Step into a transformative journey with Working Options. We're on a mission to empower young people aged 14–19 across the UK — and you can help make a real difference.

Over the past 18 months, our team has been building a movement of support for young people across Wales, having a significant impact on their life chances and working towards the aim of inspiring every young person in the country.

About the role

As North Wales Project Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in:

• Connecting volunteers with schools and colleges, ensuring young people benefit from inspiring talks and workshops.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with schools, employers, and volunteers.
• Listening and adapting to the needs of young people, ensuring our programme creates real value for them and the stakeholders we work with.

About Screen Share

Screen Share is the UK’s leading refugee digital inclusion charity. We invest in the digital capability of refugees and people seeking asylum by providing the tools, training and opportunities they need to thrive in education, work and community life. Our vision is a future where every refugee in the UK has the digital tools and support to flourish in a connected world.

Over the past four years, we have supported more than 3,000 refugees with devices, connectivity, and training. Our 2026–2030 strategy commits us to scaling our impact to reach 5,000 refugees across the UK every year, embedding refugee leadership, and ensuring Screen Share is an effective and sustainable full-service digital inclusion service for refugees for as long as needed. 

This role is funded for 1 year with the high likelihood that funding will continue beyond the grant period. We are also awaiting a response for 2 significant funding applications which will expand the programme. 

Personal Profile

This is a leadership role at a pivotal moment in Screen Share’s journey. The role is funded to deliver our current Digital Skills programme, with a strong focus on quality, impact and evaluation. At the same time, we are awaiting the outcome of several significant funding applications. If successful, these will enable us to expand the programme quickly, positioning the postholder as the Head of a national digital skills programme with a larger team and greater leadership remit.

You will be a dynamic and strategic leader, passionate about digital inclusion and refugees. You bring structured programme management (clear processes, monitoring & evaluation, budget oversight) combined with empathy, cultural sensitivity and the ability to motivate others. You will be excited

You will also represent Screen Share externally, building partnerships with corporates, councils and charities, raising the profile of refugee digital inclusion nationally.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the design and strategic direction of our Digital Skills programme, Ensure the service we are providing is high-quality, impactful, trauma-informed and aligned with Screen Share’s 2026–2030 strategy.

• Oversee the onboarding and support of hundreds of refugees looking to develop digitally, including supporting with the development of their Independent Learning Plan’s and journeys through Digital Champions 

• Recruite, coordinate and support our digital champions and staff to provide high-quality online and in-person classes, 1:1 support and effective sign-posting

• Maintain oversight of multiple Screen Share digital skills projects delivered over multiple locations. 

• Trial innovative digital inclusion tools and approaches.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact

• Design and oversee comprehensive impact measurement and monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure the programme is most effective 

• Produce clear, data-centered programme and impact reports (quantitative and qualitative) for existing and prospective funders and partners 

• Embed continuous learning and client reflections into programme design and improvement.
   

People & Volunteers

• Recruit, train and support Digital Champions and volunteers in a trauma-informed way

• Line-manage staff kindly and calmly as the team grows

• Embed refugee leadership and lived experience in programme design, delivery and iteration
   

Partnerships & Fundraising

• Support our Outreach team in building and maintaining strong partnerships with our corporate, charity and government partners 

• Represent Screen Share to external stakeholders including corporates and charity partners with professionalism and credibility.

• Explain and facilitate our Digital Skills employee engagement package for corporates and businesses in a safe and professional manner

• Collect and report detailed programmatic data and case studies for fundraising bids and corporate partnership proposals.
   

Finance, Safeguarding & Compliance

• Hold accountability for the Digital Skills programme budget, reporting regular updates to the CEO 

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding and H&S policies.

• Oversee the prompt and accurate reporting of safeguarding incidents to Screen Share’s DSL, and contribute to the development of our safeguarding as an essential element of our work
   

Personal Specification

Essential

• Significant experience in charity programme management, with a strong preference for experience in the digital inclusion, adult education or refugee support sector

• Proven ability to manage teams of staff and volunteers from a diverse range of backgrounds

• Experience working directly with refugees/asylum seekers OR deep expertise in digital inclusion and commitment to learning from refugee experience.

• Strong monitoring, evaluation and reporting skills and experience

About the role
As our Legacy and In Memory Fundraising Officer, you will play a key role in delivering inspiring campaigns and stewarding supporters who give in memory or through legacies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver engaging legacy and in memory fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
Oversee campaign delivery, from data management and scheduling to stakeholder coordination and performance analysis.
Develop tailored supporter communications, personalised journeys, and inspiring stewardship activities.
Write compelling copy and gather supporter stories to bring campaigns to life.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.

