Product Marketing Coordinator
This role is critical in ensuring Dot Dot Dot’s property offer meets market demand, business needs, and our social mission.
You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Working closely with Marketing and Services teams, you’ll help ensure our properties are well‑positioned, well‑presented, and successfully filled.
This is a varied, hands‑on role combining strategic thinking with operational delivery, and desk‑based work with regular visits to properties. You’ll be supported in role by our senior marketing coordinator and head of marketing and business development.
The fundamentals of the role
Marketing and sales enablement
- Develop property messaging, value propositions, and supporting materials.
- Ensure each property has strong visual assets, including photography, video, and written content.
- Create and maintain property information sheets for internal and external use.
- Coordinate property‑related communications, including Mailchimp viewing emails and location‑based social media content.
- Work with the Marketing team to deliver campaigns, promotions, and go‑to‑market activity.
Viewings organisation and coordination
- Plan, schedule, and continuously improve the property viewings process.
- Supervise and support a small team of property viewing assistants (PVAs), including training, quality oversight, and timesheet approval.
- Ensure PVAs have accurate, up‑to‑date product information, sales guidance, and customer engagement support.
- Occasionally attend viewings to assess quality and gather feedback.
Go-to-market planning and execution
- Visit properties to understand condition, local context, and customer appeal.
- Support property launch planning, including pricing, audience targeting, and marketing tactics.
- Coordinate with Marketing to implement campaigns that attract high‑quality guardians.
- Track and report on the performance of property launches and viewings.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and service standards.
Product vision and positioning
- Support the definition and development of clear, compelling property value propositions.
- Ensure property products align with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
- Work with Marketing and Services to connect operational quality with external positioning.
Market and customer insight
- Research market needs, pricing, locations, and competitor activity.
- Develop and refine guardian personas to support effective targeting and communication.
- Share insights across the business to inform marketing, sales, and product decisions.
- Handle applicant information responsibly, ensuring personal data is recorded, stored and shared in line with GDPR requirements and Dot Dot Dot’s data protection policies.
Product lifecycle management
- Liaise with Services during property setup to ensure standards and product features are embedded from the outset.
- Oversee the property journey from setup through launch and occupation.
- Ensure properties are ready for viewings and occupancy through clear coordination and communication.

Our holiday and weekend activities give parents and carers a break while providing participants a safe, welcoming space to have fun and receive the care they need. Our coordinators plan, arrange and deliver a programme of activities shaped around the needs of the young people, making the most of local opportunities, from heritage sites and outdoor adventures, to sports, arts and crafts, cooking, and team challenges. These sessions help children build friendships, grow in confidence, and express themselves in a fun, supportive space.
1 x CYP Coordinator- Short Breaks Family Days- 30 hours- Kent wide
Family days bring families together to create special memories and enjoy time with others who share similar experiences. The coordinator develops and facilitates activity days which involve the whole family and provide opportunities to build friendships and connections with others. Activities take place at outdoor centres, local heritage sites and museums, as well as organised beach days and community centre-based workshops and activities.
Applicants should have relevant experience of working or volunteering with children and young people in education, health or social care, and have exceptional organisation and communication skills.
The roles are 30 hours per week, working Wednesday to Saturday. In school holiday periods, more activities take place on weekdays (instead of Saturdays), so flexibility is needed.

Role purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the National Programme Team with the implementation of operational plans that deliver successful national skills competitions. This will include supporting the activities and actions relating to the national programme cycle, projects across diversity and inclusion and transfer of global standards to maximise local and national activity in the UK.
Key tasks and responsibilities
· To contribute to the successful delivery of WorldSkills UK’s strategic priorities and annual business objectives.
· To support skills competitions that raise standards of teaching and learning and serve as a key vehicle for practitioner development across the vocational education and training sector and the workplace, including Apprenticeship/Traineeships.
· To co-ordinate activities relating to requesting, tracking and quality assuring key documents required from our Competition Organising Partners (COPs), ensuring documents are received within set deadlines.
· To co-ordinate and support the planning and event delivery of national skills competition activity across the UK, including booking travel, venues, accommodation and catering.
· To administer and co-ordinate the local and national projects i.e. Competitor Support Fund, and Evaluations.
· To administer and co-ordinate project plans, reporting, finance, systems, processes (i.e. Quality Assurance) and document management.

