The role
Due to the continued expansion and sustainability of our programmes, we are seeking a new team member to support our next period of growth in the new 2025-2026 academic year.
You will be a consumate account manager to support our skills and employability programmes designed in partnership with industry. You will work collaboratively with our corporate and industry partners to support teachers and students in schools and further education institutions access a range of TTF educational programmes.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
CoppaFeel! is looking for a Programmes Officer to support the growth and development of our regional service delivery over the next 18 months.
The Programmes Officer will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a portfolio of activities to strengthen CoppaFeel!s awareness raising work at a regional level, helping us to engage more young people across the UK through volunteer activities and localised service delivery.
This is a fixed term position and a busy role with broad responsibilities including project co-ordination and administration. You will sit within the Education team and report to the Senior Programmes Manager.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will also be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings, and in-person training. We will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Due to the nature of the role you will also be expected to provide occasional support with delivery and events in targeted regions throughout the UK. There may be occasional weekend / out of hours working for which you will be awarded TOIL.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to the Senior Programmes Manager to ensure the successful implementation and operation of regional projects.
- Provide administrative support, facilitating communication between key stakeholders and acting as the key contact for enquiries.
- Attend programme and stakeholder meetings to share updates and gather feedback.
- Assist with the set up and operational delivery of collaborative services, coordinating activities, resources and timelines in line with agreed delivery plans.
- Attend in person events and activities to support staff, volunteers and community partners.
- Represent CoppaFeel! at events, promoting and communicating our awareness message.
- Deliver awareness talks and presentations of our key messaging to support regional interventions.
- Liaise with colleagues in other departments to ensure services offered are targeted appropriately and to support a collaborative approach to delivering regional programmes.
- Work with the Senior Programmes Manager to identify opportunities to deliver our work in localised settings.
- Collaborate with the digital team to promote and celebrate regional work through CoppaFeel!s digital channels.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional partners, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and community groups.
- Support the Senior Programmes Manager to monitor the effectiveness and impact of regional programmes by gathering, collating and reporting data to track project progress.
- Maintain records on activities delivered and update stakeholder records using our CRM database.
- Work with the Engagement and Inclusion team to ensure services delivered are inclusive, accessible, and are informed by meaningful engagement with young people.

Screen Share is the UK’s leading refugee digital inclusion charity. We invest in the digital capability of refugees and people seeking asylum by providing the tools, training and opportunities they need to thrive in education, work and community life. Over the past four years, we have supported more than 3,000 refugees with devices, connectivity, and training. Future Foundations is an education programme of Katherine Low Settlement. Since 2004, KLS’ Future Foundations education team of 10 part-time staff and over 100 volunteers, have supported young refugees and their families in Battersea and the London Borough of Wandsworth to thrive in their education. Through mentoring, family support, casework and homework clubs, we provide the tailored support each young person and their family (if they have one) needs to overcome the barriers to education they face at home and school.

Working under the supervision of the Senior Caseworker you will:

Working with the Senior Caseworkers and Team Manager your role and responsibilities include:
•Support staff to liaise with young people and their families/carers to communicate information regarding our work
•Provide information, support, advocacy and guidance to children and young people from refugee backgrounds (and their families/carers when available), to ensure that they are able to access their educational rights.
•Increase communication and understanding between young people, families, social services, schools and other professionals
•Develop relationships with schools and relevant agencies, in order to make and obtain referrals, and support refugee young people and their families access educational services.
•Empower young people and their parents to take control and be their own best advocates

Main duties and responsibilities:
·Run 2 monthly evening drop in advice sessions at KLS youth club
·Run 2 monthly drop in advice sessions at Southfields Acadmey
·Support refugee young people including unaccompanied asylum seeking young people (and their families/carers when available) to overcome barriers to access and thrive
·Identify and assess their needs and advocate with them for their rights and entitlements
·Provide information and advice whilst working other agencies (e.g. social services, and mental health)
·Refer them to other agencies as appropriate.
·Make and follow up on internal and/or external referrals and signposting whenever relevant and according to adequate referral pathways, in response to the young people’s needs
·Liaise between young people (and with their parents/carers when available) with school, social services, other agencies and foster carers, to support young people holistically to overcome educational barriers

About KLS’ Future Foundations education team
Future Foundations is an education programme of Katherine Low Settlement. Working with the Lead Youth Worker you will:
Homework Clubs
•Collect up to date consent information for all young people joining Future Foundations
•Support with creating session plans for club nights
•Research and source necessary resources activities
•Support to plan and run engaging and fun activities/ongoing projects for the young people
•Use participatory methods to involve young people about Clubs
•Ensure children’s participation and encourage ownership of and responsibility for the Clubs
•Implement our behaviour management policy

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an energetic, talented and reliable candidate for our schools’ outreach team, inspiring high-quality applications for funding from Year 12s in our 85 partner London state schools (20% of the total). We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in London.
- The London Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. Reporting regularly on key performance indicators to key stakeholders and using them to enhance programme delivery. Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.

The Role
We’re looking for experienced, energetic and confident freelance facilitators to help us deliver our tried-and-tested activities — from team-building and orienteering to improv games, problem-solving challenges, debates, archery, and axe throwing. We don’t expect anyone to be experienced in all of these - every member of our team of freelancers has their own areas of expertise and choose to be deployed on particular activities that most suit their skills and experience.
You’ll be working with a diverse range of schools, from primary and prep schools, right through secondary to sixth forms, facilitating sessions to inspire teamwork, communication, resilience, and leadership.
You’ll always be working on a day under the guidance of one of our Founder Directors, Tom and Alex.
Important to know
We are looking for freelancers who may be available for work and who fit our ethos, values and activities to whom we can offer as and when it comes in.
We couldn’t do what we do without our core team of trusted freelancers. We look after those we work with by offering regular training and observation opportunities so they can expand their repertoire.
However, joining our pool of freelancers will not involve a fixed contract of employment or a guarantee of regular work. Our existing freelancers work with us anywhere between 3 - 15 days per/year. Such work offers very useful supplementary income alongside other roles at other organisations (or their own) rather than a core income. Our busiest times of year are:
September — where we deliver team building/bonding days for new year groups
May, June and July — where we deliver similar days but usually as part of school activity weeks
We anticipate further growth at these times, and also are looking to expand our offer to more indoor/lower cost days in the Autumn/Spring term. And to deliver these we will need more staff!

Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects.
