What you’ll do:

- In collaboration with the business lead, manage the development and delivery of technology projects, ensuring that it meets RCR’s required standards and supporting successful implementation.
- Ensure plans, risks and finances associated with project delivery are tracked as required and made visible for governance and portfolio management purposes.
- Use feedback and research to recommend improvements to RCR’s IT project management processes, implementing agreed changes.
- Support the Head of IT in the day-to-day management of invoices and of the IT budget, ensuring that spend is accounted for and managed according to RCR’s guidelines.
- Manage, administer and schedule regular board meetings. Follow up actions agreed in the board meeting, in partnership with the Head of IT.

About the role

The Supporter Care Co-ordinator will also provide efficient and effective key administrative support to the wider fundraising team, optimising income generation proactivity cross-team.

Role description
As Commercial Sales & Events Coordinator you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to the weddings and event hire team. Dealing with initial enquiries and conducting show-rounds to putting together event packages and maintaining the booking system are all in a days work. Job Purpose
As part of the four strong events team, this role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of numerous educational events throughout the year. These events support the clinical and non-clinical skills and professional development of our members as key components of lifelong learning and improvement.
In addition, the role will support the Events Manager in the administration of the showcase Annual Congress as well as the Admissions Ceremony. As part of the team, you will also assist other team members as necessary.
Main Purpose and Deliverables
- Delivery of the Training the Trainers Courses (TTT) and Certificate of eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR) Courses.
- End to end event, speaker and customer support specifically for the TTT and CESR events and as delegated for the education and seminar programme.

The role holder works closely with their Delivery team colleagues and Account Managers to create materials that advance a portfolio of clients, projects and campaigns’ communications efforts.
Alongside the Production Manager, the Delivery Coordinator drives forward production of innovative, attention grabbing written and visual content for print and digital applications and is a champion for enhancing systems and processes within the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production
- Coordination of end-to-end production processes for campaign materials, including videos, graphics, and print collateral.
- Support the liaison with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating new suppliers aligned with the Communications INC's values and the values of environmental and social responsibility.
- Contribute to the request for estimates from sustainable suppliers, aligning with project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate client requests for media and OOH advertising, liaising with designers, advertising agencies and the client as needed.
- Produce and manage production briefs, timeline and budgets as required.
- Source high-quality images for campaigns while adhering to copyright and licensing regulations.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of licensed images and provide proper documentation for usage rights.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reports to: Head of Support and Care (Registered Manager)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, usually Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm
NB Service Coordinators are required to balance management administration with being present in the group's houses. This necessitates some occasional evening and weekend work to be agreed with their line manager.
Salary: £35,000 per annum (with an increment in the second year)

Main purpose of the role:
- To lead and manage the Oak Group, one of three groups in the L'Arche London community, comprising of a range of services for people with learning disabilities and its team of assistants.
- To lead the service delivery within this group in line with L'Arche values, standards and the requirements of the Care Quality Commission [CQC].
- To play an active role in the leadership of L'Arche London, helping shape a vibrant community of people with and without learning disabilities.
Leadership and People Management:
- Supervise and work with the Deputy Service Coordinator to lead a team of 15 Support Assistants. Ensure each assistant in the group is regularly supervised, trained, and appraised, and that action is taken to effectively manage performance issues.
- Understand the requirements of the CQC and other relevant legislation and ensure that all applicable standards are met including adult safeguarding.
- As part of the Community Coordinating Team, implement appropriate policies and procedures, promoting the wider L'Arche mission, vision and values.

Provision of Support to People with Learning Disabilities

Administration and Management

What We Offer
- This post is offered subject to a probationary period of 6 months; 3 clear references; a completed work history form; a satisfactory and up-to-date enhanced DBS check; and a satisfactory right to work check as appointees must have the right to work in the UK.
- There is no additional pay for overtime, but Time off in lieu (TOIL) will be given and agreed with the line manager when circumstances require the post-holder to work extra hours. TOIL should be taken within 2 weeks of being accrued.
- All Service Coordinators are the on-call rota for 1 week every 6 - 8 weeks. There is an additional payment of £56 a week for being on-call.
- Paid holiday allowance of 33 days leave per year. (This total is inclusive of 8 days in lieu of bank holidays).
