This role is home-based with regular travel required (including some weekends) to our events and team meetings. Please be aware that some of our events are based in very remote locations so a driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous. There will also be some manual handling involved due to the nature of the role.

At Macmillan, volunteers are at the heart of how we support people living with cancer. We’re looking for a proactive, organised and people‑focused Volunteering Mass Engagement Lead to help us grow, inspire and support our fundraising and awareness‑raising volunteer community across the UK.
About the role:
In this role, you’ll deliver an excellent volunteer journey — from recruitment and selection through to ongoing support — ensuring volunteers feel motivated, valued and connected to our mission. You’ll help increase capacity across our fundraising activity by managing event volunteers, supporting key moments in our fundraising calendar, and developing light‑touch volunteering opportunities that boost income, engagement and awareness.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Volunteering, Fundraising, Campaigns and Corporate Partnerships to keep opportunities up to date, deliver strong volunteer communications, and ensure volunteers have the tools, training and support they need to thrive. You’ll also provide light‑touch leadership to Lead Volunteers and Action Teams, helping them play an active role in delivering our fundraising strategy.
This is a hands‑on, relationship‑driven role where you’ll lead volunteer activity at events, support national campaigns, monitor performance, and help shape a consistently inclusive and positive volunteer experience.

We’re looking for someone to fulfil a wide range of duties working alongside the other Administrative Assistant and volunteers in support of the Office Manager to provide coordinated administration across the Cathedral team. In addition, the post holder will support the Chief Operating Officer in tasks related to the management of the residential let properties located in Old Portsmouth. Role Purpose
Grandmentors is our award-winning, inter-generational mentoring project running in almost 20 locations across the UK.We recruit, train and support Volunteer Mentors (normally people aged 50+) who are matched 1:1 with young people (aged 16-26) facing a range of life challenges and barriers. This includes young people with experience of the care system, or with Adverse Childhood Experiences.

Safe Passage International (SPI) is recruiting a Development Lead/Coordinator (Fundraising). We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated individual to join the Fundraising Team to help grow and diversify our core private funding/income streams in its invaluable and ground-breaking work to ensure that safe routes exist and are accessible for all people seeking asylum.
Reporting to the Development Manager (Partnerships), you will coordinate the day today delivery of our fundraising strategy, with a particular focus on high value giving and building strong, values aligned relationships with supporters.

We are looking for a Foster Scheme Coordinator to coordinate Battersea’s London Foster Scheme, working in conjunction with Operations and Clinic in sourcing suitable temporary homes for those dogs in our London site requiring foster and supporting both foster carers and dogs during their time away from Battersea.
The Foster Scheme Coordinator will maximise further growth impact and development of the Foster Scheme and the engagement and retention of our Foster Carers through the implementation of the Volunteering and Fostering strategy for Battersea.
They will provide guidance and support to existing and potential Foster Carers including managing their expectations.
Finally, they will ensure that all the behavioural and medical needs of foster dogs are met whilst on foster, sometimes dealing with contentious issues in a professional and sensitive manner.

Purpose of the Job
Working across our operations we are looking for the Community Coordinator – Cross Ops to play a key role in the Community Team’s work. Their work will help to build our capacity to accept and distribute food through our depot operations, Green Scheme & Felix Connect and non-food items through Felix’s Multibank.
A key aspect to the role will be to help ensure the data needed to support our operations is complete, accurate and relevant and updated in a timely manner across all our data systems. Ther work will help us to effectively monitor and evaluate our growth against strategic objectives as well as develop new initiatives.
The role will work across the Felix operations including the Green Scheme and Felix Connect. Green Scheme is Felix’s A to B collection and delivery service, volunteers collect surplus food from supermarkets, cafes and delis and deliver it direct to local Community Organisations primarily in Central London. Felix Connect is a platform for suppliers to place ad hoc food and non-food offers to connect directly with Felix’s Community Organisations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Able to support, answer and conclude all queries in a timely manner and liaise with support functions as required to support team and wider organisational objectives in line with the objectives for food supply and operational capacity
- Support Green Scheme Lead on successful delivery of operation ensuring functional processes and procedures are appropriately followed
- Responsible for successful delivery of Felix Connect operation ensuring functional processes and procedures are appropriately followed
- Support the day-to-day operational teams supporting as liaison with our network of community organisations
- Develop and deliver programmes that will engage our network with all aspects of Felix’s work and the wider social and environmental impact of its potential in their communities
- Regular reporting and measurement against agreed KPIs
- Deliver innovative services compliant with all relevant legislation and standard operating procedures including food safety, health and safety, data protection and volunteer policies
- Proactively engage and collaborate with all teams within Felix to increase impact and quality of service delivery
- Support the Green Scheme out-of-hours helpline on a rota basis (Mon-Fri, 6-10pm)

This is an exciting opportunity to support the work of a small psychotherapy and mental health charity
Working alongside our office administrator and houses coordinator, you will support the Chair and Treasurer to ensure the smooth running of the finances of the organization.
This is a permanent role for the equivalent of one day a week (8 hours) hybrid working. - The Newcastle Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. - Update and accurately maintain Action Tutoring’s database, including collecting timely data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, such as attendance records, baseline and interim assessments and pupil surveys. Reporting regularly on key performance indicators to key stakeholders and using them to enhance programme delivery. Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.
- Proactively report to the Programme Manager on the details of Action Tutoring’s operations in their partner schools.
