The Role
We are looking for a Supporter Care Administrator to provide outstanding support to our donors, supporters and members of the public, ensuring every enquiry, request and complaint is handled with professionalism, care and efficiency. Based within our Help Chapter, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, building supporter loyalty and helping us make a positive difference for deaf children and their families.
 
What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for supporter enquiries via phone and email.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving requests promptly and professionally.
• Investigate and respond to complaints in a timely and compassionate manner.
• Maintain accurate records, including donations, Direct Debits and Gift Aid declarations.
• Work with colleagues, fundraising agencies and suppliers to resolve complex enquiries.
• Collaborate with your team to manage workloads, share insights and continuously improve supporter experiences.

 
What you'll need

• Experience delivering excellent customer service to members of the public.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly and professionally in writing and over the phone.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and CRM/database systems.

Alana House is PACT’s flagship community project that uses a holistic approach to support and empower women. About the role:

As an Assistant Key Worker, you will work closely with the Alana House team to support service delivery and help create a welcoming and safe environment. You will focus on developing practical skills, actively supporting clients while learning best practice and building your experience through a range of learning opportunities to help you to grow in the role.  

No day is the same at Alana House and your activities may include:

· Responding to phone calls and welcoming visitors to the service

· Supporting service user events and activities

· Liaising with a range of other professionals and partner agencies, promoting collaboration and advocating for clients’ needs

· Supporting clients across a range of holistic recovery pathways

· Co-facilitating groups and helping to manage our community café

As an Assistant Key Worker, you will bring professional, personal, or academic experience of supporting people experiencing multiple disadvantages. You will also have a professional interest in domestic abuse and supporting people in, or at risk of entering, the criminal justice system. You will understand the importance of maintaining professional boundaries and be committed to delivering high quality, person-centred support. Job Purpose

The newly appointment Energy Adviser is to provide 1‑to‑1, face‑to‑face energy advice, including home visits, to the local community and residents experiencing fuel poverty and energy‑related issues. The role is focused on supporting vulnerable people, including disabled people, older adults, and those on low incomes, to improve energy efficiency, manage bills, and access appropriate support.

Key Responsibilities:

Advice, Casework and Targets

• Provide 1‑to‑1, face‑to‑face energy advice appointments, including home visits.
• Support vulnerable households, ensuring advice is accessible, inclusive, and person‑centred.
• Offer tailored guidance on:
  • Reducing energy usage and costs
  • Understanding bills, meters, and tariffs

Outreach and Events

• Deliver outreach sessions, information stands, and workshops in community venues.
• Attend and support community events to promote the charity’s energy advice services.
• Work proactively to reach under‑represented or harder‑to‑reach groups.

Safeguarding

• Undertake lone working, including home visits, in line with organisational lone‑working policies.
• Identify and appropriately respond to safeguarding concerns, following charity procedures.
• Maintain personal safety and professional boundaries at all times.
• Onward referral to local provision for complex cases or support needs beyond our scope.

Administration and Partnership Working

• Maintain accurate case records, monitoring outcomes and impact.

Key Skills and Qualifications: 

• Experience of working directly with vulnerable people, including disabled people.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, with an empathetic non-judgemental approach

• Experience of delivering group and outreach sessions.

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage own workload and ability to work independently. 
• Good IT skills (email, case management, CRM system, data entry, reporting)
• Already have or committed to undertaking Level 3 City & Guilds Energy Awareness qualification within an agreed timeframe.

IBIS House provides short term accommodation for people who are medically fit for discharge following a mental health inpatient stay, or who would otherwise not require hospital admission but face other barriers that prevent them from safely returning to the community. These may include housing, living skills, accessing benefits or the community, or other interventions and will be on a person-centred basis. The main aim of the service is to provide short-term support to customers to link with longer-term services to reduce escalations in need and reduce inpatient readmission and reduce pressure on inpatient beds.

Oaklands is made up of a newly refurbished six-bedroom home, located close to each other in Ealing, West London. Support Workers are responsible for supporting people with autism, learning disabilities and behavioural needs to live full lives, develop skills and maintain their wellbeing. The Pelham road Service will be 5 new self-contained flats, for customers with learning disabilities, Autism and Complex needs, and we are looking to build a staff team with an excellent value base to support the customer to build their new life and develop their skills as an independent person. Main Purpose of the Role

The Administrator plays a key role in supporting the effective day-to-day operation of The Friendly Trust. As the first point of contact for many callers and visitors, the postholder will provide a professional, welcoming and responsive service, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and messages are communicated accurately. Key Responsibilities

Communication and Customer Service

• Act as the first point of contact for telephone enquiries, providing a professional and helpful service to service users, families, professionals and other stakeholders.
