Job description

We are looking for someone to play a pivotal role in working with those using our Welfare and Academy services to transition towards employment through training and work experience within NOAH’s social enterprise.  We are looking for someone who can play an active role in developing an inclusive recruitment service at NOAH, someone who can build new relationships and develop existing relationships with partners and businesses to help participants progress into work experience, employment or volunteering.

The position will appeal to someone with excellent interpersonal skills, skilled networking ability, and who has the caring and intelligent commitment to helping people improve their lives.

Noah’s values and ethos simply expressed are care, compassion, and commitment, and love for the people we work with and serve. Our values are practically expressed in humble service, helping those in need, in poverty and experiencing disadvantage and marginalisation.

In living out these values as an organisation we will seek as a priority to recruit trustees, staff and volunteers who are committed to and actively live out these values in contributing to the work of our teams. NOAH Enterprise is an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sections of the community and from people of all faiths and none.

Interviews will be held on the 16th June 2020
