About the Role
As CEO, you will provide strategic, compassionate and visionary leadership, ensuring Gorse Hill Studios delivers its mission to empower and inspire young people. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will hold overall responsibility for the organisation’s performance, culture, operations and long-term sustainability. This role calls for someone who demonstrates strong strategic insight with the ability to influence and inspire others, using emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership to build positive internal and external relationships.
A fundamental part of this role is your commitment to embedding young people’s voice in decision making. You will champion their perspectives, ensuring programme development, strategy and organisational culture reflect the needs and aspirations of the young people we serve.
You will also be an ambassador for the charity, building trusted relationships with young people, partners, funders and the wider community. This role requires a leader who is values led, resilient and passionate about supporting young people through the arts and creative engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Governance
- Lead on the development and delivery of the charity’s long-term strategy, with young people meaningfully involved
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory and governance requirements, including Charity Commission expectations and safeguarding duties

Financial Management and Income Generation
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning and responsible management of all funds

- Ensure programmes are high quality, inclusive and reflective of young people’s needs and feedback

People Leadership and Culture
- Inspire, support and lead a dedicated staff and volunteer team

External Relations and Advocacy
- Act as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for Gorse Hill Studios
- Build strong relationships with partners, funders and stakeholders

Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Senior leadership experience in the charity, youth, arts or wider non-profit sector

Purpose of the Role
The postholder will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred In-Work Support to Disabled employees and their employers. The postholder will contribute to quality assurance by monitoring feedback, updating CRM systems, and supporting communication across the team. Main Responsibilities
Service Delivery and Support Planning
- Update and maintain accurate support plans for In Work Support clients.

- Chase, read, action, and securely store all feedback forms.
- Share relevant feedback and service updates with line manager in a timely manner.
- Ensure all CRM systems are updated with accurate and up-to-date records.
Recruitment Administration
- Support the recruitment process by being part of the interview panel, chasing references, scanning and storing key documents, and completing necessary online checks.
- Monitor and record completion of mandatory online training for new and existing staff.
Events and Communications
- Support the organisation and delivery of three annual staff events, ensuring accessibility and engagement.

We are seeking someone who can build trust, support people facing homelessness and help them move away from rough sleeping.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, practical role supporting people who are rough sleeping and living with complex needs. You will work directly with individuals on the street, in the community and across local services, providing tailored one to one support to help them access housing, healthcare, treatment and wider support.
Key responsibilities include:
· Delivering early morning and late evening outreach based on local intelligence and Streetlink alerts
· Acting as a consistent point of contact for people using the service, ensuring they can access the right help at the right time
· Providing a person centred, trauma informed approach to each individual’s support plan
· Supporting people with practical day to day needs including health, benefits, community activities, budgeting and maintaining accommodation
· Helping people address challenges around alcohol or drug use in group or one to one settings

About You
You’ll be someone who genuinely wants to help people change their lives and you’ll be resilient, calm under pressure and comfortable working with individuals who have multiple needs.
You will need:

· Understanding of housing, homelessness or related support services
· Strong communication and conflict management skills
· Ability to build trust and positive relationships with a wide range of partners
· A recovery focused, person centred approach
· Willingness to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends as part of a rota
It would be helpful if you have an NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field or experience in homelessness, housing, substance misuse or community outreach, but this is not essential. A driving licence or language skills are also desirable.

As our Union Operations & Admin Co-ordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and steady heartbeat of JMSU. From welcoming students at reception to helping them find the support they need, you’ll make every interaction feel positive, accessible, and engaging.
Behind the scenes, you’ll keep our operations running smoothly - supporting day-to-day processes, ensuring our spaces remain welcoming, accessible and safe and, guiding our brilliant team of part-time student staff. With a focus on excellence, you’ll recruit, develop, and support them, empowering our students to grow in confidence, build new skills, and deliver exceptional service across JMSU in a positive, inclusive environment.

What you’ll be doing as Events Co-ordinator

- Deliver the annual portfolio of virtual events and support in-person events

What you’ll bring

About the Role
As a Housing and Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality housing and support services to our residents. Welcoming and Listening
As the first point of contact, you may welcome new residents, respond to complaints, handle reports of anti-social behaviour, and provide a compassionate, attentive ear. Your ability to identify, escalate, and report concerns appropriately will be essential.

About us
The Adanna Women’s Support Group provides training and skills to help women into employment and to help women excel in the jobs they are doing. Our training is in Business skills, administration, IT, childcare and employability.
We are looking for an employment coach who can support women who are economically inactive to improve their skills and find employment
The Role
This role will support a small caseload of women with a range of needs who are looking to move into work, enabling them to find the right opportunities and sustain the roles through improved skills training. The coach will also need to be skilled in working with employers to source jobs and support them to make their roles accessible. Growing and maintaining a strong employer base will be a central part of this role.
Minimum Criteria
· An understanding of the employment needs, and challenges faced by BAME women who are economically inactive or experience multiple barriers to employment.
· Experience of working with individuals on a one-to-one basis, developing personalised plans and goal setting
· Experience of managing a range of tasks at any one time, and holding positive relationships with different stakeholders
-Experience of designing and delivering entry level training e.g. digital skills, confidence building, English as a second language conversation sessions
Working hours
· The role is a part time fixed contract position with the possibility of extending pending receipt of funding. Working 21 hours per week, Monday, Thursday and Friday. Hours are flexible but ideally 9.30 to 4.30pm.
