About the Role

The Learning Support Team provides targeted support to young people, helping them develop core practical and academic skills, broaden their existing interests, and explore new ideas. In this role, you will deliver both group and one-to-one sessions, including tailored Maths and English tuition based on individual needs. You will work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure each young person has appropriate access to educational opportunities and engagement.

We believe that everyone has the right to learn in the way that suits them best—so there’s no such thing as a “typical” day in this role. Sessions can take place anywhere: from the beach to the kitchen, the garden, or even the gym. As with all our teams and services, the unexpected is part of everyday life—though with us, it can take many forms. A young person might be excluded from school, be in the middle of transitioning to a new placement, or arrive (or not) due to an emergency referral. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Applicants should have

• Evidence of degree ( BA, BSc in a related field, such as Linguistics, Psychology or Education ) or PGCE.
• Experience in identifying and assessing the needs of young people, setting clear goals and targets through collaborative discussions and the effective use of relevant data to inform assessments.

About the Role

As a Kentown Family Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for families referred into the Kentown programme, helping them navigate health, social care, and voluntary sector services. You will:

• Carry out family needs assessments and co-develop personalised support plans with families.
• Build strong local relationships with health, education, and community services to ensure families can access the help they need.
• Promote the work of the Kentown Programme and Together for Short Lives and raise awareness of children’s palliative care in the region.

• This is a home-based role with travel across Lancashire, Cumbria, and Manchester.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

The Lead Coach is primarily responsible for overseeing the training room and group sessions with young people. You will help shape the training environment and will confidently adapt and deliver materials and sessions to work within the group’s development towards work readiness.

Delivery of Spear Programme - Group and 1:1 coaching [60%]

• Preparing and coaching Spear Foundation sessions and 1-1s, ensuring that young people are engaged, retained and work-ready by the end of this initial phase of the programme.
• Building relationships with young people on the programme and managing culture and attitudes in the training room.
• Adapting the Spear coaching material according to the needs of the Trainees and managing behaviour effectively.

Delivery of Spear Career [20%]

Training the Assistant Coach [10%]

Active participation in and support for church team and mission

• As the Spear programme is run by Junction Community Trust in partnership with St Mark’s Church, Battersea Rise, you will be required to establish a strong personal presence at the church to develop the engagement and backing of church members and help build a strong network of supporters for the Spear programme. As part of this you may be asked to speak at church/events and contribute to prayer meetings as per Resurgo’s Christian ethos and the mission of the church

The role supports the Individual Giving team by leading the day-to-day delivery of legacy stewardship, supporter journeys, and mid-level donor care. By strengthening supporter relationships, it enables the Individual Giving Manager to concentrate on acquisition and retention campaigns.

We’re looking for a warm, organised and digitally minded individual to deliver outstanding service to our supporters. As the first point of contact for donors, community groups and the public, you’ll ensure every interaction—via phone, email, social or web—is positive and professional.

You’ll also support our fundraising and marketing teams with admin, digital content, and campaign delivery, helping us raise vital funds to protect children at risk.

High Trees Community Development Trust is seeking a collaborative and organised Lambeth Community Research Network (LCRN) Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the growth and coordination of a borough-wide partnership driving change in how research is designed and delivered. 

This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic, cross-sector network that connects community organisations, researchers, and public institutions to ensure that research in Lambeth is fairer, more inclusive, and community-led. 

You’ll help coordinate the network’s programme of events and projects, strengthen member engagement, and lead on communications that celebrate and share learning. Working within High Trees’ Research and Impact team, you’ll ensure the LCRN continues to thrive as a collaborative and well-connected space that champions community voice and knowledge.

Through collaboration, learning, and shared accountability, LCRN members are shaping a model for community-led research that leads to stronger insights, better decisions and more equitable outcomes for Lambeth residents.

The role

Would you like to be part of a small, collaborative HR team that supports the people driving CSE’s mission to tackle the climate emergency and end fuel poverty? We are looking for a proactive, organised and values-driven HR Officer to join our busy HR team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations, supporting around 150 staff and 60 line managers across the employee lifecycle.

As HR Officer, you will provide practical, people-focused support from recruitment and onboarding through to contract changes, benefits administration, and leaver processes. You will act as the first point of contact for HR queries, helping colleagues and managers to apply policies effectively, use systems confidently, and follow processes that are consistent and people-centred.You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate information across systems such as Employment Hero, SharePoint HR Intranet and Monday, ensuring data is compliant and well managed. Working closely with the Senior HR Manager and Senior HR Advisor, you will contribute to improving how HR supports staff, helping to strengthen processes, enhance systems and create a positive employee experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting the detail right, solving problems and improving the way things work. You will be part of a small, friendly team where HR systems and processes are evolving, so you will need to be comfortable balancing daily operational work with helping to shape clearer, more efficient ways of working.

Who you are

You are motivated by the opportunity to deliver reliable, people-focused HR support that helps staff across CSE do their best work. You take pride in being organised and accurate, and you are keen to develop your skills and confidence in a supportive, purpose-led environment.

You will bring:

• Some experience in HR or people-focused support, with an understanding of HR processes and a basic knowledge of UK employment law, and a willingness to continue learning.
• Confidence managing day-to-day HR queries, preparing contracts and letters, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Strong digital and administrative skills, including experience using HR systems, spreadsheets and Office 365 (especially Word and Excel).
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to take ownership of routine processes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain HR information clearly and sensitively.
• A collaborative mindset and alignment with CSE’s values, championing inclusion, fairness and wellbeing at work.

A new opportunity has arisen to join the Newt Conservation Partnership as NCP Finance Administration Assistant to support our efforts to create and manage high-quality habitat for great crested newts. This is an exciting time to join our team as we expand to maximise our impact for freshwater habitats and species.

Working alongside NCP’s Operations Manager and Administrator, the NCP Finance Administration Assistant will support daily financial tasks, using bookkeeping skills to ensure accurate and efficient data processing. As part of a small but growing team, they will also assist with occasional office administration

Newt Conservation Partnership (NCP) is a community-benefit society whose main purpose is creating and managing high-quality habitat for great crested newts, at the same time providing new habitats for many other wetland plants and animals. Our work is underpinned by a spatial strategy, and we work at the landscape scale. We have an extensive monitoring programme, and generate critical data for assessing the success of the NatureSpace schemes. We work closely with our partners, Amphibian and Reptile Conservation and Freshwater Habitats Trust and follow their evidence-based best practice guidance for the conservation of amphibians and ponds.
