The Communications & Campaigns Assistant provides essential administrative and project coordination support to IAPB’s Communications, Campaigns and Events team. The role contributes to the delivery of communications and campaigns materials, coordinates meetings and activities across priority projects, and helps ensure that department activities are communicated across the organisation and externally. The Communications & Campaigns Assistant plays a key role in supporting the department through strong organisational skills, accurate follow-up, creative problem solving, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and timely, high-quality outputs across activities.
The Advocacy Assistant provides essential coordination, drafting, and administrative support to IAPB’s Policy and Advocacy team, contributing directly to the delivery of IAPB’s global advocacy and policy agenda. The role supports the preparation of advocacy and policy materials, coordinates meetings and activities across priority workstreams, and helps ensure that policy and advocacy priorities are communicated clearly and consistently to members, partners, and external audiences. The Advocacy Assistant plays a key role in supporting advocacy campaigns, events, and global initiatives through strong organisation, accurate follow-up, and timely, high-quality written outputs aligned with IAPB’s strategic priorities.
The Regions Assistant provides essential coordination, drafting, and administrative support to IAPB’s Regional Directorate, contributing directly to the delivery of IAPB’s regional/national agenda. This includes policy engagement related activities, support for membership activation and contributions to conditions-specific strategies. The role supports the preparation of advocacy and policy materials, coordinates meetings and activities across priority workstreams, and helps ensure that priorities are communicated clearly and consistently to members, partners, and external audiences. The Regions Assistant plays a key role in supporting regional/national engagement campaigns and events, and delivery of global initiatives at local level - through strong organisation, accurate follow-up, and timely, high-quality written outputs aligned with IAPB’s strategic priorities.

About the role

The Role – What you’ll be doing
As our Product Assistant (Mass Participation events), you’ll help deliver an exceptional supporter experience across our Charity owned mass participation events —playing a hands-on role in supporter care as well as supporting with logistics and day-to-day tasks required for event delivery.
You will:

Salary and Progression
Trainee Debt Advisor starting salary of £25,810 with the opportunity to progress to a Debt Advisor role with a salary of £27,960 usually within 12 months. Further progression is available to a Senior Debt Advisor with a salary of £29,926, usually after 2 years (based on meeting necessary performance and development criteria).

As a Trainee Debt Advisor you will complete a comprehensive programme of classroom training, exams and on the job sign off to equip you to be able to bring expert advice and support our clients in their journey to becoming debt free.
Once you step into one team, you will be working in a fast paced, but rewarding environment. As a debt advisor you will be creating bespoke advice, crafted to help each client gain greater control over their finances. Responsibilities

Complete the Debt Advisor classroom training course

Create a client budget from information gathered by local CAP staff, reviewing documentation, identifying further queries and applying guidance to expenditure

To advise clients on their best options to deal with their financial difficulties. This includes formulating a strategy to become debt free, as well as broader advice relevant to their financial situation

About the Role:
Here at Construction Youth Trust, we're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who are excited to learn and ready to dive into a supported internship. This is a fantastic chance to get a hands-on feel for what it's like to work in the charity sector. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider development of the Trust e.g. participation in strategic working groups.
We are particularly looking for individuals at the start of their career interested in working directly with young people within our Delivery Team. Also, as one of our interns, you'll gain valuable skills to kickstart your career, with the prospect of progressing into a Coordinator role with us. Plus, you'll have an internal buddy to support you and help you settle in throughout your internship.
As a Delivery Team Intern, your key duties and responsibilities could include:
· Supporting the team to deliver fun and engaging programmes and activities for young people (primarily in schools/colleges and with employers) to get them ready for the working world by building on their skills and confidence.
· Supporting the team in the development of effective long-term working relationships with schools and referral partners.
· Supporting the team to enlist, manage and coordinate the support of local industry partners to connect young people with opportunities and employers that match their unique strengths and interests.
· Supporting the team with administrative tasks, helping to register, monitor, and evaluate the young people participating in programmes and activities.
· Please note that you will be required to travel across London regularly
About You
The Construction Youth Trust team works in a fast-paced environment, what we are looking for in our new Intern(s) includes:
