Responsibilities of our Corporate Partnerships Development Manager: 

• The Corporate Partnerships Development Manager will play a key role at Cats Protection by raising new and transformational funds in support of the organisation’s 10 year strategic objectives.

• The role will lead the Corporate Partnerships new business team, to build profitable, multiyear relationships with companies, ensuring propositions are maximised and new partners onboarded to the highest standards 

About the Corporate Partnerships team: 

• We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate. 

• The corporate partnerships team is split between new business and account management, made up of driven, passionate and dynamic corporate fundraisers 

• We currently have a team of one full time and one part time Senior Corporate Partnerships Development Officers in new business. On account management side our team consist of a Corporate Partnerships Development Manager, Corporate Partnerships Account Manager and Corporate Partnerships Officer. This is in addition to a Lead Corporate Partnerships Manager who oversees the entire corporate partnerships team.

Working arrangements

This is fixed term contract until December 2027, covering family leave.
 
This is a field-based role covering Lancashire & Greater Manchester which includes, Greater Manchester, Salford and Lancashire.
 
This role requires regular travel within the area, and occasionally to other parts of the UK.  You must live in the Lancashire & Greater Manchester region or be willing to relocate.

Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to providing specialised nursing care and support for young people aged 13–24 with cancer. Every day, seven young people in the UK hear the words “you have cancer”, and Teenage Cancer Trust ensures they do not face it alone.

The charity funds specialist nurses and youth support teams in hospitals across the UK and provides vital emotional, practical and psychological support for young people and their families during and after treatment.

Regional fundraising is a core income stream for Teenage Cancer Trust, generating income through a combination of community and corporate fundraising. Supporters are often personally connected to the cause, including young people, families and communities directly impacted by cancer, making this a highly rewarding fundraising environment.

Teenage Cancer Trust is now seeking a Senior Relationship Manager (West Scotland) to grow and develop income across the West of Scotland. With an individual income target of c.£130k and a combined Scotland regional target of c.£260k across East and West Scotland, this role will play a key part in strengthening existing relationships while identifying and developing new fundraising opportunities across a region with significant growth potential.

Reporting to the Regional Fundraising Area Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term supporter relationships and developing strategic area plans to maximise fundraising opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will lead prospect research and outreach across NHS Barking, Havering & Redbridge procurement suppliers, local community businesses and key corporate partnerships sectors for hospital fundraising. 3. Develop a corporate volunteering opportunities deck, ready to share with prospective and current partners. 

4. Identify key stakeholders within target prospect organisations and make proactive outreach to arrange prospect meetings between corporate contacts and the Head of Fundraising, to support the charity’s income growth ambitions.

Supporting New Business Development

• Assist in researching and identifying prospective regional, national and international corporate partners aligned with the organisation’s mission and values

Role Purpose

The Relationship Fundraiser will support the Philanthropy Manager to secure and increase income through the charity’s Philanthropy strategy.

The post holder will support with developing a robust pipeline of prospects and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of new and existing major donor relationships. About the Role

As a Fundraising Group Moderator, you’ll manage Facebook groups of up to 10,000 challenge participants, providing exceptional supporter care and helping participants raise five‑ and six‑figure sums for some of the biggest names in the charity sector.

This role is ideal for experienced fundraisers looking for flexible freelance work or an additional income stream. You’ll work remotely, using your own laptop and WiFi, and bring your personality, empathy and initiative to every interaction.

You must be able to begin moderation at 9am (or earlier), wrap up by 9pm, and maintain our sub‑three‑hour response time.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the charity’s voice, uphold brand guidelines and act as the charity representative 

• Maintain a safe, positive and inclusive group environment

• Identify, report, escalate and signpost all safeguarding concerns

• Provide warm, friendly and informal supporter care, bringing your own personality to create an exceptional participant experience

• Motivate, encourage and support participants throughout their challenge

• Maximise registration conversions and fundraiser activation

• Work independently, manage your own time effectively, use strong initiative and correct any errors promptly

Workload & Peak Periods

Our challenge calendar has natural peaks, and moderators must be prepared for increased activity during September-November and January-March. These months see higher participant numbers and more concurrent events, meaning more posts, questions and supporter interactions. In addition to these seasonal surges, the first and last day of every month are consistently the busiest, as participants start and complete their challenge.

We maintain a flexible, supportive team culture, and to keep this fairness and flexibility in place, moderators must be willing to work occasional bank holidays and be available on the first or last day of each month, when group activity is at its highest.

Working Pattern

Moderation takes place between 9am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday.

Rather than working in one continuous block, you’ll complete your hours in short check-ins across the day to maintain coverage and meet response time targets.

Each account is allocated a set number of ‘active moderation hours’ per day (e.g. 2-3 hours), which are spread across multiple sessions. For example, 3 hours may be split into 5-6 check-ins throughout the day.

You must be able to:

• Start moderation from 9am (or earlier)

• Monitor activity throughout the day

• Complete a final check before 9pm and be present to sign off at 9pm

• Adhere to our sub-3-hour response time

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive fundraiser who enjoys both bid writing and relationship building.

Working closely with the Fundraising Manager, you will play a key role in securing income from trusts and foundations, supporting donor stewardship, and helping to grow community fundraising activity. Income generation

• Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to raise funds from a variety of sources(trusts and foundations,companies, individuals, digital fundraising, the community and events).

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team. The role will report to the Head of Marketing and Fundraising and will be responsible for developing and implementing the fundraising strategy, driving forward all aspects of fundraising, including building corporate charity of the year partnerships, individual giving, major donors,
trusts and foundations, legacies and community fundraising.

The successful candidate will be a core member of the Central Team, working closely with the Marketing Team to develop and deliver income for the charity.

 
This role will have budgetary responsibility to achieving a revenue target in financial year 26/27 of £1.5 million, whilst building a sustainable income stream for the long-term with Yr on Yr growth. Key priorities include increasing the Individual Giving and Regular Giving donor database, donor and fundraiser stewardship, organising fundraising events, and securing grants and sponsorships.
