Team Administrator
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated administrator who would like a varied role. The successful candidate will provide cross-departmental support and administrative support for our small team. There is real scope for the candidate to shape the role and gain experience from involvement in various organisational projects. Contract
Permanent; 3 days (21 hrs per week). We will be flexible on hours worked each day and the days worked e.g. splitting 21 hours over four or five days.

Location
Hybrid, in our North West London office with one day per week at home. We can be flexible regarding the specific days, but these will be fixed once agreed.

What you’ll be doing

Where you’ll work
Our level 2 pathway provides semi-independent accommodation and housing related support to people who may have complex needs, including multiple challenges such as physical and mental health issues, substance use and a history of trauma. We are dedicated to providing a safe, high quality and inclusive service to people while they are living in supported accommodation, and a positive move-on into independent housing.
Our residents are male and female living in shared and self-contained properties.
What we’re looking for
Our Apprentice scheme is specifically designed for people with lived experience, and we can only offer places to the people the programme is designed for.
You may have personally experienced homelessness (spent time sleeping rough, or lived in a hostel, refuge or supported accommodation), you may have experienced domestic abuse, mental health struggles, substance misuse problems or had contact with the criminal justice system and have used recovery services as a result.
We’re looking for people with motivation to build a career in housing and homelessness, who can bring:
- Learning and reflections gained through lived experience and recovery.
- Ability to demonstrate how personal lived experience has shaped your approach to support and wellbeing.
- Good communication and listening skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Some experience through volunteering or working in a similar setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting New Business Development
- Assist in researching and identifying prospective regional, national and international corporate partners aligned with the organisation’s mission and values

Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team. The Role:
As a proactive and innovative Project Manager for Professional Development, you will support our CPD team. This new role is pivotal in ensuring effective systems management and record keeping, stakeholder engagement and relationships across various educational projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the management of a large, growing and innovative Schools CPD programme, in person and online

This is a part-time, fixed-term role (21 hours per week) and a genuine investment in your professional development.
