The Programme Coordinator role
Due to the exciting expansion of our programmes in the new academic year we are seeking a new team member on a fixed term basis to support our next year of growth and delivery.
In this role you will provide crucial customer service and administration to support the delivery of our inspiring employability and skills-focused workshops in schools.

*Hybrid working
This is a hybrid role. You will be working from home and join Team Together Days in a co-working space in London 2-3 individual days each month. These days are considered commuting days. Job Summary
CAAS provides an Autism and ADHD Support Service across the 8 boroughs of NW London from our base in Eastcote and offices around London. We offer information, advice, and support to ADHD/Autistic people, their families, and professionals, with the aim of improving quality of life and building neurodivergent-aware communities.
In this role, you will join the established CAAS adult team to support, educate, and empower ADHD/Autistic adults (diagnosed or self-identified) across NW London.
You will:
· Provide one-to-one information, advice, and practical task-based support.
· Facilitate online and in-person peer groups, courses and workshops sessions.
· Help develop resources that increase understanding of ADHD/Autism and pathways to support.
· Signpost to local and national services, community groups, and specialist support.
· Work with professionals to share good practice and promote reasonable adjustments so services are more accessible to ADHD/Autistic adults including delivering short training sessions to professionals.
The role requires:
· A strong commitment to supporting ADHD/Autistic adults to improve quality of life and self-advocacy.
· Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to adapt to different communication preferences.

Key Responsibilities – Supporting ADHD/ Autistic Adults
Providing individualised task-based support
· Provide one-to-one ad hoc, tailored support for pre-and post-diagnosis (with the support to be co-produced by the service user). This support may include, but is not limited to:
· Practical support with communication or executive functioning tasks and activities such as making calls, form filling, applying for benefits, and planning their week.
· Working within a “help you to do it” model, encouraging skill building and self-advocacy.
· Support with applications for further education and employment
· Maintain and update our public-facing ADHD Resource Board, and foster relationships with other support organisations to strengthen our signposting and referral pathways.
Facilitate Support Groups
· Facilitate twice-monthly ADHD Groups.
· Facilitate Parent and Carers Support group.
· Facilitate monthly pre-diagnosis support group.
· Facilitate Coffee Connect social group for ADHD and autistic adults.
· Facilitate quarterly Professional Connect Forum.
· When agreed in advance with manager provide cover for other colleagues’ projects.
Facilitate Courses and Workshops
· Deliver a 6-week Understanding my ADHD Course for newly diagnosed ADHD adults.
Front of house support and referrals process
The Specialist Adult ADHD/Autism Advisor (SAAA) will be expected to answer both written and telephone enquiries from members of the public about CAAS services, with a warm and welcoming style, so clients feel comfortable to attend our services.
SAAA will be expected to welcome visitors to the centre and provide information about CAAS and The SAAA will provide front-of-house support, welcoming visitors, answering queries, and managing the referrals process, including CRM updates, triage, and liaising with referrers.
CAAS offers a wide range of adult services, so SAAA will be expected to proactively support clients in accessing the appropriate services and provide consistent follow-up and communication.
Other Responsibilities - Wider support
The SAAA will be expected to contribute to the support and empowerment of ADHD and autistic adults and their families in a range of other ways, such as:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with local statutory and voluntary services, particularly within health, social care, and social prescribing teams.
· Represent CAAS by attending relevant meetings to ensure active links with local authority and voluntary sector partners.
· Stay informed about national and local developments related to ADHD/autistic adults, identifying opportunities to raise awareness and influence the development of appropriate services and support.
· Contribute to the development and delivery of training for professionals and the community by:

About the role
We’re looking for a creative and confident Content & Communications Coordinator to join our busy Digital and Marketing team at Imperial College Union. This role will be key in strengthening our online presence and improving student engagement with the Union. The successful candidate will manage our social media channels and content to drive two-way conversations, to increase awareness of the Union’s work, and help us better understand what they care about.
You will be our in-house journalist; planning and delivering content that speaks to our varied audiences. You’ll build strong relationships across the Union and College, writing creative copy and curating innovative social media content. Using your in-depth knowledge of social media, you will be aware of emerging trends across all platforms and create content that attracts and retains the interest and attention of our members. You will work closely with colleagues across the Union, including our elected Officer Trustees, to support them to reach more students and deliver key messages. Fundraising and Impact Lead
Salary: £31,625 - £34,106 pro-rata (depending on experience and FTE)

