Job Title: Community and Events Fundraiser

Salary: £25,294 - £28,104 per annum
Location: Camerton, Bath

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fundraising team as Community and Events Fundraiser, helping to grow income and awareness at this exciting time in the charity’s development.

In 2019, we became the Royal Osteoporosis Society and launched our new strategic direction. An ambitious vision for the nation’s bone health means we’ll be expanding our work and the audiences we speak to – bringing new opportunities for supporter engagement both nationally and at a locality level.

Community and Events Fundraiser - The Role:

This is a varied role which will see you working on campaigns to attract new fundraisers, developing marketing materials and fundraising resources, managing logistics and attending events to support our fundraisers.

You’ll also have the opportunity to develop and launch a brand new community fundraising proposition. With responsibility for planning, budgeting and delivery of the annual programme, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference and grow this area of our work.

Community and Events Fundraiser - You:

We’re looking for a collaborative self-starter with a track record in community fundraising or account management to work with our central and field-based teams to identify and implement initiatives to engage supporters and raise funds. You’ll be helping to develop new volunteering opportunities and grow and diversify our supporter base.

We’re looking for a motivated and proactive individual with excellent relationship-building skills and a commitment to offering the highest standards of customer service. You’ll also be highly organised, capable of managing a number of projects to deadline and within budget, and remaining positive and professional under pressure.

If this sounds like you, please press ‘apply’ today. You will be redirected to our website where you can complete your application.
