About the Role
As RHI Manager, you will support the team to provide independent, high quality face-to-face support for vulnerable young people who have been missing from care, whether this takes place for first time and or if this happens regularly in order to minimise risk and reduce the number of incidents of young people going missing from home and care.
You will work closely alongside the Local Authority and wider professional network to understand the reasons that young people may be missing from home or care and identify strategies to minimise the risk. Your working time for this role is split 50% as a Senior Family Support Worker and 50% undertaking management responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have:
- A relevant vocational qualification at NVQ level 3 or above (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, Youth & Community etc).
- At least two years’ experience of working with young people and their families in a social care setting.
- An understanding of the Children Act 1989 and knowledge of good safeguarding practice.
- A good understanding of the social issues and challenges that young people face in society
- Awareness of the risks facing young runaways, with particular regards to exploitation and trafficking (i.e. CSE and CCE)

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Social Workers to join our London & South East Team supporting children and young people diagnosed with cancer.
We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality support tailored to the needs of the children and young people and their families. The work we do is rewarding but also complex and demanding. You will be part of a close-knit Young Lives vs Cancer social work team, working with an established NHS multi-disciplinary team and services in the community.
This role is part home, part site-based. Your contractual base will be both Home and Great Ormond Street Hospital.

About You
You will be committed to delivering high quality social work support to promote the best outcomes for the children, young people and families we work with. You will have:
- A recognised Social Worker qualification and current registration with Social Work England/ Scottish Social Services Council/Social Care Wales/Northern Ireland Social Care Council

- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment, ideally in an NHS setting.
- Sound knowledge of child and young people development.

About the Role
As part of our collaborative Finance Business Partnering team, you’ll support fundraising, communications, advocacy, and activism across Mencap. You’ll provide clear financial advice, insightful analysis, and strong financial management to ensure our fundraising income is used effectively to benefit people with learning disabilities.
Over the next five years Mencap have big ambitions to significantly grow our fundraising income and increase our influencing and campaigning impact to ensure people with a learning disability can live life to the full.
This role is a full time permanent position. There is flexibility around where the role is based. We have large offices in London and Peterborough and smaller offices located throughout the UK.
You will need to travel occasionally for meetings. However, this role will primarily be working remotely.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with directorate teams to create robust budgets and forecasts, offering support and advice for realistic financial planning.
- Providing clear financial reports and analysis to help teams understand results, spot emerging issues, and make informed decisions.
- Supporting complex income forecasting (e.g. legacies), using scenario analysis to guide planning and assess risk.
- Delivering financial analysis and modelling to support investment decisions.
- Ensuring funding applications and management of restricted funds are accurate and compliant.
- Improving finance processes and reporting, including with our new Salesforce fundraising CRM system.
- Acting as key contact for external auditors and funders regarding fundraising financials.
- Ensuring accounting and financial compliance with Charity SORP and other relevant regulations.
- Managing and coaching an FBP team member, supporting their development.
What You’ll Bring
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally within a charity or fundraising environment.

- Create and maintain positive working relationships with various NHS Trusts to operate, promote and develop trolley services.
- Ensure that volunteers and trolley services comply with associated statutory standards policies and procedures e.g. Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Data Protection, Financial controls and other operating policies and procedures.
- Deliver trolley services in line with agreed Profit and Loss budget, monitoring performance regularly in order to flex costs in line with turnover performance.

About the Role
The Head of SBC (Social and Behaviour Change) and Inclusion is a critical technical leadership position that supports country programmes to design solutions that improve attitudes, support for and uptake of sexual and reproductive health services across communities. This includes guiding and building capacity in user-centred design principles to ensure projects are inclusive and responsive to the needs of the audience. It also means incorporating best practice to create programming that is gender transformative and equitable. This role will be focused on the “Leaving No One Behind” Pillar of the MSI 2030 strategy with a special focus on reaching key populations and vulnerable groups including adolescents, people living with disability and people in extreme poverty.
This role will also be responsible for coordinating with donor teams and supporting programmes to ensure completion of key donor deliverables related to SBC and GESI Gender Equality and Social Inclusion).

Purpose of the Role
This is an opportunity for the right person to join the Refugee Migrant Centre (RMC) as an experienced Bid Writer. RMC is an established, award winning, regional charity, renowned for its work with refugees and migrants.
For over 25 years, RMC has assisted thousands of refugees and migrants from 164 countries. It has helped to remove the barriers to integration, helping its clients become equal citizens, using a whole-person approach to the delivery of services from specialist legal advice through to education and employment programmes.
This is an exciting time to be joining the team, as RMC are strengthening and expanding its infrastructure following a period of growth in staff, activities and turnover (from £2.7 to £4.3 million in the last few years).

Main Responsibilities

Person Specification
You will be educated to at least degree level, have at least five years experience and a successful track record of delivering substantial fundraising results at a senior level. You should be able to demonstrate skills and competency in the following areas:
