In this this vital role you will be providing receptionist duties to the service and the team, being the first point of contact for residents and others. Your duties will include:

About you

You may have personal experience of homelessness, and may have accessed recovery services yourself; or you will have a sound understanding of the issues faced by homeless people.

What you’ll lead on
As an Assistant Video Editor, your role will be to edit new videos for students aged 11-18. You will also help to keep our existing content up to date and in line with our high standards. Unifrog publishes videos and written content on a variety of topics for students including: applying for university in the UK and overseas, preparing for college or work, and taking care of your wellbeing.

Perform quality checks on all videos before they are published to the platform, ensuring that they meet the required standards for visual and audio quality, accuracy, and completeness.

Monitor subtitles generated by in-house subtitling software and performing a complete quality-check before making the video live on the platform

Working together
You’ll be managed by our Post Production Manager, and work closely with an in-house Video Producer/Director and Video Editor. You will also work with our partner-facing teams, as well as with external bodies where necessary.
The Video Team is part of a wider Content Team, where we often brainstorm new ideas as a group, provide feedback on each other’s work, and get feedback from teachers and students at our partner schools. We promote good ideas regardless of where they come from.

About the role
This vacancy is for a University Access Officer to work across two schools in Greenwich, London. Our schools are shown on a map The Access Project schools on our website.
The University Access Officer works with school staff at all levels, volunteer tutors, and with the rest of The Access Project’s team to ensure that the delivery of the programme is optimised.
Role responsibilities
• Engage with students in school and enrol them onto the programme
• Match students with volunteer tutors
• Monitor student attendance to tutorials and devise innovative solutions to encourage attendance
• Assess student progress towards being able to make successful university applications
• Upload information onto the Salesforce database (training is provided)
• Monitor the impact of tutorials, and intervene as appropriate
• Build and manage relationships with volunteer tutors to ensure they have a positive experience of the programme
• Manage tutor relationships and attendance to tutorials through weekly monitoring of systems, emailing and making phone calls.
• Work with school staff to ensure their cooperation and timely completion of activities contributing to the smooth running of the programme
• Chair and present at termly school meetings with Senior Management to report on programme progress.

This role will be part of our IDVA team in the London Victim and Witness Service. As a DRIVE Independent Domestic Violence Advocate you will:
- Address the safety of victims at high risk of harm

Responsibilities of the role
Co-ordinator – 70%
Day-to-day support across the charity including, but not limited to:
-
Providing personal assistant support to the Director of the charity
-
Support wider team with meeting bookings, arranging travel, charity guests, booking rooms etc.

Support internal communications, ensuring good information dissemination and management.

Improve internal onboarding processes, hold ownership over key GMSN starter assets (e.g. Organigram, joiners handbook)
-
Look after shared email inboxes, ensuring all queries have an appropriate response in a timely manner.

Support the team with basic finance reporting and updating trackers, including setting up and maintenance of a variety of fundraising platforms.

Posting out materials and prizes, and hold ownership over the organisation of stock and materials in the storeroom.

Liaising with charity supporters via email, phone and at Global, including the support line.

Provide cover to the Finance and Grants Assistant in periods of absence (training will be provided)

Support with fundraising and events teams in busy periods.

Complete any ad-hoc tasks, as required.
Governance – 30%
-
Co-ordinate diary entries for quarterly Trustee and Finance Committee meetings, prepare Board packs, attend meetings, take minutes and ensure minutes are distributed in a timely fashion.

Ensure all Trustees are stewarded, inducted and supported in their role with the charity.

Support the Head of Finance and Governance with relevant Trustee checks and forms, ensuring compliance with Companies House and Charities Commission.

Ensure collection of annual related parties records and ensure all documentation is filed electronically.

Collate monthly quarterly Global Board updates, liaising closely with SMT.

Essential Experience

Strong A-Level results (or equivalent) and/ or relevant degree / or relevant experience

A passion for working with charities.

Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work

Good time management and ability to work with tight deadlines.

Excellent organisation skills with adaptability and ability to use your initiative.

Experience in administration or other relevant work, such as taking minutes or working with a Board/senior team.

A confident communicator, with experience of supporting senior stakeholders.

Overview of Job
Join Global’s Make Some Noise as our Senior Brand Partnerships Executive and be at the forefront of driving fundraising income through securing and account managing corporate partnerships. You'll be instrumental in driving new business fundraising income through securing purpose-led media partnerships, in aid of our charity Make Some Noise.
Guide Salary:
The salary for this role is circa £28,000.

In the first few months, you would have:

Secured substantial new partnership income by crafting compelling proposals, with particular focus on sponsorships for our flagship annual appeal "Make Some Noise Day."

Developed a solid understanding of Global’s Radio, Digital, and Outdoor platforms in order to leverage them effectively for charity partnership campaigns.

Provided exceptional account management and smooth project implementation, ensuring partnership deliverables align with key objectives.
Responsibilities of the role
-
Be responsible for securing a fixed amount of new business income annually. Identify and secure new high-value partners through proactive prospecting, engaging pitches, and effective relationship building.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless partnership delivery, including Campaigns, Talent, Finance, Legal, Commercial planning and more.

Brainstorm creative branded content ideas and partnership solutions to meet both proactive and reactive briefs.

Produce comprehensive post-campaign partnership reports to summarize activities to highlight key learnings and recommendations.

Diligently manage partnership accounts, providing materials, resources, contracts and project plans as required.

Provide support to Head of Brand Partnerships on all projects and practice adaptability according to external and internal priorities.

Develop strong working relationships and exceed expectations with partners secure repeat business.

Produce compelling case studies and pitch documents to support new business endeavours and potential award entries.

Support with financial reporting, income tracking and forecasting.
What you will need
- Proven track record of creating new business pipelines and meeting ambitious fundraising / sales targets, with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management abilities, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Passion for pitching to big brands, coupled with strong design and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinking ability, from problem-solving to generating innovative ideas.=
