Group training days, events and conferences. After passing probation, up to six weeks ‘super remote’ working per year, where you can work anywhere in the world as long as you’re online for four hours of the UK workday.
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31 August 2026 with the possibility to extend.
Holidays: 38 days per year, including our 3-day winter shut down and eight flexible bank holidays.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full time) Please note as this role works with young people there will be occasions where your working hours will be outside the standard 9-5:30pm. This will typically be a few meetings per month that can last until 7pm and about four weekend days over the year. This is to ensure our activities fit around the young people’s education and work commitments.

This role will play a critical part in the success of taking this work forward. As the Youth Engagement Officer, you will work with our Head of Youth Engagement to ensure our Youth Steering Group can lead their own campaign activities, engage directly with decision makers, and collaborate with other young people to bring about the change they want to see. You will also support and manage the logistics of our Youth Summit, Youth Engagement Working Group and other youth engagement events.

Our Youth Steering Group is made up of 25 brilliant young people, aged 14-24, who draw on their lived experience of the different barriers to accessing a fair education, to campaign for change. You will support the young people to lead their own campaign activity, write their monthly Youth Bulletin and engage directly with policy makers. You will also help the group to participate in FEA decision making, support the design and facilitation of their monthly meetings and training days, help them make progress against their personal development plans. This role will include working directly with young people, session planning and facilitation, policy research and managing logistics.
Ensure the Fair Education Youth Summit is a success and remains truly youth-led
Our Youth Steering Group design and run the annual Fair Education Youth Summit. The event is led by young people for young people and brings together young changemakers from across our membership and the wider education and youth sectors to develop their youth leadership skills, collaborate on campaigns, and engage directly with decision makers. You will support the young people to design sessions, secure speakers, embed past feedback and plan the event structure. You will also support with the event logistics, guestlist management, participant communications and collecting attendee feedback.
Support our members to improve their youth engagement practice
Our Youth Engagement Working Group supports FEA members and other sector organsiations to increase and improve their own youth engagement practice. You will support the management of logistics, promote the workshops, and communicate with working group members. You will also support the facilitation of the workshops and ensure the attendee data and feedback is correctly logged and actioned. The critical responsibilities of this role are described above. They may be subject to reasonable changes from time to time in line with business need and the decisions of the youth leaders we support.

The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.
You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week). Please note you will need to be based in Newcastle (or surrounding areas) for this role.

The postholder will develop and implement strategies to double the amount individual members give each year for the next three years. In doing this they will work with the Goldsmiths’ Foundation to harness the power of community, connection, and purpose-driven philanthropy. Key Responsibilities:
· Design and deliver a multi-year strategy to grow member giving, with a focus on significantly increasing contributions within a defined timeframe.
· Analyse current giving trends and segment the membership to identify opportunities for tailored engagement and stewardship.
· Develop and manage campaigns, appeals, events, and digital communications that strengthen donor relationships and drive income.
· Build personal relationships with high-potential donors.
· Collaborate with Communications and other teams to align philanthropic messaging with the Goldsmiths’ Foundation’s impact and values.
· Monitor progress through clear KPIs and provide regular performance reporting to leadership, the Membership Committee and Foundation Trustees.
· Identify and seize opportunities to amplify and promote members’ giving, in collaboration with teams across the Goldsmiths’ Foundation, Membership. Communications and Finance.
· Contribute to annual budgets and business planning.
· Maintain and develop the CRM system in line with fundraising best practice and UK GDPR, and ensure fundraising is ethical, inclusive and legally compliant.
Skills & Experience Essential:
· Proven track record in fundraising or philanthropy development, ideally within a membership or alumni-based organisation.
· Demonstrable success in growing income from individual donors, including designing and delivering donor acquisition and retention strategies.
· Strong experience in project management, with good operational and planning skills and the confidence to co-ordinate the work of others.

Epic is looking for a Development Manager to support the activities of the UK Development Team to help us ‘make giving the norm’.
The Development Manager will work with the UK Director in our small team in the UK, as well as working closely with colleagues in Paris and Brussels.

Key Responsibilities :
With support from the UK Director, the Development Manager will work collaboratively with the Director and wider UK team and Development colleagues in Paris and Brussels to execute the fundraising strategy in the UK. The Development Manager is a key role in a small team, and will contribute new ideas, networks and results to help us meet our income targets and therefore create more positive impact for children and young people globally. More specifically, the key responsibilities of this role are outlined below.
1. Business Development (65%)
- Lead prospect research and outreach efforts to expand Epic’s prospect donor pool in the UK: monitor the fundraising ecosystem, conduct in-depth prospect research and engage in proactive outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, emailing, digital networking and in-person events. This will include attending early morning and evening events as required.
- Set conversion objectives and support conversion from leads to donations
- Identify and secure lead opportunities within networks and events
- Pitch Epic and its various Giving Solutions to potential donors, and build tailored proposals when needed
- Maintain high discipline and consistency in follow-up with leads and donors: use Epic’s CRM to build a consistent pipeline of prospects, as well as maintaining the database with accurate and up to date donor information
- Evaluate and monitor the return on investment (ROI) of events and fundraising campaigns
- Prepare compelling fundraising communications, materials and presentations for donor meetings and events
2. Nurturing & engaging the UK Community (20%)
- Contribute to Epic’s engagement strategy for current donors to ensure an 80% renewal rate
- Maintain regular touchpoints with a subgroup of donors through activities such as sharing monitoring reports, organising project visits and volunteering opportunities in the UK, and scheduling regular calls and face to face meetings.
- Act as the main point of contact for a subset of donors and answer their enquiries in a timely manner
- Craft and manage engagement opportunities such as UK events and webinars, including drinks, talks, breakfast events, and provide support to the organisation for the annual gala nights. Support will be provided for certain events by our in-house dedicated Events team.
3. Fundraising-related administration (15%)
- Manage donor-related administrative tasks, such as regular use of Epic’s CRM (Salesforce), donation forms, meeting preparation, minutes (where applicable), and
- Process all donations, using Salesforce and related donation platforms, in a timely manner each month
- Liaise with international fund vehicles, such as Myriad USA, to ensure all international donation commitments are fulfilled.
Position Requirements :
- Candidate must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
- Excellent level of English (both spoken and written) required
- Proficiency in French (written and spoken) highly desirable
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales, fundraising or business development role, with demonstrable experience of securing 5- and 6-figure gifts

The Epic UK team is a small but dedicated team. The role requires flexibility and a start-up attitude. This is a full time, permanent position, based in the London office with the opportunity for two remote working days each week. 1. Programme Development and Delivery

The role and your key responsibilities

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead IRMO’s Education, Training and Employment (ETE) programme. You’ll manage a dedicated team and oversee a range of initiatives that support our community’s social, cultural and economic integration in the UK.
The ETE programme offers tailored English classes, one-to-one coaching, employability workshops, vocational training and mentoring. It also includes oversight of IRMO’s volunteer scheme, which is an integral part of service delivery and offers meaningful roles for volunteers across the programme. The Programme Manager will play a key role in developing and strengthening this area, and we are currently working towards the Investing in Volunteers quality mark.
These initiatives help people build the skills they need to access and progress in the UK labour market, while also increasing their civic and social participation. All of our work is shaped by the views and experiences of our beneficiaries, and we are committed to keeping our services relevant and responsive.
As Programme Manager, you’ll lead the strategic development of the ETE area, ensuring our work is high-quality, responsive to the needs of our community and making a real impact. You’ll also help grow the programme by strengthening existing partnerships and developing new ones.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring solid experience as both a project and line manager, with a track record of overseeing multiple initiatives, delivering against KPIs and communicating impact clearly. You’ll be confident managing people and priorities, with a keen eye for detail and a leadership style that brings out the best in your team.
You will have a strong understanding of the barriers Latin Americans face when accessing education and employment in the UK, and a genuine passion for advancing the rights and welfare of migrants and refugees.
You’ll also lead on embedding a human rights-based approach across our work through the London Communities Human Rights Programme – a four-year partnership with the British Institute of Human Rights, focused on shared learning, collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of the ETE area strategy, ensuring we provide high-quality, responsive services that reflect the changing needs of our community

Ensure grant and contract requirements are met, including achieving KPIs and delivering services on time and within budget

Produce clear, high-quality monitoring, evaluation and impact reports for funders, partners, the Director and the Management Committee

Manage existing partnerships effectively while building new relationships with relevant stakeholders to strengthen the ETE area

Lead, support and inspire the ETE team to perform at their best

Stay up to date with policy developments and other external factors that may affect our work, identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow our services

What you’ll be doing:
As a Training and Development Officer, you will be working directly with teachers and other education staff supporting their journeys in taking curriculum learning and play outside and to utilise their school grounds. You will deliver LtL’s training and projects within diverse communities across a significant geographical area. This role is part of our exciting new climate change education initiative.
