This is a new role within the Diocese of London, supporting the Head of Racial Justice Priority in delivering the Diocese’s Racial Justice strategy. About the role

Role Summary
The Donor Experience Officer role is your opportunity to join our excellent team at an exciting time. Support Workers will devise person centred support plans with customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet their needs and goals. This will include sign posting them to the local drug and alcohol services to address substance misuse issues. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices.
Staff are expected to work 8 hours daily on a shift rota basis. This will include weekends.Shifts are 7.30am to 3.30pm and 2.00pm to 10pm.

What you'll do:
* If a need arises, deliver all aspects of support to enable a customer to develop independent living skills as appropriate to the individual needs of the customer.

Of these, this role will involve working across three refuges in the borough of Haringey, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Role
The primary role of a Family Support Worker is to provide effective, efficient, and supportive service to children and their mothers residing in refuge with Solace Women’s Aid. The staff member will lead on the development of a child and family-centered approach to work in the refuge. In so doing, they will:
- Develop and deliver a range of trauma-informed services to children and young people (0-16 years) and their mothers within the refuge and when they are resettled into the community
- Ensure the completion of comprehensive assessments of family needs and risk of families, ensuring an integrated approach with children and adult services (internal and external)
- Ensure ongoing development of age-appropriate children activities
- Promote ‘Integrated Working’ through internal and external mechanisms in partnership with colleagues and community partnerships

The Role
A key responsibility of this role is coordinating and undertaking fidelity reviews for the Connect to Work supported employment programme. You will conduct on-site IPS fidelity reviews, produce clear and insightful fidelity reports, and facilitate local Communities of Practice (COPs) to promote shared learning and continuous improvement. Following fidelity reviews they will support the development of action plans that enhance performance, embed best practice, and ensure high quality outcomes for people accessing IPS.

IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health, primary care, and drug and alcohol teams across England. About You
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- IPS experience and expertise: Demonstrable experience working within an IPS service with a solid understanding of the IPS model, the fidelity scale, and their practical application. Applicants with experience in roles such as Employment Specialist, Team Leader, IPS Trainer, or other IPS related positions would all be well suited to this role.
- Driving quality improvement: Proven experience delivering high fidelity IPS practice, with an understanding of how strong adherence to the fidelity model directly contributes to improved employment outcomes

About the role
In this role you will carry your own caseload and be supporting people who are at risk of homelessness or experiencing homelessness into both the private rented sector and social housing.
You will be part of a supportive and established team who have knowledge and experience of accessing the PRS sector, completing housing assessments and budgeting plans.
The key to success will be your ability, as part of the Crisis team, to make collaborative, consistent and persistent relationships with each person you support and have good partnership working skills
About you, to be successful in this role you will have;
1. Experience of working within a relevant sector (e.g. homelessness, mental health, drug and alcohol treatment) and have good knowledge of relevant housing, homelessness and welfare legislation

Young people aged 16-18 will be employed by The Skill Mill for 6-months, working in small cohorts of four, under the direct supervision of a dedicated Supervisor. Following the six-month employment phase, young people receive three months of dedicated support designed to facilitate their transition into new employment, training, or educational opportunities. This support includes individualised assistance with career development and job progression, practical aid such as creating action plans, crafting CVs, and practicing interview skills. Furthermore, The Skill Mill advocates for young people facing significant barriers to employment, ensuring they receive tailored guidance to secure their next steps.
Purpose of the Role:
To support young people aged 16+, particularly those involved with The Skill Mill programme, by delivering tailored, person-centered pathways into education, training, and long-term employment. The postholder will act as a trusted advisor, helping young people overcome barriers, build confidence, and transition successfully into sustainable opportunities with partner organisation and local employers.
Support for young people from the Pathway Advisor will begin in the 6-month employment phase, with liaison with the young person, Supervisors and Commercial Sales Manager, to begin to build relationships, understand aspirations and identify potential opportunities.

The goal is for participants to achieve recognized qualifications like the CSCS card and an AQA Level 2 qualification, all while receiving comprehensive support, in collaboration with youth offending services.
Following the six-month employment phase, young people receive three months of dedicated support designed to facilitate their transition into new employment, training, or educational opportunities. This support includes individualised assistance with career development and job progression, practical aid such as creating action plans, crafting CVs, and practicing interview skills. Furthermore, The Skill Mill advocates for young people facing significant barriers to employment, ensuring they receive tailored guidance to secure their next steps.
Purpose of the Role:
To support young people aged 16+, particularly those involved with The Skill Mill programme, by delivering tailored, person-centered pathways into education, training, and long-term employment. The postholder will act as a trusted advisor, helping young people overcome barriers, build confidence, and transition successfully into sustainable opportunities with partner organisation and local employers.
Support for young people from the Pathway Advisor will begin in the 6-month employment phase, with liaison with the young person, Supervisors and Commercial Sales Manager, to begin to build relationships, understand aspirations and identify potential opportunities.
After the 6-month employment phase, key support will transition from the Supervisor to the Pathway Advisor role, with 3-months of person-led support offered to prepare for, enter, and sustain further employment, training, or educational opportunities. Support will be tailored to each young person’s needs and is likely to be a combination of remote/ in-person throughout the 9-months.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver intensive 1:1 employability and progression support to young people on The Skill Mill programme, focusing on post-placement career development, training and sustained employment outcomes.

Work in partnership with Youth Justice Services and employer networks to identify and promote routes into education, apprenticeships, employment and volunteering.

Co-produce personalised action plans with young people, based on individual strengths, goals and support needs, reviewing progress and adapting interventions as required.

Provide practical employability support including CV development, interview preparation, job search guidance, and workplace readiness.

Build trusted, motivational relationships with young people using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach.

Act as a key link between young people and partner organisations, including employers, training providers, FE colleges and specialist support services.

Advocate for young people with complex or multiple barriers to ensure equitable access to opportunities and remove systemic obstacles.

Maintain accurate records, track progress, and contribute to outcome reporting for funders and commissioners.

Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion, recognising barriers such as discrimination, offending history, housing instability and mental health needs.

About the Role
As an Advocate with us, you’ll support individuals in diverse circumstances to have their voices heard by health and social care professionals and other key stakeholders. Your work will help ensure people are empowered to make informed decisions about their lives and care.
The role involves travel to locations such as clients’ homes, hospitals, care homes, and community settings. While some work can be completed from home, particularly administrative tasks, access to your own transport and a reliable home internet connection is essential.
As this is a newly funded project, the postholder will play a key role in shaping how SHOUT is delivered locally. This includes developing strong working relationships with schools, SEND teams, Transitions services and community partners, identifying unmet need, promoting the service, and contributing to the growth and sustainability of the project.
About You