Summary of terms and conditions
· Permanent.
· The salary for this role is £28,000.
· WorldSkills UK offers a maximum employer’s contribution to your pension of 6% of your basic salary, on the condition that you make an employee contribution to your pension of at least 3%. You may choose to contribute a higher percentage of your salary to your pension, subject to statutory limits.
· Group Death in Service (Life insurance) 3 x annual salary.
· Health Care Cash plan.
· Normal place of work is Third Floor, 52-54 St John Street, London EC1M 4HF. This role is office based (as above) but with flexible hybrid working. It is expected the postholder will attend the office at least once or twice a week.
· Full time working hours are a minimum of 35 hours per week, normal working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday although we pride ourselves on having a flexible approach to our working practices and service delivery and are happy to discuss flexible working options, with suitable candidates.
· 25 days’ annual leave [which will increase by one additional day for each completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days] plus public and bank holidays.
· The post is subject to six months’ probationary period with two weeks’ notice during the probationary period and one month thereafter.
· The offer of appointment will be subject to satisfactory references.
· Salaries are paid monthly by direct transfer on or about 21st of the month.

You will manage an existing caseload and new referrals, meeting with families and Young Carers to complete statutory assessments and providing short-term interventions that support Young Carers to improve their resilience, educational chances and wellbeing. This might be signposting to local services, action planning, one-to-one support, or our workshop programme.
Working closely with schools and Childrens Services, you will make referrals to a range of professionals and community services, ensuring whole family needs are met, and thereby reducing the impact of caring on the Young Carer.
As a CYP Coordinator, you will plan and deliver workshop sessions and activities, providing opportunities for Young Carers to spend time with their peers and recognise that they are not alone.
This is a full-time role delivering the service across Hastings & Rother and includes working occasionally at our Lamberhurst office. Some early evenings required. Own car essential.

Purpose of the role:
The Energy Advice Coordinator will provide essential advice to people affected by spinal cord injury who are struggling with, or at risk of fuel poverty, helping them to improve their situation while recognising and responding to the unique challenges that spinal cord injury can bring. They will manage a caseload offering practical solutions, whilst developing referral pathways to connect them with relevant services to improve their energy efficiency and reduce their fuel costs.
The role will also lead the development of knowledge and skills across Back Ups’ staff and volunteer teams, developing easy to use resources and an understanding of when and how to escalate cases for more in-depth advice. They will work closely with sector charities and advice organisations to ensure a high quality of seamless support while creating a lasting legacy for people affected by spinal cord injury.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide impartial advice to householders on the telephone, at events or online group events.
- Make use of internal and external referral systems to ensure clients’ needs are met;
- Respond to enquiries from the public, local authority staff, private and voluntary sectors or installers and, where appropriate, redirecting them to members of staff or other agencies;
- Maintain quality of advice and information as required
- Work with the wider Back Up team to create resources to support people affected by spinal cord injury, both digitally and physically.
- Work with Back Up’s services team to embed and deliver group based online advice sessions in our support groups and course modules.
- Develop and lead a programme to ensure Back Up’s services staff and volunteers develop a baseline of knowledge that enables them to identify and provide basic information to people affected by spinal cord injury around energy efficiency.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' energy needs and identify potential solutions and further sources of support through telephone-based support.
- Provide tailored advice on energy-saving measures and support schemes to the caseload.
- Work collaboratively with local authorities, energy providers, and other relevant organisations to ensure comprehensive support for those in the caseload.
- Educate people affected by spinal cord injury on energy efficiency and ways to reduce their energy consumption.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and support provided, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the project manager with the development, delivery, and evaluation of the energy advice project.
- To maintain up to date, working knowledge of sustainable energy matters, affordable warmth, renewable energy, water heating and usage.
- At all times, ensure that advice service and activity are in line with the requirements of the project;
- Effectively utilise existing sources of data to identify suitable opportunities to meet customers’ needs.

We are looking for a new team member to join our service supporting Carers across Havering to improve their health and wellbeing, and access wider support that meets their needs.
This is a great opportunity to support local communities, working with Adult Carers and Young Adult Carers and helping them to make informed choices, build confidence, sustain their independence, and access support that meets their individual needs. You will carry out assessments to understand people’s individual circumstances and level of need, working together to co-produce support plans. This will involve meeting Carers in community settings and conducting home visits. The team also facilities coffee mornings and activities offering Carers opportunities for peer support and to take a break from caring.
You’ll build on your local knowledge to signpost and facilitate access for Carers to support services, including financial and benefit advice, housing, health and safety home systems, and leisure and social activities. You will support the development of escalation plans so that Carers are prepared for unforeseen circumstances that would impact negatively on ability to care.
This is a part-time role (22.5 hours), and applicants should have relevant personal or professional experience of working with Carers and/or vulnerable adults in a relevant sector. It’s essential that you are confident using IT and maintaining excellent records. You’ll need a practical understanding of barriers faced by Carers, and an awareness of cultural differences and access to services.
Due to the area covered by the service, you will need a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