About you
You will bring proven experience in planning and delivering fundraising or marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong understanding of legacy fundraising, individual giving, in memory giving, or a closely related area. Confident in copywriting and editing, you’ll be able to tailor messaging to different audiences and inspire supporters through engaging communications.

Organised and proactive, you will thrive when managing multiple projects and deadlines, balancing attention to detail with the bigger picture. You’ll also be confident in analysing data to extract insights, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to improve campaign performance.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and able to adapt your approach to ensure both excellent supporter experiences and the achievement of campaign KPIs. Experience with CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics), international charities or humanitarian aid, managing print campaigns, or delivering stewardship events would be an advantage.

Personally, you will bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships. The Senior Individual Giving Officer will play a pivotal role in driving unrestricted income growth from individual supporters at Independent Age. Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager, you will lead on the planning and delivery of supporter acquisition, retention and stewardship activity. You’ll take ownership of key projects and manage multi-channel campaigns and donor journeys that deepen engagement, reduce attrition, and maximise lifetime value. From heartfelt appeals to personalised touchpoints, you’ll ensure every supporter feels valued and connected to our mission.

You will bring experience in managing the planning, budget, set-up, delivery and reporting and analysis of integrated multi-channel digital, direct and offline campaigns and activities that meet and exceed KPI’s. Digital expertise and experience working in a test and learn environment are also key. You’ll have an agile mindset, with the ability to work both proactively and reactively depending on changing priorities.  You must have a passion for, and affinity with, Independent Age’s cause. 

This is a hands-on role with plenty of potential to design and input your own approaches, activities and stewardship to achieve income growth and bring to life the varied work of Independent Age, inspiring supporter loyalty and long-term support.

As our Senior Database Officer, you'll take the lead on important tasks within the Database Services team. Working closely with the Database Manager to develop and refine automated processes using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Power Automate and Excel Power Query. Battersea has recently approved a new 5-year organisational strategy to deliver an even greater impact for dogs and cats through our Prevent, Support and Care activity. This role will therefore be responsible for developing, embedding, and leading a fit for purpose and effective Project Management Office (PMO), shaping delivery practices, building project management capability, and improve organisational alignment and performance in a way that supports dynamic cross-organisational decision making and innovation. Main Responsibilities:

The role involves delivering LifeSkills sessions to groups of families in South West Yorkshire. The postholder will also be the main point of contact for delivery partners hosting programmes (e.g. small charities, schools) and staff and volunteers delivering sessions, and be expected to respond promptly to a wide range of queries and requests for support. Examples might include, for instance, devising LifeSkills programmes for different cohorts, presenting to potential partners, devising risk assessments, recording data, and visiting and providing guidance and support for staff and volunteers delivering sessions in venues across the area.

· To be the main point of contact for delivery partners (as well as for fundraising / marketing staff), for a portfolio of LifeSkills programmes, and respond promptly to queries and concerns.

You’ll be part of Marie Curie’s England Policy and Public Affairs team, working closely with colleagues across our research, caring services, and innovation teams. We work collaboratively with the Ambitions Partnership - a coalition of 35 national organisations - to drive meaningful change in policy and practice for palliative and end-of-life care. Our work is underpinned by evidence, lived experience, and a commitment to tackling inequities in care.

This is your opportunity to design and manage the delivery of a new and exciting programme of work for the Ambitions National Partnership for Palliative Care and End of Life Care, working with senior NHS and statutory and voluntary sector partners. You’ll also lead an innovative Marie Curie pilot focusing on working through primary care to improve end of life care in care homes. Your expertise and evidence-led approach will help shape decisions at local, regional, and national levels - creating a more equitable system for those at the end of life.

You will be responsible for: 

• Leading delivery of the Ambitions Partnership’s new work programme - setting clear outcomes, managing budgets, and keeping activities on track.
• Developing partnerships across the health and care system, fostering collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Enabling evidence-sharing by producing high-quality reports, briefings, and resources for policy and practice audiences.
• Managing the care homes innovation programme, ensuring learning is shared nationwide and translated into practical change.
• Designing and delivering engagement activities including workshops, seminars, and events to support policy and practice impact.

• Proven experience in designing and managing impactful programmes for policy and practice change.
