You will support on an exciting portfolio of integrated, multi-channel and supporter-centric campaigns to take our fundraising to new heights across our portfolio of products: Monthly donations, Cash, Donate in Memory, Weekly Lottery, Payroll Giving and Mobilise.

What will I be doing?

• Delivering single channel and integrated marketing campaigns on time and in line with campaign targets

• Supporting on the delivery of the Individual Giving marketing brief, coordinating the brief response, development and approval process

• Managing the creative process through briefing to delivery, to develop compelling creative and content

• Working with agencies, freelancers and internal teams to tailor creative to meet audience needs

• Supporting the campaign set-up and management process across above-the-line and below-the-line channels including Social Media, Email & Direct Mail

• Analysing campaign performance against objectives to inform optimisations and improve live campaign activity.

What skills are we looking for?

• Experience of developing campaign assets for use across a variety of marketing channels.

• Understanding of end-to-end supporter journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns

• Ability to prioritise, manage conflicting deadlines, work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks to deadlines

• Proven success of good stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively

• Passionate marketer with an interest in regional marketing trends and developments

• High level of IT literacy, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

The Role:

As the Trust grows in activity and complexity-including its recent transition to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation-we are creating a new role: Operations Executive. This role sits at the heart of the organisation, ensuring our operations run smoothly while supporting the Chief Executive with executive coordination and administration.

Though not a grant-making role, this position offers valuable insight into the charity sector and the inner workings of a major philanthropic organisation. You will be responsible for a wide range of operational and strategic support functions - from facilities and IT systems to Board coordination and external communications. The person:

This successful candidate will have a substantial track record in providing operational and administrative support in a busy office environment, ideally but not essentially in the charity or not-for-profit sector. This will have involved exposure to office and facilities management, reception and visitor support, internal and external relationship management, governance and compliance, finance and budgeting in addition to PA or EA type support to a CEO or senior management teams.

The key to this role lies in its breadth, and being able to see the bigger picture, anticipating needs and to plan ahead effectively to provide comprehensive support across this small but very busy organisation. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, this person will be able to multi-task and prioritise various pieces of work across the business. They will be collaborative and will be able to tailor their skills to a wide range of needs and if something is not within their immediate skills set, they will have the confidence and initiative to seek out solutions and make them work. Strong written and verbal communications and proficiency in all MS Office packages and experience with SharePoint and Zoom will be important in addition to being confident in proofreading and formatting documents for board papers and reports. Strong budget monitoring abilities and an understanding of data protection and confidentiality standards will also me important.

Experience of having worked in small, busy organisations where a broad knowledge across office based systems will be crucial, with the flexibility and adaptability to tailor skills where necessary and to seek out workable solutions to a wide range of issues. An exposure to HR processes will also be useful as well as being genuinely interested in the important work of the Trust. This role lies at the heart of the organisation and will be central to its ongoing success in meeting its charitable aims and objectives.

The Digital Communication Officer works in the Communications team, reporting to the Head of Communications & Fundraising and manage Glass Door design, web & socials.

Editorial & Design 

• Ability to produce fresh, emotive and informative content across print & digital platforms - including profiles of guests, news stories, blogs and speeches

• Lead on design and delivery across the organisation – digital & print: including posters, informative leaflets, presentations, graphics and images for social media, newsletters and website as needed 

• Work collaboratively across the organisation to solicit content from other members of staff, including caseworkers, operations and fundraising colleagues to support Communications’ strategic aims

The AI Opportunity Fund, led by the Centre for Public Impact with support from Google . org, is currently a  €16 million initiative aimed at empowering underserved workers across Europe with essential AI skills. The programme has selected 73 organisations from hundreds of applications to provide tailored AI training to 20,000 workers across 24 European countries. These organisations focus on diverse communities, including rural job seekers, underemployed women, and public sector workers, aiming to bridge the digital divide and promote economic resilience. The initiative underscores AI's potential to drive social mobility and equitable growth across the continent. We are also hoping to scale our work in this area in the future. 

Position Overview: 

At CPI we believe people are at the heart of our success. We are seeking a Grants Officer (Associate)   based in Europe to join our CPI Europe (CPIE) team. Your role is  critical  in ensuring the smooth delivery of the AI Opportunity Fund. This role is responsible for the effective administration of grants including ongoing due diligence and accurate record keeping, contributing to assessing proposals and organisations, stewarding and maintaining effective relationships with grantees and wider partners,  and ensuring compliance, timely reporting and payments. This role does not involve managing others.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Grant Strategy & Development

• Contribute to shaping the strategy, design and execution of the AI Opportunity Fund.

• Support Management to ensure excellent donor stewardship of Google . org, building their confidence in CPIE as a thought and delivery partner.

