In this fixed-term role, you will support the Direct Marketing Manager - Loyalty to manage the donor loyalty programme. You will develop and manage existing and new supporter communication programmes growing loyalty in our supporter base. The aim is to maximise the value of our long-term relationships with individual supporters.
This role is a varied one, with superb development opportunities. As part of a small team, you will be responsible for the print-based communications we send to our supporters but also email production with the view of developing the loyalty digital journey. Furthermore, you'll contribute to the development of our legacy and in memory activities, and high value offer. You'll also have the opportunity to support the supporter acquisition team on projects to gain new donors. Consequently, the role gives you the opportunity to grow your experience in supporter acquisition, as well as loyalty. And you will play a key part in delivering emergency appeals - when the work that you do will have a direct impact in saving older people's lives during a crisis.
As we continue to develop our Individual Giving strategy, you will have the chance to be involved in new initiatives and communications.
We offer hybrid working, with a minimum of one day a week in our London office - One America Square (EC3N 2LB) and the last Thursday of the month in the London office. Please note that our core working days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Travel costs to the London office are not covered by the charity.

Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Based in Ealing, West London. Please note that unfortunately, this service does not have step free access.
Salary: £37,500
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on a rota working 09:00 - 17:00 across two West London services, located 5 mins away from each other. You may also be required to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as per service requirements. You will also take part in our out of hours on call rota for managers.

As a Service Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team, making sure we deliver high quality support, performance and improvements across our service whilst representing values of the organisation. You'll play a hands on role in supporting individuals facing addiction, homelessness, and complex needs guiding them towards stability, independence, and brighter futures.
Churchfield and Cherington provide supported housing for people facing addiction and homelessness. Churchfield accommodates 12 residents and offers 24/7 temporary support for those in active addiction, while Cherington accommodates 5 residents helps abstinent residents rebuild their lives and rejoin the community. The service is across 4 floors, so applicants must be able to use stairs for welfare and room checks. Please note: the exact address is withheld due to the nature of the service, but it's based in the Ealing/Hanwell area. You’ll help ensure the service meets all contract and regulatory compliance, supporting the Head of Service with monitoring and development.
The role includes:
- Key focus of this role will be overseeing support related to substance misuse, ensuring effective interventions and pathways for service users
- Line Management and Leadership, supporting your team providing advice, guidance and support throughout their employment lifecycle
- Support the Service Manager in leading the day to day operational delivery of the service
- Risk Management ownership, ensuring processes and policies are followed
- Property and Housing Management, ensuring the accommodation meets our requirements, and repairs and maintenance are regularly reported and completed

About you

World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK.STEP aims to support and empower people through a tailored employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that they face when preparing for and ultimately finding work in the UK.
We support all people who have experienced forced migration, regardless of their proximity to the labour market, to develop the skills and access the opportunities they need to secure sustainable and meaningful employment. We run STEP online and in person programmes across the UK. Our work now includes specific programming for women refugees, Afghan nationals, Ukrainians and those who have come through the asylum system
We are now expanding our work to deliver (in partnership with the British Council) an English Language and Employment Support Programme for up to 4,000 Ukrainians and Hong Kong BNO status/visa (50% of each community) over the next 12 months.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations and Partnerships Manager to oversee the operational and partnership work of STEP which includes infrastructure and process, data and reporting as well as partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operational responsibility for UK Programmes ensuring processes are in place for a smooth running and high-quality programme.
- Overseeing allocation of clients to the programme and their Employment Advisor
- Managing the CRM data cleaning and reporting process and producing monthly and quarterly reporting data from the CRM
- Using advanced Excel skills to analyse results, identify trends and learnings to use data to drive changes and improve the quality of programmes.
- Managing the administration of the programme, including tech and client accessibility and excellent customer service
- Managing external relationships with the support of UK Programmes team to deliver the programme.
About you
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Demonstrable experience of managing direct delivery Programme operations.

Bringing life-changing action to people in crisis around the world
The role of Senior Hospice at Home Paramedic/Nurse is in place to provide high quality specialist palliative nursing care, skills, advice and support to patients, carers and those important to the patient. This role will support the delivery of planned and unplanned care across Rennie Grove Peace Hospice.
You will work across shifts covering 7am-9.30pm. Although based in the community, post holders may occasionally be required to work in other Rennie Grove Peace Care settings in order to ensure adequate staffing levels and to gain experience of the wider hospice delivery of care.
You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:
- Actively participate in the development of the organisations planned and unplanned community Hospice at Home model of care.
- To work as part of the multidisciplinary team to provide a high standard of individualised patient/family care and support.
- To be responsible for those patients allocated on a daily basis.
- To ensure that excellent standards of support and clinical practice and care are achieved.
- Deliver specialist palliative nursing care to patients requiring planned and unplanned care. This will include a multi-disciplinary approach for our higher acuity patients with daily virtual and in person reviews in their own homes.
- To work with wider Hospice team as well as system partners to support delivery of care and enable patients to remain in their preferred place of care
- Improve patient outcomes and experience by providing physical and emotional support to patients,
coordinating their care services. - Participate in activities such as audits and case reviews in order to improve the Hospice at Home service
- Act as a Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care ambassador within the community, actively demonstrating our values and positively promoting the specialist care we provide.
- Work across Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care geographical area (as required) to support safe and effective service delivery.

SOSRC provides service across Southend, Castle Point and Rochford. SOSRC is a registered charity working with adults of all genders, young people and children.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are now expanding our work to deliver (in partnership with the British Council) an English Language and Employment Support Programme for up to 4,000 Ukrainians and Hong Kong BNO status/visa holder (50% of each community) over the next 12 months.
In order to succeed, participants need more than just training and job search support. They need to feel connected, informed, and welcomed into the communities they live in.
We are now recruiting a Community Lead to play a key role in delivering that wider support. You will lead community engagement and outreach activities, help participants understand and access local services, and ensure that support is culturally appropriate and inclusive. You will also help build partnerships with local groups, promote volunteering, and run events that support social connection and reduce isolation. You will contribute to our social value commitments and play a crucial part in shaping how the STEP programme responds to local needs and participant feedback.
About you
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Proven experience in community engagement, outreach or partnership work
- Understanding of the issues and challenges faced by people who have experienced forced displacement accessing employment and of the challenges faced by people who are resettling in a new country and community
- Experience of delivering and supporting events, webinars or community activities
- Experience producing accessible, culturally sensitive written materials or communications
- Experience working with or within community organisations or VCSEs
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident writing skills (newsletters, social content or short reports)
- Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Ukrainian would be desirable to support webinar delivery and community engagement
Candidates must be UK based and have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract
