About the job

Rinova Ltd are currently seeking a Project Manager to deliver an initiative that supports young people and adults looking to forge a career in the creative industries. The successful candidate will be expected to work with, and coordinate a network of, a wide range of training providers and employers across the creative sector, including but not limited to film, music, literature, theatre, performance, gaming, fashion, arts & crafts. In addition, the successful candidate will be committed to identifying, and subsequently supporting and guiding individuals towards the opportunities and employment available within this network. The role will require analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong degree of flexibility – the successful candidate will work with their project team and external partners to develop a programme of activity that will identify and directly address gaps in creative provision, which is as yet, undetermined.

Along with practical delivery, the successful candidate will be involved in the design and implementation of the recruitment/outreach strategies and also for the development of appropriate marketing materials. They will be expected to present to external partners and stakeholders.

Familiarity with the delivery of funded provision is essential as well as evidence of project delivery, outreach and a clear understanding of skills provision within the creative industries. The role will be offered on a full-time basis mainly working within the Rinova office and across the Southwark borough, with the opportunity to work remotely on occasions.

• Manage day-to-day delivery of creative skills project, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and with key stakeholders, steering groups and funders.
• Monitor progress against targets and KPIs, proactively identifying risks or underperformance and implementing solutions.
• Ensure all delivery, compliance and financial paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time in line with funder requirements.

About Access

Access - The Foundation for Social Investment works to ensure that charities and social enterprises can access the finance they need to sustain or grow their impact. Access is currently implementing a new CRM and Grant Management System (Salesforce-based, delivered by implementation partner Vera) to support its programmes, partner relationships, and reporting needs. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the system is delivered well and that Access is ready to operate it confidently at go-live.

Position Overview

Access is seeking a Salesforce Implementation & Delivery Manager on a fixed-term basis to support the delivery of its Salesforce-based CRM and Grant Management System.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will combine:

• strong project coordination and delivery management,
• hands-on Salesforce CRM expertise, and
• practical change management capability to help staff adapt to new systems and ways of working.

As Access does not have Salesforce expertise in-house, this role will act as a key internal point of reference, helping to review and sense-check design decisions, manage delivery risks, and ensure that the system being built is usable, well understood, and ready for go-live.

This is not a developer or Salesforce Administrator role, but it does require strong Salesforce CRM experience, alongside proven ability to support users through change, structure complex projects, and keep delivery on track. The role will continue through early post–go live to support transition into business-as-usual and handover to the incoming System Administrator.

We are seeking to recruit to a brand-new post and are looking for an experienced and passionate full‑time Programme Manager (Live Well) to lead the delivery of our VCSE‑led Live Well infrastructure in Salford. 

In this role, you will support organisations across Salford to develop high‑quality Live Well Centres and Spaces, ensuring strong partnerships are built and delivery partners are managed in a clear, transparent and collaborative way. A key part of the role will be ensuring that all delivery aligns with the expectations set out in the GM Live Well Hallmarks. You will also be responsible for ensuring the programme’s impact is clearly demonstrated through robust monitoring, high‑quality data collection and meaningful insight.

Greater Manchester Live Well is a broad cross‑system partnership with particularly strong involvement from GMCA, NHS Greater Manchester and the VCSE sector. 

Launched in 2021, it is a core Mayoral commitment and embedded in the Greater Manchester Strategy (2025–2035). The vision is that by 2030, residents will benefit from a connected, preventative and equitable system of support, delivered through:

• A network of integrated Live Well centres and spaces in every locality
• A universal “no wrong door” approach
• Recognition that the VCSE sector has a key role to play (with dedicated VCSE funding)
• Consistent and connected support offers
• A neighbourhood‑based Social Model of Health
• A preventative system built on trust, early help and coordinated support

Salford CVS is the lead VCSE sector partner and accountable body for the Live Well implementation fund in Salford, working with public sector partners to strengthen community wellbeing and ensure accessible, high‑quality support for our city’s residents.

As Programme Manager, you will lead a VCSE‑driven programme that is transforming how residents access help and support in Salford. You will maintain a clear overview of programme developments, partners and activities, acting as a key source of knowledge for Live Well locally. You will share information proactively, strengthen connections across the system and bring partners together to maximise the programme’s impact. 

Your work will also span all of Salford CVS’s full Live Well portfolio, including the Economic Activity Trailblazer delivered via the VCSE Elevate Salford partnership, the WorkWell offer through Wellbeing Matters (VCSE-led social prescribing), and any additional Live Well activity that Salford CVS leads or contributes to in the future. This will include our work with our 10GM partners on a large-scale GM National Lottery funded VCSE-led programme called Live Well – Places of Hope and Connection, which you will programme manage here in Salford.

About you

As our ideal candidate you have a deep understanding of experimentation and data-driven decision-making. You are confident in designing experiments, running A/B tests, and applying statistical and analytical concepts to drive impactful change.

Hands-on experience with experimentation programmes—ideally within enterprise environments—is essential, as is the ability to influence product decisions through robust data and testing.

You bring working knowledge of Figma, GA4, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience in managing and/or coaching others is important, as you’ll help support and develop talent within our team.

You have strong communication skills to break down complex ideas for non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels. Attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise are key.
