Location: Home based with frequent travel to projects in Hucknall, Broxtowe-Aspley, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Mansfield and soon to be opening in Leicester in 2024.
As Regional Manager you will represent, manage and co-ordinate FoodCycle meals for your allocated regional Projects. Our Projects are spaces where volunteers are empowered to run their own community meals using surplus food. You will manage local relationships with venues, community partners, supermarkets and volunteer recruitment channels to enable this to happen. You will continually be looking to increase our impact by working towards targets of increased meals served to our guests, expanding our existing Projects and setting up new ones within East Midlands.
An excellent communicator, you will manage the volunteers at each Project ensuring they are trained, supported and on-message with FoodCycle strategy. You will have experience of recruiting and managing volunteers, as well as programme development and delivery.
This role will require some attendance at our Community Meals projects, to support with delivery as necessary, which will include evening and weekend work. A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this exciting role.
Benefits: We offer 26.5 working days (this includes 3.5 days for the Christmas close down) plus additional holiday for length of service, up to a maximum of 30 days (pro-rata for part-time). Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist clinical practitioner with a background in child and adolescent mental health to provide clinical oversight of 2 multi-disciplinary Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs). These teams will increase and improve emotional and mental health provision within educational settings for 5–25-year-olds in the West London CCG area. You will be working within a successful Trailblazer site, which emerged out of the government’s December 2017 plans: Transforming Children and Young People’s Mental Health Provision: a Green Paper.
Crucially, your overall responsibility will be to provide clinical oversight and operational management of the MHSTs, to ensure that children and young people are provided with timely, accountable, and effective services.
You will have a caseload of children and adolescents with mild – moderate emotional and mental health difficulties (number of cases will be dependant of capacity) and will use CBT and Systemic evidence-based models, employing the principles underpinning the national CYP-IAPT programme (Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies). Early interventions will be delivered in a range of educational settings (primary, secondary, special, alternative provision and sixth form college) across the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, as well as in parts of Westminster borough in the North West. These will build upon the CCG’s and HF Mind’s whole school approach to mental health provision.
The MHSTs which you will oversee will consists of a team of MHST clinical supervisors, schools practitioners, and Assistant Psychologist Clinical You will be responsible for managing and providing clinical supervision to senior team members,
You will also work closely with families, as well as colleagues and partners in the Local Authority, CAMHS, educational settings where interventions are being delivered and other relevant mental health providers.

- Ensure consistent standards of care across the MHSTs, minimising risk and instigating remedial action if necessary
- Oversee clinical interventions of the MHSTs, developing strategy and service development in partnership with senior team members

- Provide clinical supervision and case management to the senior members of MHSTs, whilst also overseeing coaching and mentoring for all members of the MHSTs

Essential Criteria
- Degree from an accredited or recognised body to deliver evidence-based interventions for CYP and or parenting interventions / programmes
- A core profession (e.g., BACP, UKCP, HCP, NMC registration, Social Worker and OT) including registration with a professional body
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a Statutory CAMHS Tier 2 or 3 service, delivering assessments and interventions to children, young people and their families
- Several years of direct clinical experience (autonomously providing assessment, developing treatment plans and delivering a range of therapeutic interventions) with children and young people aged 5-18 with mental health difficulties
- Experience in managing a clinical multi-disciplinary mental health team and providing clinical supervision and case management
- Experience of routine clinical outcome monitoring
- Experience of managing clinical risk assessment
- Knowledge of systemic, cognitive and psychodynamic theories and when each is appropriate
- Understanding of child development and psychosocial influences

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic individual to take on the role of Garden Community Hub Coordinator for our site in Tooting.
The role will involve supporting our garden move and coordinating the development of our site and provision in our new space. This will include working closely with the team to develop new projects delivered from the site and coordinating the transition of our operations. THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE
Your role will be to provide clinical supervision to staff across the Services Team. • Provide regular individual clinical supervision for frontline staff or Senior Coordinators / Team Leaders;

Then join our experienced team supporting children and young people who have caring responsibilities for someone in their family due to disability, long-term illness, mental health, or drug or alcohol misuse. You’ll help deliver our Young Carers service across Havering, so a car driver is essential.
In this role, you will manage an existing caseload and new referrals, meeting with families and Young Carers to complete statutory assessments and create action plans. You‘ll provide support for Young Carers to reduce the impact of their caring role and improve their resilience, educational chances, and wellbeing, through signposting to local services, in-school support, one-to-one sessions, and workshops.
There will be opportunities to work closely with schools, Children’s Services and other agencies to raise awareness, identify hidden Young Carers, and ensure Young Carer needs are understood and acted on.
You will need to be confident, approachable and self-motivated, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with children and young people. Applicants should have relevant experience of working or volunteering in education, health or social care, or be looking to start a career working with children or young people.
This is a part-time role, ideally working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (including occasional early evenings).

ActionSpace, the sector-leading charity working with learning disabled artists across London is seeking an exceptional individual to join the team as Pastoral Care Co-ordinator.
The Pastoral Care Co-ordinator ensures all artists and project participants are able to maximise the benefits of participating in ActionSpace activities and supports them in realising their personal potential by ensuring accessibility and co-ordinating support needs.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience of working with learning disabled adults, particularly those with high support needs, and experience of developing and implementing access and behaviour support plans. Share is a registered charity and a centre for training and wellbeing. We provide a range of programmes helping adults with learning disabilities, autism and other support needs become more happy, healthy and independent. Our vision is a world where disabled people are fully included in society, living the life they choose, and we need talented people to help us make that happen.
You’ll help people build the life skills they need to make positive long term changes. You’ll support our students in their sessions, both at our training centres and out in the community, helping them achieve their personal objectives and keep learning in an engaging, fun and stimulating way.
Main responsibilities
- You’ll work flexibly to support students to engage in a variety of projects and classes
- You’ll be responsible for completing daily administrative tasks including recording student learning and maintaining wellbeing records
- You’ll provide flexible delivery support, delivering whole or part sessions as and when needed
- You’ll independently set up, plan and lead free time activities
Who we’re looking for
- You’ll have experience working within social care and providing services directly to adult with learning disabilities and autism (paid or unpaid)

Age UK Redbridge, Barking and Havering offers a Dementia Advice Service providing high quality information, advice, guidance and support to people with dementia and their Carers throughout their journey living with dementia with a particular focus on moderate to late stages.
We are currently recruiting a Dementia Adviser in Redbridge to work in partnership with the London Borough of Redbridge and other Redbridge Dementia Partners. You will have an understanding of the needs of people with dementia and their carers either through professional or personal experience. You will have a key role in supporting people with dementia at various stages and encouraging people concerned about their memory to seek advice and assist them to access appropriate support to maintain their independence, enhance life choices and plan for the future. You will also help to develop coping strategies via support planning. This will include signposting and active referrals to relevant services as well as providing information on benefits available and assisting clients to access them where appropriate through various stages of their dementia journey. Provide community based, face to face services for an increased level of support for more complex cases.
This role requires the worker to work independently and manage their own caseload but be part of the wider team and be aware of the other services provided by Age UK Redbridge, Barking & Havering. The post involves both office based, home visit and outreach work at a variety of locations across Redbridge. Good IT skills are required and familiarity with Charity Log would be useful as well as knowledge of relevant quality assurance systems.