We are currently seeking to appoint a part time Community Engagement Co-ordinator for our charity based in central London.
The Community Engagement Co-ordinator is responsible for developing with the Communications Manager a community engagement strategy for ScotsCare, in order to increase awareness and engagement with ScotsCare services and support, with the aim of increasing the number of people using ScotsCare services. A particular focus is on building relationships with organisations that engage with potential clients (ScotsCare service users), including councils, NHS, local community partners, service providers and other charities.
Key Duties include:

We are seeking a creative, driven, and strategic Campaigns Coordinator to deliver our current high-impact campaigns with a view to exposing the cruel animal agriculture industries, influencing decision-makers, and mobilising the public to create lasting change for farmed animals.
Working closely with team members, the Campaigns Coordinator will design and deliver imaginative campaigns while working in alignment with the organisation’s wider mission: to end factory farming. The Campaigns Coordinator will report to the Executive Director and work closely with others across our UK and international teams. The appointee will play a key role in coordinating and inspiring volunteers and external stakeholders.

Action for Conservation is a UK grassroots charity using innovative approaches to inspire and empower young people from diverse backgrounds, between the ages of 12 and 24, to become the next generation of environmental leaders. In 2019, we launched our flagship Penpont Project on a 2,000-acre estate in Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons), Wales. The Penpont Project is the largest intergenerational nature restoration project of its kind in the world, aiming to demonstrate how youth leadership and ambition can advance nature’s recovery at a time of acute ecological crisis.
We are currently looking for a Community Tree Nursery Coordinator to join the Penpont Project and run our Community Tree Nursery, growing trees from native tree species, including trees of conservation and heritage value, through collaborative learning and community-building activities. The focus of the role is as much on intergenerational learning and community engagement as it is on the processes of tree rearing and producing trees for planting out across the landscape. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with good knowledge of tree planting, growth and care, and a passion for working with young people and communities. - Engage young people and the local community around Penpont with the Tree Nursery through a variety of events and activities, supporting them to grow their skills, knowledge and confidence related to trees, and ensure there is a solid volunteer base to support the nursery’s operation.
- Be responsible for the general coordination of Tree Nursery events and manage all relevant administration and logistics.
- Support monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) activities as relevant to your role to understand the impact of our work and facilitate learnings.
What we are looking for
- Experience of working with young people, ideally aged 12-18 and community volunteers and proven ability to engage, motivate and support people from diverse backgrounds and age groups
- Good horticultural knowledge, from selecting seeds to growing and nurturing tree stock, including traditional growing techniques; knowledge related to woodlands and forest ecosystems is desirable
- Experience of organising and running events and activities from start to finish, including liaising with stakeholders, managing logistics, health and safety and safeguarding
- Proven ability to facilitate stimulating, interactive and inclusive youth/community group sessions, especially practical activities in an outdoor setting

Dyma gyfle cyffrous i rywun sydd â gwybodaeth arddwriaethol ac angerdd am weithio gyda phobl ifanc a chymunedau i ymuno â’n prosiect blaenllaw ar adfer byd natur ym Mhenpont, a chyfrannu at ddatblygiad a llwyddiant ein Meithrinfa Goed Gymunedol newydd, gan wella’r canlyniadau i bobl ifanc a’r amgylchedd.
Yn y swydd hon, byddwch yn ymgymryd â rôl bwysig yn cyd-reoli Meithrinfa Goed Penpont, gan helpu i'w sefydlu fel canolfan fywiog ar gyfer byd natur a chysylltiad cymdeithasol yn y gymuned leol, ac fel ffynhonnell coed o ansawdd uchel o rywogaethau coed brodorol, gan gynnwys coed o werth treftadol a chadwrol, ar gyfer Prosiect Penpont.

Cyflog cychwynnol: £29,105 - £30,344 CALl (pro rata) yn dibynnu ar brofiad
Oriau gwaith: 14-21 awr / 2-3 diwrnod yr wythnos i'w gytuno gyda'r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus. Mae'r swydd hon yn gofyn am waith gyda'r nos ac ar benwythnosau, gyda phosibilrwydd o gefnogi ymweliadau dros nos. Gellir cymryd amser o’r gwaith yn lle tâl (TOIL) am weithio goramser.

