We’re looking for an ambitious Partnerships Officer (internally Executive) to help drive income by supporting and building profitable, long-term partnerships with individuals and organisations. Working within the Philanthropy and Partnerships team, the role of the Partnerships Executive is to deliver excellent relationship management to maximise income revenues.
To thrive in this position, you’ll need to:
• Manage a portfolio of corporate supporters <£10k ensuring they meet their maximum giving and engagement potential.

• Manage the philanthropy and partnerships teams’ presence on social media, including creating content which helps to promote impact, the charity and supporters.
• Support the team to deliver remarkable stewardship of all donors, including the management of our banking and thanking process and helping to create bespoke impact reports and materials.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of activities and communications are captured on our CRM database (Salesforce) along with regular reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to the philanthropy and partnerships team as and when required.

We are looking for a confident and driven marketer who is eager to join a hard-working and ambitious Individual Giving team. Working with different teams across the charity, you'll be planning, managing and delivering direct marketing campaigns across a range of media including digital and print. You'll also work with external agencies on our campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
· Plan, manage and deliver successful campaigns across a range of channels including digital and print.
· Successful management of agencies and suppliers; ensuring relationships are effective and productive.
· Ensure compliance and adherence to regulation and codes of practice is considered in all campaign activities.
· Work closely with Data and Digital teams to ensure effective processes are worked to and full campaign evaluation is possible.
· Donation page monitoring, reporting and development, to include looking at ways in which to improve the donor's online user journey.
· Continuous improvement through test and learn principles across all activities.
· Integration of campaigns across the charity to drive maximum value.
· Development of compelling communications and materials to support all activities
Planning and Budgeting
· KPI tracking, trend analysis and interrogation of results at all levels.
· Live programme optimisation to ensure targets are met.
· Input to annual planning and development of individual giving campaigns.
· Assist Supporter Acquisition Manager with compilation of detailed income and expenditure campaign budgets.
· Work with Supporter Acquisition Manager in developing the Acquisition programme and strategy.
· Input to monthly forecasting and regular reporting across a range of financial and non-financial KPl's.
Finance and Reporting
· Ensure daily campaign tracking and reporting.
· Routine end of campaign reviews and analysis.
· Ongoing reporting on long-term success measures such as attrition and ROI.
· Invoice reconciliation and processing for timely payment.
· Non-financial KPI trend reporting - such as opt-in rates and quality scoring.
Knowledge, skills and experience needed:
· Reporting and ability to understand complex data sets.
· Understanding of compliance and best practice in fundraising and direct marketing.

Previous experience of delivering income in a fundraising role across community, events, corporate or volunteer-led activity would be advantageous. You must be sensitive and empathetic to working in a hospice environment, and any knowledge or understanding of In-Memory and Legacy giving would be desirable.
You must be able to work flexibly including occasional evening and weekends as required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Fundraising Coordinator plays a central support role across the Fundraising Team, providing high-quality income, operational and stewardship support, with specialist activities for corporate, community and events fundraising.
You will:
- Be the first point of contact between fundraisers and Headway UK, helping to build initial relationships.
- Ensure effective income management working closely with the Finance Team.
- Help deliver supporter stewardship, welcoming and thanking our community, challenge events and individual supporters.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Festivals & Events Fundraising Manager to lead face-to-face fundraising operations across major UK festivals for Médecins Sans Frontières. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee multiple teams, ensure high-quality supporter engagement and drive performance in fast-paced, public-facing environments.
You will play a critical role in delivering fundraising success while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism and supporter experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage on-site fundraising teams across multiple festivals and events

The Fundraising Manager is responsible for implementing the charity’s fundraising strategy to increase our fundraised income to support all areas of our activity. The charity has ambitious plans for the future. We will continue to invest in the beautiful Theatre Royal Winchester. The Fundraising Manager role will be vital in:

About the Role
Location: Predominately home based but must be available to travel to London for meetings and attend Trekstock events
This is a hands‑on, relationship‑led role at the heart of Trekstock’s fundraising, with real responsibility and the opportunity to take ownership within a growing team.

Key responsibilities
Challenge events & community fundraising
- Lead on the delivery and growth of Trekstock’s challenge events portfolio, including Trek This City, London Marathon places and third‑party events
- Recruit, manage and inspire participants and volunteers, supporting them to reach (and smash) their fundraising targets
- Build meaningful supporter journeys for fundraisers and volunteers that feel personal, motivating and on brand
- Work closely with colleagues and volunteers to promote events and bring supporter stories to life
- Monitor performance, income and ROI, spotting opportunities to grow, improve and refine our approach
- Attend and support events, working alongside volunteers on the day (including occasional evenings and weekends)
Corporate partnerships
- Develop and manage relationships with existing corporate partners, including multi-year charity partners
- Deliver engaging, high-quality partnerships that go beyond fundraising
- Identify opportunities to increase income and deepen engagement
- Support pitches, proposals and reporting for new and existing partners
- Ensure partners feel valued, inspired and connected to Trekstock’s impact and misson
Supporter care & fundraising operations
- Deliver excellent supporter care across all fundraising activity
- Manage key admin processes including thanking, banking and donation processing
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM/database (GDPR compliant)
- Support income tracking, reporting and pipeline management
Wider team contribution
- Contribute ideas to grow income and reach new audiences
- Represent Trekstock at events, meetings and networking opportunities
- Work collaboratively across the team to support campaigns and activity

About you
You’re a confident relationship‑builder who enjoys working closely with people and making things happen. You’re organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and you genuinely care about delivering an excellent experience for supporters and partners. You thrive in a small team and are comfortable taking ownership, spotting opportunities and seeing things through from idea to delivery.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in fundraising (events, community, corporate or similar)

We are seeking a Fundraising Officer to join our team who can support our Fundraising Manager to secure charitable income essential to the delivery of our services.
The Role:
As our Fundraising Officer, you will work closely with the Fundraising Manager to deliver our fundraising strategy. You will help deliver annual fundraising events; bid to corporate supporters, trusts and foundations; and build strong relationships with community organisations and individual donors. You will be part of a fantastic team, dedicated to making a real difference in defeating homelessness.
We are looking for a passionate and adaptable individual, who can support the Fundraising Manager across all voluntary income streams, from formal bids to fun community events.
This role is especially crucial as our charity’s need for fundraised income has risen significantly in the last three years - as result of the increased cost of living, and reduced support from the local authority. Despite these challenges, York Road Project’s work remains immensely valuable to the local community.