• Work collaboratively with programme teams to gather necessary information, data, and insights for compelling letters of inquiry, grant applications and contract bids.

2. Grant Management & Compliance

• Oversee the implementation of awarded grants and contracts, ensuring adherence to donor guidelines, reporting requirements, and project targets and timelines.

• Actively manage programmatic risks and conduct ongoing due diligence on grantee and wider partners to ensure compliance. 

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely grant reports to key stakeholders in collaboration with finance and programme teams.

• Monitor grant budgets and expenditures, flagging any discrepancies or potential issues.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for grantees, fostering positive relationships,  triaging and addressing inquiries and supporting them to deliver effectively.

• Identify and escalate issues  in a timely manner, actively participate in proposing and implement solutions. 

3. DEIB & Collaborative Working

Role Summary

This senior leadership role will oversee the strategic planning, management and reporting of the Natural History Museum’s major fundraising campaign NHM150, the campaign to raise £150m to revitalise our South Kensington home ahead of our 150th anniversary.  The successful candidate will combine exceptional relationship-building skills with proven campaign management expertise to support the Development team’s fundraising objectives.  Reporting to the Director of Development the post-holder will lead a team of development professionals to deliver insightful prospect research, manage systems for donor journeys and lead on excellent donor stewardship for the Development team.  They will also manage the continuous improvement of the Development CRM and ensure that excellent income processing and reporting systems are in place.  A key member of the Development Group’s Senior Leadership Team, the post-holder will work with colleague across the Museum to ensure that the NHM150 Campaign and major funding bids are aligned with the Museum’s wider strategy and operating plan.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

• Support the development of campaign strategies aligned with organisational priorities and timelines

You will work a combination of office, client-home, community, and home-based working. Causeway is a 4-day week employer, and this role is part-time 16 hours per week, worked over 3 days. Your working hours will be Wednesdays 11am-3pm, Thursdays 10am-4:30pm (with an unpaid 30 minute break), and Fridays 10am-4pm (with an unpaid 30 minute break). Causeway is a London living wage employer, with a competitive pension scheme. About You

You will have experience of working in support, supported housing or advice services. You will have experience of supporting young people to develop aspirations and form healthy relationships. You have a drive for and commitment to equal rights and diversity. You have knowledge of the issues confronting young people and the needs of vulnerable homeless people in general, with a sound knowledge of safeguarding and risk assessments. You love to work in a client- centred way and plan your work and deadlines to get the best for your clients. Would you like to play a key part in influencing national decisionmakers across Wales, England and Northern Ireland to drive major, positive change in the dementia policy space? Then this could be the role for you.

Sitting within Alzheimer’s Society’s National Influencing team, as our new National Influencing Officer (Public Affairs) you would be instrumental in delivering innovative, engaging, collaborative, and evidence-based influencing work. You’d be ensuring that political and health system stakeholders are acting on the biggest issues affecting people living with dementia, working closely with other teams to drive work that is integrated locally and nationally.

While this role is predominantly focused on delivering national influencing activity in England, you’ll also be part of a fluid and flexible team that operates across boundaries and supports with our political work in Wales and Northern Ireland.

This is an exciting time for dementia policy in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We have the chance to ensure that governments are prioritising dementia and the needs of all those affected by the condition. Our National Influencing Officer (Public Affairs) will be at the forefront of taking on this vitally important challenge.

About You

You will bring:

- Excellent knowledge of the political and health system and how to influence national decisionmakers.
- A strong understanding of the external political environment and a proven track record in political or similar stakeholder management at a national level.
- Experience engaging proactively with national politicians and decisionmakers, acting as the first point of contact for their teams.
- Confidence and credibility in working with both internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to influence across geographical and organisational boundaries.
- A proven ability to operate and thrive in fast-paced, multi-dimensional environments, and to adapt well to change and ambiguity.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into accessible, impactful content and recommendations.
- Experience working across multiple UK nations in complex influencing environments.
- A commitment to involving people with lived experience – such as those with dementia or long-term health conditions – in your work.

What You’ll Focus On

In this role, you will:

- Lead or support political engagement across England and potentially other UK nations, using your knowledge of parliamentary structures and influencing routes to drive change.
- Provide oversight and coordination of political monitoring and stakeholder engagement activity.
- Plan and deliver impactful public affairs (or similar) events, including parliamentary receptions, breakfast meetings, roundtables, and party conference activity.
- Translate evidence-based policy positions into compelling and effective influencing strategies that achieve real-world impact.
- Build delivery plans focused on meaningful outcomes and measure their success through evaluation and learning.
- Produce high-quality, accessible content to inform and engage stakeholders, using strong presentational and communication skills.