About the Role
The Fundraising and Impact Lead will play a key role in growing our fundraising efforts and ensuring robust impact reporting. As we move into the next phase of our 5 Year Strategy, this is an exciting time to work across two strategic priority areas and contribute to our partnership’s success.
As an organisation we are focused on developing our fundraising programme, and you will take an active part in identifying and researching potential donors, developing solicitation plans, and supporting the preparation of bids, reports, and core fundraising materials.
As the organisation transitions to a new Salesforce environment, this role will support the continued maintenance of our existing system and its users. This role will be instrumental in ensuring operational continuity by managing data effectively and supporting the users of the system, including generating insightful reports, and maintaining system performance during the interim period with the support of an external partner.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Innovation and Fundraising Manager, the Fundraising and Impact Lead will have the following key areas of responsibility and will be expected to undertake other responsibilities commensurate with the role as requested:
Securing funding support

Programme Delivery Officer role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Programmes Team as a Programme Delivery Officer. PDOs are responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of First Give in up to 50 schools, ensuring smooth running of the programme, providing guidance and troubleshooting for the Lead Teachers.

Westway Trust are seeking experienced and qualified part-time Adult Learning Tutors – Digital Skills to join their expanding tutor team to deliver accredited and non-accredited courses to adult learners in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) area.
The primary responsibility of the Digital Skills Tutor will be to design and deliver high quality, learner-centred teaching, and learning and assessment experiences to our employed and unemployed adult learners from Entry level to Level 1, while supporting the Adult and Community Learning Manager to achieve the Trust’s strategic objectives.

Westway Trust is a community-guided organisation located in North Kensington which runs an adult learning programme of accredited and non-accredited provision across a range of subjects. We aim to enable people to progress in work, in learning and in life. Our learners come from a variety of backgrounds and have different prior experiences of learning.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Teaching
- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality teaching and learning sessions, workshops, and tutorials in line with the curriculum requirements and the needs of individual learners, ensuring learning objectives are met
- Assess learners’ abilities and identify areas for improvement, tailoring teaching and learning methods and resources accordingly
- Rigorously monitor and track learners’ progress, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies to address areas of weakness or underperformance
- Set and mark assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to learners to support their learning and improvement
- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, actively promoting learner participation, motivation, and confidence in professional development
- Maintain accurate records of learners' attendance, progress, and assessment outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
Administration
- To carry out and keep records of initial and diagnostic assessments, identifying areas for improvement, tailoring teaching and learning methods and resources accordingly
- To identify materials and equipment/resource needs to assist the provision of teaching and learning by students
- To develop differentiated Individual Learning Plans with students, monitor and track learners’ progress, providing regular feedback and strategically addressing areas of weakness maintaining up to date course files and submitting accurate data on attendance and achievement within agreed deadlines
- Preparing groups of learners for accredited assessment (exam or portfolio) & non-accredited assessment (RARPA), marking assessments and taking part in internal moderation and/or consultation meetings with appropriate Trust staff
Qualifications:
- Teaching or training qualification for working in adult learning (e.g. PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS or equivalent suitable experience)
- A minimum GCSE English Grade C or equivalent.
- Level 3 or higher in a relevant subject (e.g. ICT) or willingness to work towards a Digital Skills teaching qualification (desirable).
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Essential
- Practical work experience as an ICT Tutor, demonstrating hands-on knowledge and skills applicable to real-world scenarios
- Experience of teaching adult learners and an understanding of appropriate teaching strategies in a similar role
- Experience of devising course outlines and schemes of work
- Experience of managing mixed groups of learners
- Knowledge and experience of working with a variety of exam boards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to work as part of a highly collaborative team
Desirable
- Understanding of the RARPA (Recognising and Recording Progress and Achievement in non-accredited learning) system
- Experience of working/teaching refugees and or asylum seekers
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to impart essential knowledge to students
- The ability to speak a community language