Cyfrifoldebau allweddol
- Rhannu cyfrifoldeb am redeg a chynnal y Feithrinfa Goed o ddydd i ddydd ar y cyd â'n partneriaid.
- Tyfu rhywogaethau coed brodorol i'w defnyddio fel stoc ar gyfer plannu coed ym Mhenpont, gyda mathau a meintiau'r coed i'w pennu ar y cyd â Rheolwr Prosiect Penpont a’r Arweinydd Technegol, yn seiliedig ar anghenion y prosiect a'r hyn y gallwn obeithio ei gyflawni trwy weithredu gwirfoddol a digwyddiadau addysgol.
- Dod â phobl ifanc a'r gymuned leol yn rhan o waith Penpont gyda'r Feithrinfa Goed drwy amrywiaeth o ddigwyddiadau a gweithgareddau, gan eu cefnogi i ddatblygu eu sgiliau, eu gwybodaeth a'u hyder o ran coed, a sicrhau bod sylfaen gadarn o wirfoddolwyr i gefnogi gweithrediad y feithrinfa.
- Bod yn gyfrifol am y gwaith cyffredinol o gydlynu digwyddiadau’r Feithrinfa Goed a rheoli'r holl waith gweinyddol a logisteg perthnasol.
- Cefnogi gweithgareddau monitro, gwerthuso a dysgu ym Mhenpont yn ôl yr angen i'ch swydd er mwyn deall effaith y prosiect a dysgu gwersi.
Pam gweithio gyda ni?
Ymhlith manteision gweithio yn Gweithredu dros Gadwraeth mae:
- 9 diwrnod gwaith bob pythefnos, gyda phob yn ail ddydd Gwener i ffwrdd, neu swm cymesur o amser i ffwrdd i staff rhan-amser
- 25 diwrnod o wyliau blynyddol ynghyd â gwyliau cyhoeddus, yn ogystal ag un diwrnod ychwanegol am bob blwyddyn a wasanaethir hyd at uchafswm o 30 diwrnod
- Hyd at 5 diwrnod o absenoldeb ar gyfer datblygiad proffesiynol a hyd at 2 ddiwrnod â thâl i wirfoddoli bob blwyddyn
- Pensiwn gweithle gyda chyfraniadau cyflogwr o 4%
- Mynediad at weithio hyblyg i'ch helpu i gynnal cydbwysedd iach rhwng bywyd a gwaith
- Diwrnodau i ffwrdd rheolaidd yn yr awyr agored gyda’r tîm a’r sefydliad
- Pecyn hyfforddi cadarn a chynllun datblygu pwrpasol, wedi'u cyd-ddatblygu gyda'ch rheolwr llinell, i gefnogi eich cynnydd a'ch amcanion gyrfa
Ein hymrwymiad i amrywiaeth
Mae amrywiaeth yn un o'n gwerthoedd craidd fel sefydliad ac rydyn ni wedi ymrwymo i greu amgylchedd gwaith cynhwysol lle mae amrywiaeth yn cael ei gwerthfawrogi a lle mae cyfle cyfartal. Rydyn ni hefyd yn cydnabod bod yr argyfwng hinsawdd ac ecolegol yn effeithio'n anghymesur ar gymunedau lleiafrifol a/neu sydd wedi’u hymyleiddio – ond mae'r lleisiau hyn wedi'u tangynrychioli'n sylweddol yn y sector.
Ar hyn o bryd, y sector amgylcheddol yw'r sector lleiaf amrywiol ond un yn y Deyrnas Unedig, gyda dim ond 4.8% o weithwyr o gefndiroedd ethnig leiafrifol. Os yw'r mudiad amgylcheddol am lwyddo i greu dyfodol mwy gwyrdd sy'n cefnogi’r gymdeithas gyfan, mae angen lleisiau amrywiol wrth wraidd ein rhaglenni. Rydyn ni felly’n annog pobl o ddemograffeg sydd heb gynrychiolaeth ddigonol ar hyn o bryd yn y mudiad amgylcheddol i ymgeisio.
Cynlluniau Cyfweliad Gwarantedig
Rydyn ni’n annog ceisiadau yn arbennig gan bobl o gefndiroedd ethnig leiafrifol neu sy'n byw ag anabledd neu gyflyrau iechyd hirdymor. Byddwn yn cynnig cyfweliad i unrhyw ymgeiswyr o gefndiroedd ethnig leiafrifol neu sy'n byw gydag anabledd sy'n dewis ymuno â'n Cynllun Cyfweliad Gwarantedig wrth wneud cais ac sy'n bodloni'r meini prawf hanfodol ar gyfer y swydd hon.
