The role
This is a key role within the organisation, internally support the Senior Program Directors, as well as externally working directly with government partners to provide implementation guidance, in order to ensure the successful delivery of transformational, cross-sectoral initiatives in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Experience
To be successful you will need extensive experience in managing complex and large-scale program implementation, ideally in Sub-Saharan African countries.
You will have a good understanding of how governmental departments work (ideally with direct experience working within government) and have had significant interactions at high policy levels within governments, with proven experience in managing complex and politically sensitive relationships with different stakeholders.
Able to demonstrate methodical program oversight and management, you will need an exemplary work ethic with a drive for achieving concrete results from often complex environments. You will be experienced in the use of program management tools such as dashboard creation, program monitoring and strategic planning and be able to example good financial acumen and excellent research and analytical skills, with ability to synthesise comparative research clearly.
Knowledge wise we are looking for substantial, relevant expertise in one/some of the following: health, nutrition, job creation, urban development or education, ideally in Sub-Saharan Africa. This will include familiarity with evidence, key actors, and proven interventions in a broad range of human development areas.
This role will suit someone who is used to working at the most senior levels and brings excellent people skills and highly developed communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills. The Research Initiatives Manager is a crucial role at the College, as you will work closely with senior clinicians to lead a series of projects and activities to feed into the development and delivery of child-health research initiatives. The initiatives include research awards, research events and research capacity and capability building, by embedding academic skills into the paediatric workforce and enabling academic research.
As Research Initiatives Manager, you will also lead on the RCPCH Genomics Programme which aims to develop and deliver a series of resources and activities related to the integration of genomics services into mainstream paediatrics.
Based within the Research and Evidence team, you will be the operational lead for relevant Committees and working groups, acting as a representative of the College to represent the views of paediatricians, whilst ensuring timely reporting of progress to Project Boards.

We’re looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead on our corporate partnership activities and initiatives, including growing income from corporate partners as well as increasing the number of corporate volunteer tutor applications we receive from them. With a successful track-record of developing and stewarding corporate funding and/or volunteering partnerships, you’ll have knowledge of great engagement strategies, activities and initiatives.

The Art School is now seeking a Development and External Relations Manager to drive forward its activities in these areas in accordance with the Art School’s strategy and targets. A key aspect of the role is nurturing existing and developing new relationships within the Art School’s expanding base of supporters and collaborators, including through the organisation of events. We are looking for a self-starter with substantial experience of working in a fundraising role in the cultural or similar sector, and who can work on their own initiative as a key member of the Art School’s senior management team.
Key responsibilities
To work closely with the Principal, Director of Resources and Operations, Joint
Development Advisory Group, Trustees and Heads of Department to:
• develop support for the Art School from individuals and relevant potential funding bodies, at all levels.
• identify new funding opportunities and prospects, and devise cultivation strategies.
• plan and manage fundraising events and Art School scheduled external facing activity.
• advise and facilitate external facing activity managed within departments.

About the role
- This is an exciting time for the Fundraising manager to join the team to aid in the income growth for Christ Church and St. Matthew's, including support for Agape, the community missional project.
- The Fundraising Manager will lead in building a pipeline of steady income from a range of income revenues including but not limited to creating and maintaining a grant program pipeline, and preparing engaging proposals for funders.
- You will help to develop a fundraising strategy to encourage the growth of regular financial giving and developing digital giving opportunities.
- You will generate new rentals for the available spaces to hire and build community fundraising partnerships.
- You will maintain accurate records, complying with policies on confidentiality and fundraising good practice.
- You will liaise with parish leaders and relevant stakeholders to support key initiatives.
About you
-You will have demonstrable experience in successful fundraising, including strategy development and individual giving.
-You will have outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken and be an effective relationship builder with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
-Attention to detail is key to this role as well as strong numeracy skills and the ability to manage
-You will have effective leadership skills and commitment to professional development.
-You will also have the willingness to work in a Christian environment and support the missional ethos of the parishes.
- Experience in fundraising management and knowledge of Church of England structures would be desirable as well as the knowledge of Spanish, or willingness to learn.

We are looking for two Area Relationship and Development Leads to join the Regional Relationships team. A remote role with a great opportunity to travel across the Midlands supporting the professional development of Further Educational providers and their staff through a effective relationship building.
Reporting to the relevant Regional Relationship Manager, these roles and will engage with Further Education providers across their region to identify the professional development needs of their teachers, support staff and leaders and work collaboratively with colleagues across the ETF to develop, plan and promote provision that meets sector needs and advances the work of the ETF. There will be a particular focus on supporting existing and new T Level providers.
Who you are:
- Have experience of working with credibility across the FE and training sector.
- Have a detailed understanding of the FE sector and the challenges it faces
- Possess high skill levels in building rapport, empathy and co-operation at all levels of interaction
- Demonstrate a proven track record of developing strong relationships through effective relationship, account or stakeholder management.
- Have experience of developing and maintaining relationships at a leadership and management level in the FE sector.
